SNS를 비롯한 소셜 웹 사용자의 급격한 증가로 인하여 소셜 웹은 사회 여러 분야에 영향력이 커지게 되었을 뿐만 아니라 자료의 저장소로써 중요한 역할을 하게 되었다. 이에 따라 최근에 들어서는 방대한 소셜 웹의 자료를 분석하기 위하여 시맨틱 웹의 역할이 중요해 지고 있다. 그러나 소셜 웹 자료와 시맨틱 웹 기술을 효과적으로 융합하기 위한 프레임워크의 연구는 상대적으로 부족하다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 소셜 웹 자료를 수집하고 이를 시맨틱 웹 기술로 처리할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제안한다. 제안하는 프레임 워크는 여러 소셜 웹 서비스에서 제공하는 데이터의 수집과 시맨틱 웹 기술 기반의 자료처리를 수행한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 프레임워크를 사용하면 여러 서비스에 분산된 사용자의 메시지와 프로파일을 이용하여 보다 더 신뢰성 있는 자료의 분석이 가능하다.

It is difficult to effectively search and data management due to the increasing number of web is now. While Semantic Web technologies and the development of next-generation wepin this as a way to overcome them, and monopolize the domestic utilization is not overwhelming introduction to the Semantic Web technology is being used in existing search engines. This causes the development of the Semantic Web is becoming slower, and reluctant to use the Semantic Web users who use search engines as well. In this paper, compared to the currently used web and the next generation of the web, and why utilization is low compared to the search engine you are using an existing Web technology that uses the Semantic Web technology is a search engine, what research was that the inefficient because, as a RDF-based Semantic suggest how to improve the efficiency solved by designing the web.

In this paper, we propose an architecture for geosemantic services. With the rapid progress of web services, wireless internet technologies and popularization of smart phone in recent years, a lot of applications based on geographic information are being developed. Moreover the search portals empowered by semantic web technologies are enabling general users to access on-line resources more easily. However, several studies in GIS domain have pointed out the practical limitation of existing service patterns, which are limited only to linking heterogenous spatial databases, insufficient for several important use cases. Hence we draw functional elements of geosemantic services from GIS and semantic web standards, and present the use cases and a new architecture for geosemantic services. This approach could set a foundation to implement geoemantic services.

The goal of Semantic Web is to provide efficient and effective semantic search and web services based on the machine-processable semantic information of web resources. Therefore, the process of creating and adding computer-understandable metadata for a variety of web contents, namely, semantic annotation is one of the fundamental technologies for the semantic web. Recently, in order to manage annotation metadata, direct approach for embedding metadata into the document is mainly used in semantic annotation. However, many semantic annotation tools for web documents have been mainly worked with HTML documents, and most of these tools do not support semantic search functionalities using the metadata. In this paper, based on these problems and previous works, we propose the Ontology-based Semantic Annotation tool(OSA) to efficiently support semantic annotation for web documents(such as HTML, PDF). We define a semantic annotation model that represents ontological-semantic information by using RDFS(RDF Schema). Based on XMP(eXtensible Metadata Platform) standard, the model is encoded directly into the document. By using OSA with XMP, user can perform semantic annotation on web documents which are able to keep compatibility for managing annotation metadata. Eventually, the integrated semantic annotation metadata can be used effectively in semantic search for a variety of web contents.

국방기술 및 무기체계의 도입은 다양한 형태의 정보원을 바탕으로 다각정인 분석을 해야 하며, 국가 경제 및 정치적인 사항 등 많은 요소의 영향을 받는다. 또한 한 번 도입된 체계는 짧게는 5년에서 길게는 10년 혹은 15년에 이르기 까지 아주 오랜 기간동안 도입되어야 하기 때문에 개발 단계에서 이를 전력화 하고 유지 보수하는 단계에 이르기 까지 일괄적이면서도 미래 선도 기술에 대한 예측이 가능하도록 서비스가 되어야 한다. 아울러 해를 거듭할 수록 최첨단 군사기술이 등장하고 있기 때문에 다양한 학습 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위해서는 시맨틱 검색에 기반한 다양한 국방 기술 정보를 제공하는 시맨틱 검색 환경을 제공해야 한다. 본 고에서는 이에 따른 시맨틱 검색 및 복합지식 기반 이러닝 환경의 프로토타입을 제시한다.

