A Study on the Implementation of Microscopic Traffic Simulation Model by Using GIS (GIS를 이용한 미시적 수준의 교통모형 구현에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to design and implement a traffic model that can simulate the traffic behavior on the microscopic level by using the GIS. In the design of the model, the vehicle in the simulation environment recognizes the GIS road centerline data as road network data reflecting number of lanes, speed limit and so on. In addition, the behavior model was designed by dividing functions into the environmental perception model, time headway distribution model, car following model, and lane changing model. The implemented model was applied to Jahamun-road of Jongno-gu district to verify the accuracy of the model. As a result, the simulation results on the Jahamun-road had no great error compared with the actual observation data. In the aspect of usability of model, it is judged that this model will be able to effectively contribute to analysis of amount of carbon emission by traffic, evaluation of traffic flow, plans for location of urban infrastructure and so on.

Anomaly detection on simulation conditions for ship-handling safety assessment (시뮬레이션 실험조건 이상 진단 연구)

  • Experimental conditions are set with environmental factors which can affect ship navigation. In FTS simulation, infinite simulation can be theoretically tested with no time constraint but the simulated result with the same experimental condition is repeated due to mathematical model. RTS simulation can give more resonable results but costs at lest 30 minutes for only experimental time. The mixture of two simulation methods using probability density function has been proposed: some of experimental conditions in which ship-handling is most difficult are selected with FTS and are tested in RTS. It has drawback that it does not consider the navigation route but aggregated track index. In this paper, anomaly detection approach is suggested to select some experimental conditions of FTS simulation which are most difficult in ship-handling during the navigation route. An empirical result has been shown.

Validation Method of Simulation Model Using Wavelet Transform (웨이블릿 변환을 이용한 시뮬레이션 모델 검증 방법)

  • The validation of a simulation model is a key to demonstrate that the simulation model is reliable. However, among various validation methods have been introduced, it is very poor to research the specific techniques for the time series data. Therefore, this paper suggests the methodology to verify the simulation using the time series data by Wavelet Transform, Power Spectrum and Coherence. This method performs 2 steps as followed. Firstly, we get spectrum using the Wavelet transform available for non-periodic signal separation. Secondly, we compare 2 patterns of output data from simulation model and actual system by Coherence Analysis. As a result of comparing it with other validation techniques, the suggested way can judge simulation model accuracy more clearly. By this way, we can make it possible to perform the simulation validation test under various situations using detailed sectional validation method, which has been impossible using a single statistics for the whole model.

The Validity and Reliability of a Korean Version of the Satisfaction with Simulation Experience Scale for Evaluating Satisfaction with High-Fidelity Simulation Education for Nursing Students (간호대학생의 고성능 인체 환자 모형 시뮬레이션 교육 평가를 위한 한국판 시뮬레이션 만족도 경험 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to test the validity and reliability of the Satisfaction with Simulation Experience (SSE) scale for evaluating high-fidelity simulation education for nursing students. Participants were 174 nursing students, seniors enrolled in two colleges in two different regions. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS / WIN 22.0 and tested for construct validity (factor analysis, group comparison test) and reliability (internal consistency). Factor analysis revealed 17 items and 3 factors explaining 71.581% of the variance. Group comparisons showed that satisfaction with simulation training differed significantly across satisfaction to a college life and school record. Internal consistency reliability for all items was .945. For each sub-domain, the reliability coefficient was .929 for 'Debrief', .908 for 'Clinical learning and reflection', and .860 for 'Clinical reasoning'. Nursing students' mean satisfaction with simulation using the high-fidelity simulator was 3.92. Results of this study are expected to be used for evaluating the satisfaction of nursing college students receiving high-fidelity simulation education, and to serve as groundwork for the development and application of nursing simulation education.

Simulation of 1983 Central East Sea Tsunami by Parallel FEM Model (병렬 FEM 모형을 이용한 1983년 동해 중부 지진해일 시뮬레이션)

  • The simulation of tsunami inundation using detailed bathymetry and topography is required to establish the countermeasure of disaster mitigation and the tsunami hazard map. In this study, a simulation of the 1983 tsunami event in the East Sea using parallel finite element model, which is possible to simulate with suitable accuracy by the Beowulf parallel computation method, is performed to produce detailed features of coastal inundation. Results of simulations are compared with measured data. The evolution of statistic distribution of tsunami heights is studied numerically and the distribution functions of tsunami heights show a tendency to the log-normal curve along coastal area.

