B2G XML/EDI 기반 해상통관 데이터웨어하우스의 개발

  • 수출입 관련 항만물류업무 처리의 효율화를 위해 1996년부터 도입된 EDI는 서류없이 각종 항만물류 및 통관업무를 효율적으로 처리하는데 큰 기여를 하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 방식은 VAN EDI 로써 폐쇄적인 VAN 망을 통하여 EDI VAN사업자가 사용자의 EDI문서를 관련 정부기관에 중계만을 하여 EDI문서에 나타난 각종 데이터의 누적을 통한 물류정보서비스는 제공되고 있지 않다. 한편, EDI를 수신한 각 정부기관에서는 필요한 물류요약정보를 얻기 위해 해당 EDI 문서에서 추출한 데이터를 저장하는 운영 데이터베이스에 접근하여 필요한 요약 정보를 리포트 형태로 프로그램하여 생성하고 있어 정보제공의 시간지연과 프로그램 업무의 과중 및 운영 데이터베이스에 대한 부하가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 이러한 상황에서 수출입 항만물류와 관련한 다차원 정보를 실시간제공하기 위한 데이터웨어하우스를 구축하는데 있다. 일반적으로 데이터웨어하우스는 운영데이터베이스로부터 다차원 구조의 데이터웨어하우스로 데이터를 추출, 전환, 복사함으로써 이루어지지만, 본 연구에서는 EDI 수신 기관의 운영데이터베이스보다 더 원천 데이터인EDI 문서로부터 데이터웨어하우스로 데이터 변환을 함으로써 항만물류 데이터웨어하우스의 데이터 추출 단계를 한 단계 줄였다. 현재 VAN EDI 방식은 그 폐쇄성과 비용 때문에 향후 인터넷을 이용한 XML/EDI로 기술 이전될 것이 예상되며 이러한 상황에서VAN EDI 포맷이 아닌 XML/EDI 문서로 부터 데이터웨어하우스로의 전환을 구현하였다. 본 연구에서는 관세청의 수출통관 EDI에 대해 이를 XML/EDI 로 XML 스키마를 정의하고 이로 생성된 XML 문서를 SQL 서버로 구현된 OLAP 용 데이터웨어하우스로 전환하였다. 본 연구를 통해 XML을 이용한 EDI체제에서 전자문서전송기능과 정보제공기능을 위한 데이터웨어하우스의 연동을 동해 EDI시스템을 다차원 의사결정정보 시스템과 통합하게 하여, 향후 인터넷 기반 XML/EDI 중계서비스에 있어 물류정보서비스도 원활하게 제공할 수 있게될 것으로 기대된다.

  • Construction work has character which claim or dispute is frequently raised. This means that each construction project has it's own contract documents due to the difference of environment and time. Therefore to overcome the associated risks, domestic contract rules and acts should be reformed. Several well-recognized contract documents developed by FIDIC, AlA, CMAA and general conditions of the contract is investigated and analyzed. Based on the research outcomes the direction of reformation is suggested.

  • In the conventional centralized mobility management schemes, it can lead to single points of failure, occurrence of a bottleneck, since all data and control are concentrated on the mobility anchor which is located in home network. In the current research of distributed mobility management, it is doing research into distributed mobility management which is supported by distributed mobility anchors. Such schemes do not consider a failure of the mobility anchor. However, it could be an issue under tactical environment since it occur non-service problem due to anchor movement, maintenance, failure, etc. In this paper, we proposed new DMM scheme named T-DMM(Tactical-Distributed Mobility Management) which can support handover even if mobility anchor breaks down. From the numerical analysis, we evaluate signaling cost and handover latency.

  • Currently, fluid transfer steel pipes take a lot of time and expense to maintain all facilities due to new construction and painting or corrosion and aging. Therefore, this study was conducted for designing a CFRP pipe structure with high corrosion resistance and chemical resistance as a substitute for steel pipes. The helical/hoop pattern was cross-laminated to improve durability, and HNT was added to suppress the moisture absorption phenomenon of the epoxy. The HNT/CFRP pipe was manufactured by a filament winding process, and performed a mechanical property test, and a moisture absorption test in distilled water at 70℃. As a result, the highest bending strength was obtained when the hoop pattern was laminated with a thickness equivalent to 0.6% of the pipe. The 0.5 wt% HNT specimen had the highest moisture absorption resistance. Also, the delamination phenomenon at the interlayer interface was delayed, resulting in the lowest strength reduction rate.