최근의 웹 서비스 기술은 주문을 받아서 만드는 클라이언트 애플리케이션을 위한 서비스 수단을 제공하기 위해 기능이 향상된 솔루션으로 개발되고 있다. 특히 웹 서비스는 현재의 웹 포털 사이트보다 서버들로 융통성 있는 접근을 제공한다. 즉 웹 서비스를 사용하는 것은 클라이언트 애플리케이션이 인터넷을 단순하게 표시하는 기능만을 하는 것이 아니라 시스템간의 정보 교환을 자동화함으로써 프로세스의 성능을 향상시키는 것이다. 이 논문에서는 웹 서비스 기반 eCard 메일 전송 시스템을 기술하고, 시맨틱 웹 서비스 언어를 이용하여 eCard 웹 서비스를 표현하는 것에 대해 기술한다.

$PICS^{1}$는 터넷 내용물을 선별적으로 볼 수 있게 해주는 기반구조로서, 선별 소프트웨어와 등급 서비스들 간에 효과적으로 동작할 수 있게 도와주는 기술규격이다. 또한 시맨틱 $PICS^{1}$은 팀 버너스 리가 창안한 차세대 웹 기술로서 온롤로지를 기반으로 웹 데이터를 기계가 인식하고 자원의 공유와 재사용이 가능하다는 장점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 웹 개념을 도입한 지능형 무선 PICS 환경을 구현함으로서 개선된 무선 웹 서비스 환경을 제안한다. 그리고 사전 연구를 통해 구현된 무선 PICS 환경을 초석으로 온톨로지 기술언어인 RDF를 사용하여 지능형 PICS 환경을 구현한다. 끝으로 일반 웹에 시맨틱 웹 개념을 도입할 때 유념해야 할 스키마의 처리를 고려하고 PICS 환경에서 중심이 되는 PICS 레이블, PICS 규칙을 RDF 로 기술하여 데이터의 의미를 명확하게 하고 관리 능력을 향상시킨다.

오늘날 웹의 사용자와 컨텐츠가 급격히 증가함에 따라 지능적 정보시스템과 웹 서비스(Web Service) 개념이 여러 분야에서 활발히 연구되고 있으며, 사용자에게 의미 정보를 제공하기 위한 시맨틱 웹서비스의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 웹 서비스를 위한 FXDB (FUZZY XML DATABASE) 시스템 설계 기법과 의미정보(Semantic Information)를 자동으로 실시간 웹 서비스 할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 FXDB 시스템은 XML 기술과 퍼지기술을 이용하여 웹상의 메타데이타를 데이터베이스에서 의미적으로 자동해석하고 XML 기반 웹 서비스할 수 있는 시스템 구조를 제안한다. 따라서 시맨틱 웹 환경을 위한 메타데이타의 해석을 좀 더 자동화, 지능화 할 수 있는 차세대 웹을 구현하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. 또한 웹 사용자의 입장에서는 의미정보에 따른 빠른 의사결정과 시맨틱 웹 정보검색이 가능하게 될 것이다.

웹 서비스는 XML 기반의 웹을 기반으로 한 대중화된 서비스를 제공하는 기술이며 시맨틱 웹은 온톨로지를 기반으로 하는 웹에 지능을 부여하는 기술을 의미한다. 시맨틱 웹 서비스는 이런 시맨틱 웹과 웹 서비스를 결합한 것으로 본 논문에서는 위와 같은 시맨틱 웹 서비스 워크플로우 생성도구를 제작한다. 또한 전문가 시스템에서 자주 다루었던 신경망 추론 전문가 시스템을 룰렛 휠 선택법과 결합한 모델로 한 추천 에이전트를 제작하여 사용자에게 특화된 서비스를 제공하는 에이전트를 제작한다. 위 에이전트는 패턴 분류에 주로 사용하는 SOM 모델을 사용하여 사용자 프로필에 특화된 서비스의 클러스터링을 제공하고자 한다. 또한 사용자에게 신뢰성 있는 서비스 제공을 위해 룰렛 휠 선택 방법을 이용한 워크플로우 제작을 제공한다.
