In April 2019, this study was enacted as a test method for the performance of waterproof layers in an environment where complex deterioration and structural behavior are simultaneously applied, but some existing standards were implemented to point out the errors of the method that should be supplemented. Thus, in establishing standards for (tentative) adhesive waterproofing sheets, field workability and quantification of test results were studied on the structural behavior response performance test methods included as test items. In addition, the performance evaluation of adhesive-type composite waterproof sheets was conducted based on the considered contents to review improvements such as applicability as an item of standard standards and field workability related problems.

It is related to launch the CM market and to increase the profit and entire ability in company that is enforcing the ability of construction management in large-scaled construction company. According to the CM market in U.S, CM market is increased with competing to the companies, that is E&C, general contractor, design firm, specialized CM firm. Also domestic market is similar to US market. In this situation, large-scaled construction companies are filled with construction management ability for competing with foreign companies and domestic CM firms. This paper suggests how to enforce the construction management ability through education, and shows the detailed education strategy considered the fields, divisions and positions.

원자력발전소 기기의 구조, 건전성 확보를 위해 기기가 적절한 기술기준에 따라 제작, 설치 및 운전되고 있는지 여부를 정부가 인정한 제3자에 의해 시행되는 검사를 원자력공인검사라하며 세부적으로 기기의 제작 및 시공단계에서 수행되는 공인검사를 제작/시공공인검사, 시운전 및 운전단계에서 수행되는 공인검사를 가동전/중공인검사로 분류하여 검사를 수행하고 있다. 현재 우리 연구원에서는 월성원자력 2,3,4호기를 비록하여 울진원자력3,4호기를 비롯하여 울진원자력3,4호기, 영광원자력5.6호기에 대한 시공공인검사를 수행하고 있으며 울진원자력5,6호기와 KEDO에서 시행하는 북한원전에 대한 시공공인검사를 준비하고 있는 실정이다. 여기에서는 현재 검사가 진행중인 월성원자력 2,3,4호기 시공공인검사를 중심으로 원자력발전소 시공에 적용하고 있는 공인검사에 대해 소개하고자 한다.
