During a construction project, construction managers must be provided with material information to help them to make decisions more efficiently without delaying the delivery of material. Construction work can be smoothly performed with the proper material supply. Construction duration depends on several material-related decisions, including the order, delivery, and allocation of material to the correct work location. Hence, it is worthwhile to introduce data warehouse techniques that generate subject-oriented and integrated data to construction material management. The data warehouse for construction material management can perform multidimensional analysis and then define KPIs (Key Performance Index) in order to provide construction managers with construction material information such as lead time, material delivery rate, material installation rate and so on. This research proposes a method of effectively facilitating large amounts of data in the operating systems during the construction management process. In other words, the proposed method can supply structured and multi-perspective material-related information using data warehouse techniques.

정부가 중소기업제품의 구매를 촉진하고 판로를 지원함으로써 중소기업의 경쟁력 향상과 경영안정에 이바지할 목적으로 "중소기업제품 구매촉진 및 판로지원에 관한 법률"을 제정하고 중소기업 제품을 적극 사용하도록 권장하고 있다. 또한 조달청에서도 우수조달물품 지정제도를 통해 조달물자의 품질향상과 중소 벤처기업의 판로 지원을 목적으로 성능 및 기술 또는 품질이 뛰어난 물품을 우수조달 물품으로 지정하고 있다. 그러나 건설업계는 중소기업제품의 구매 촉진 및 판로를 지원하기 위한 이들 제도가 공사비 축소로 경쟁력을 약화시키고 있다고 지적하고 있다. 특히, 발주기관에서 자재를 공급함으로써 전문건설업계는 단순 시공만 하게 돼 경쟁력을 약화시키는 요인으로 작용하고 있다는 것. 뿐만 아니라 조달우수제품 구매제도의 경우 제품 납품만이 아닌 시공까지 겸하는 경우가 빈번해 지면서 중소건설업체의 시공업역이 차츰 줄어들고 있다고 지적하고 있다. 이에 따라 본지는 중소기업청의 공사용 자재 직접구매제도와 조달우수제도에 대해 알아본다.

설비건설업을 하다보면 여러 가지 자재들을 사용해야 한다. 하지만 비슷한 제품이 많아 우리가 시공하는 현장에 어떤 제품이 적합한 것인지 궁금할 때가 많다. 더욱이 제품 특징 등을 알고 싶을 때 일일이 찾아봐야 하는 번거로움이 따른다. 본지는 회원사의 설비자재에 대한 궁금증을 해소하기 위해 지난 2007년 6월호부터 특정 지재를 선정하여 제품의 특징 용도 등을 담은 '자재의 모든 것'을 게재한다.

Information of construction material is served through internet to user but it is poor to use information of construction material because of lack of information which is accumulated and insufficience of standardization. So informationization of civil materials are closely connected with works and then it is promoted to be used through works like design, construction etc. Informationization for management of information of construction material which reflects questionnaires about opinion of workers presents promotion by stage considering first, continuous renewal of information of construction material and increase in quantity, second classification system and standardization of terms in order to share and connect information of construction material third, developing inquiry method of material information needed in construction stage fourth, connecting material information DB and application through design and construction.

Because of world financial crisis, The Korea domestic construction industry has been damaged hugely on material supplying work. A current domestic material supply system can't react properly on a great rise of foreign exchange rate and raw material price, so the system has a problem which is not properly supplying material. To solve this problem, a more innovative material supply work system is seriously needed than ever. So this study wants to improve material supply system for supplying material right time, right place through applying a web-based system. Applying this, overall process of material-supply-work can be done on a web-based system for immediately understanding change of ordering and warehousing by material-supply-schedule to a domestic construction field.

This study is intended to build research for ways to utilize material information in the design and working business for public works. The contents and results of this study can be classified into object-oriented DB application to bridge construction and object-oriented DB utilization of civil material information. First, application of object-oriented DB to bridge construction 1) constructs the work unit of classified work table as an object(Each object constructs material information on the statement of quantity calculation as data), 2) constructs object-oriented DB for superstructure and substructure of PSC Beam bridge, 3) leads to the research for ways to utilize materials by developing 3D bridge prototype with REVIT structure. Secondly, ways to utilize object-oriented DB for civil material information identified the possibility for utilizing it in making 2D drawings for design work, preparing materials list, analyzing structure for working businesses, selecting and purchasing materials, managing process and maintaining. It is suggested that the results of this study should be applied to all bridge constructions through test-bed and additional studies so as to secure the credibility of the results of this study.

많은 난관을 극복하고 조기착공에 성공한 후에, 우선적으로 고려할 사항은 주공정(Crtical Path) 을 관리하는 것이다. 주공정(critical Path)의 초기 작업에 필요한 자재, 장비, 인원의 준비를 재점검하고 하도급추진을 하는 한편, 계약서상의 요구조건, 승인사항에 미흡한 점이 없는지를 검토하고 보완한다. 계약서상의 요구사항을 미비하거나 무시했을 경우, 반드시 그에 상응하는 경제적 대가를 치루어야 한다는 것을 명심해야 한다. 시공을 하기 위해서는 자재승인 후 작업도면(Working Drawing/ Construction Drawing/ Shop Drawing)의 승인을 받고, 작업방법(Method Statement)을 제출하고, 설명화 Presentation) 및 시험시공(Demonstration 또는 Mockup)을 거쳐 감리자의 시공허락을 받아야 하며 각종 Test를 통해 품질관리를 실행해야 한다. 시공지는 시방서에서 요구하는 품질이 보장되는 범위 내에서, 최대한 공기를 단축할 수 있도록 공사초기부터 노력을 해야 하며, 공사의 모든 과정에서 항상 claim 여부, 공기내 준공, 하자 Zero, 최단 시일 내에 최대의 기성취하에 역점을 두고, 이에 장애요인을 해결하는 것으로 공사를 진행해야 한다.