  • The User Created Contents (UCC) are traded actively on the on-line market. The current pricing policy on the UCC market is the fixed pricing, which is set by the seller once and price never changes again. However market demand and supply are changing hourly, so the studies about dynamic pricing to determine more properly have been carried out. This paper suggests dynamic pricing models for UCC by analyzing the customer's searching pattern. We propose 2 pricing models (trend change-based pricing model and relative pricing model), and experiment various status by controlling system and market variables. We demonstrated our model by computational modeling and simulation. The result of this research can be useful guidelines to increase the revenue and profit of the UCC Market.

  • 기술력평가는 기술사업화 주체가 기술을 사용하여 수익을 창출할 수 있는 능력을 평가하기 위한 것으로, 국내 기술성 평가기관들이 각자 독자적인 평가 모형을 활용하여 평가를 수행해오고 있다. 특히 최근에 개발된 해양 및 수산 산업 분야의 기술력 평가모형은 타 산업 대비 열악한 기술개발 환경과 연구개발 성과를 대상으로 평가를 수행해오면서 기존의 평가체계 내에서는 많은 평가대상 기술들이 부적합 판정을 받아오고 있었다. 이러한 것은 기존 평가체계가 타 산업에서 활용되고 있는 공통적인 평가지표와 평가척도를 유사 또는 동일하게 사용하면서 발생되는 문제점으로 인식되었고, 또한 해양 및 수산 산업의 특수성이 반영되지 않은 평가체계에서 비롯된 것으로 파악되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 기존 평가체계를 해양수산 산업의 특수성을 반영할 수 있는 평가체계로 개선하여 해당 산업에 특화될 수 있는 평가체계를 새롭게 제안하고자 하며, 이를 위해서 기존 평가지표의 개선, 시뮬레이션 기반의 평가척도의 재설정 방법과 평가등급 산출방법에 대한 새로운 제안을 하고자 한다. 마지막으로 개선된 기술력평가 체계를 활용하여 시범사례평가를 수행하여 기존 평가체계를 통한 평가결과의 Gap분석을 수행하고자 한다.

Development of Fuzzy Travel Time Estimator for Interrupted Traffic Flow (단속류 퍼지 통행시간 추정기의 개발)

  • Two fuzzy travel time estimators for interrupted traffic flow were developed based on field survey data and simulation data 7hat is collected from DETSIM, which is microscopic traffic simulation model that car-following theory is applied. One is FETTOS(Fuzzy Estimator of Travel Time using Occupancy and Spot speed) and the other is FETTOS(Fuzzy Estimator of Travel Speed using Volume and Occupancy). Fuzzy logic controller was applied to the estimators to deal with non-linear relationship between traffic variables and travel time. According to results of simulation and field survey. estimation of travel time can be modeled by using percent occupancy better than any other traffic variables. Detector location from storyline and signal timing Plan of intersection are affected to estimate travel time. With a few findings, the estimator was constructed and its performance was tested for observed travel time data and simulated data. FETTOS which needs signal timing plan and detector location estimates travel time with accurate better than FETSVO does. However. FETSVO has excellent transferability because the estimator needs set of input data only; volume and time mean speed.

  • LNG고압펌프계통은 천연가스 고압 송출에 있어 가용도가 매우 중요한 계통이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 적용되고 있는 예방(계획)정비주기를 가용성 측면에서 재검토했다. 확률적인 운전대수와 운전 및 보전 형태에 연관된 여러제약이 고려할 때 계통 불가용도를 정량화하기 위하여 시뮬레이션 기법을 적용했다. 중도 절단된 형태의 펌프 수명 데이터를 분석해 욕조형의 고장율 함수를 도출했으며 보수시간 데이터를 분석해 확률분포모수를 구했다. 또한 주요 펌프부대설비에 대해서는 상수형의 고장율과 보전율을 도출했다. 분석된 확률모수를 작성된 시뮬레이션 모형에 입력하고 과거의 운전대수 시나리오를 설정해 실험한 결과와 실제 보수 및 운전 자료를 비교해 모형의 유효성을 보였다. 그리고 차후 예상되는 운전요구대수 시나리오를 기정하고 각 예방정비주기별로 반복 실험하여 계통의 불가용도를 보이고 적합한 예방정비주기를 도출했으며 펌프부품 교체비용의 기대 절감액을 보였다.
