Recently, in contemporary society, because of the international economic crisis and the increase of unemployment, there are dangerous crime elements that threaten the safety of citizen. The Safety from the crime is important as much as existence of need. Therefore, in order to make the safety of community, the government needs to make the best effort. In everyday life, crime is the fear of the target. Therefore, if the government can not solve the crime problem, the quality of citizen's life can not improve. In order to safety of community, this study is the one of the crime prevention diagnosis about shopping district and shopping mall. Also, this study can apply to the policy. If this study can apply to the policy, the safety of citizen's life will be protecting. The content of this study consist of introduction in chapter 1, theoretical consideration in chapter 2, foreign crime prevention diagnosis evaluation in chapter 3, crime prevention diagnosis in chapter 4 and conclusion in chapter 5.

Sports participation can contribute to organization members' work-life balance and work motivation in order to increase performance. Based on the achievement motivation theory, this study tested the effect of sports participation on leaders' effectiveness and employees' performance. Data was collected from 213 leaders and subordinates in the South Korean army. Results indicated that leader effectiveness mediated the positive relationship between sports participation of leaders and subordinates' outcomes, such as task performance and OCB. We also found that sports participation of subordinates moderated the positive relationship between leader effectiveness and subordinates outcomes (i.e., task performance and OCB). These findings further suggest that sports participation plays an important role for leaders and subordinates to increase leader effectiveness and in/extra-role behaviors.

The adult guardianship system takes effect from July 2013, to protect adults who need protection due to insufficient ability to judge, and help them lead a normal life. It is very important to identify the problems and solutions of the country's through the analysis of Japan that already performs the adult guardianship system, through which there is a need to prepare basis to accomplish the optimal system in advance. It is essential to secure the quality guardians above all, for the successful settlement of the adult guardianship system; the importance of citizen guardians is ever increasing as especially the 'socialization' of the adult guardianship system is supported recently. Therefore, in this study, the trends in the types of the guardians were examined by analyzing the adult guardianship incidents of the Supreme Court of Japan; and the ways to activate the system focused on the citizen guardians.

The current government tries to pursue a series of energy plans and strategies which have been recently established under the banner of 'green growth'. Although there have been several critical comments on the energy policy, the structural background under which the energy policy has been established and implemented has not yet been scrutinized. This paper understands the current government's strategy for 'green growth' and energy policy as a process of neoliberalization. In particular, the energy policy is characterized as industrialization, marketization, technologization, and financialization of energy, which bring about a lot of detailed issues. This kind of 'green growth' strategy is far from the model of sustainable development, and rather seems to be well interpreted in terms of what Harvey calls 'accumulation by dispossession'. As the government's strategy for 'green growth' and energy policy denies the roll of citizens and civil society which would mediate and arbitrate the contradiction between environment preservation and economic growth, and conflicts between market mechanism and state intervention, so alternatives to the 'green growth' strategy should be orientated to a citizen-participating and civil society-led energy policy.

The purpose of this study is to present the current status and implications of companies in relation to the nature of CSR based on the theoretical background of corporate social responsibility (CSR). For consumers using mobile phones from Samsung, LG, and Apple, the impact of CSR components on corporate image, customer satisfaction, and customer citizenship behavior was analyzed. Economic responsibility, ethical responsibility, and philanthropic responsibility all have positive effects on corporate image. However, it was found that legal responsibility did not pay attention to the corporate image. And the corporate image was found to have a positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction and customer citizenship behavior. The results of this study suggest that companies need to devise a systematic CSR education system for their stakeholders.

This study aims to examine the effects of student's individual background and school factors on global citizenship and to provide some suggestions to improve global citizenship education in Korea. To achieve this purpose, we used International Civic and Citizenship Education Study (ICCS) 2009 data which studied student knowledge and understanding of civics and citizenship as well as student perceptions, and attitudes related to civics and citizenship from 38 countries. The data was analyzed with a 2-level Hierarchical Linear Model. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. Girls had more positive attitudes than boys toward gender equality and equal rights for different ethnic groups and immigrants. This study also showed that the level of student's global citizenship depended on whether home language was different from test language. Parental educational attainment and parental occupational status generally affected the level of student's global citizenship and students' interest in political and social issues appeared to be strongly affected by their parents. These findings suggest that parents play important role in improving global citizenship. At the school level, teacher-student relationships and the value of student participation had positive effects on global citizenship. Therefore, in order to implement global citizenship education in schools, it is necessary to consider the change of school climate.

This study is concerned with analysing complexity, flexibility and dynamism of social discoursive space. The developmental process of social discourse is analogous to that of a spatial structure of social discourse. Post-capitalist society has seen New-Liberalism and New-Conservatism have become dominant, resulting in the deterioration of the cultural politics of citizenship. It is argued that the position of otherness, in which those binary structures (inside/outside or centre/margin) collide and collapse, is where subversive discourse can emerge to dominant discursive power. Furthermore, it is necessary to democratize social discursive space, through which the Other becomes able to. participate in the social production, distribution and consumption of social discourse.

The purpose of this study is to compare the impact of intellectual quotient and social intelligence on compliance with the administrative regulatory policies. This study found two things. The first one is the correlation between intellectual quotient and social intelligence is not so high. No matter how high is his or her intellectual quotient may be, it cannot be said that his or her social intelligence will be high in proportion to IQ. The second one is the influence of social intelligence on administrative regulatory policies is bigger than that of intellectual quotient. So to execute a policy efficiently, we cannot succeed without consideration to the factors of social intelligence. The result of analysis implies that policy authorities and the concerned citizens should try to get the social intelligence factors involved in all processes of administrative regulatory policies such as agenda setting, decision, implementation, evaluation and feedback.