  • As a large amount of data generated by sensors or devices at the manufacturing site is transmitted to the server or client, problems arise in network processing time delay and storage resource cost increase. To solve this problem, considering the manufacturing site, where real-time responsiveness and non-disruptive processes are essential, QRC (Quotient Remainder Compression) and BL_beta compression algorithms that enable real-time and lossless compression were applied to actual manufacturing site sensor data for the first time. As a result of the experiment, BL_beta had a higher compression rate than QRC. As a result of experimenting with the same data by slightly adjusting the data size of QRC, the compression rate of the QRC algorithm with the adjusted data size was 35.48% and 20.3% higher than the existing QRC and BL_beta compression algorithms.

  • 급격한 기후변화에 기인하여 전 세계적으로 거듭되는 돌발홍수로 인한 피해가 급격히 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 우리나라에서도 최근 중소 규모의 하천 뿐 아니라 도시 생활하천, 도심지 저지대에서 갑작스런 홍수와 침수로 인해 많은 인명과 재산 피해를 경험하고 있다. 이런 문제를 인식하여 최근 정부차원에서 다양한 센서와 인공지능에 기반하는 많은 인프라 및 연구 투자가 이루어지고 있지만, 높은 설치 및 운영 비용과 우리나라의 복잡한 하천 환경 특성으로 인해 소하천이나 도심지 저지대에서는 그 효율성을 제대로 발휘하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 주변환경의 변화에 강인한 복합 센서단말을 통해, 하천 정보(유량, 유속, 수위 등)을 실시간 측정하고, 해당지역의 특성을 고려한 하천 또는 저지대의 위험도를 스스로 판단할 수 있는 기술을 제안한다. 또한, 본 논문에서는 제안한 저비용 초소형의 단말 장치로 지점의 하천 정보를 실시간 측정하여 IoT망을 통해 3차원 하천 디지털트윈 모델로 전달하여, 유속과 수위를 그대로 재연함으로써, 하천 침수 위험 감시의 효율성을 검증하였다. 3차원 DEM(Digital Elevation Models) 데이터와 실제 하천을 관측한 데이터를 이용한 디지털트윈 검증 결과, 데이터 전송 지연시간을 감안하여 3초 이내에 하천의 수위와 유속이 3차원 모델에 반영되는 것을 확인하였다. 이 결과로부터 열악한 환경에서도 실시간 하천 상황을 원거리에서 모니터링 할 수 있으며, 강우와 유출에 따른 하천 홍수 메카니즘을 새롭게 시뮬레이션할 수 있는 방법론을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • IoT application development using a cloud server causes problems such as data transmission and reception delay, network traffic, and cost for real-time processing support in network connected hardware. To solve this problem, edge cloud-based platforms can use neuromorphic hardware to enable fast data transfer. In this paper, we propose a model optimization method for supporting spiking neural networks on FPGA hardware. We focused on auto-adjusting network model parameters optimized for neuromorphic hardware. The proposed method performs optimization to show higher performance based on user requirements for accuracy. As a result of performance analysis, it satisfies all requirements of accuracy and showed higher performance in terms of expected execution time, unlike the naive method supported by the existing open source framework.

  • Failure and malfunction of the unmanned surveillance facility cost can lead to delays occurring until the person in charge arrives at the unmanned surveillance facility, and theft, damage, and information leakage damage caused by intruders. In addition, due to equipment failure and malfunction, additional costs are incurred due to constant inspection by the manager. In this paper, in order to compensate for the malfunction of unmanned facility costs, we propose a system that diagnoses the monitoring facility in real time, displays the contents of the problem, automatically restores the facility power, and informs the person in charge of the situation by text message. The proposed system is a surveillance facility consisting of main facilities such as video equipment (CCTV), sound equipment, floodlights, etc. And SMS server that can send text messages in real time. Through experiments, the effectiveness of the proposed system was verified.

An Algorithm for Submarine Passive Sonar Simulator (잠수함 수동소나 시뮬레이터 알고리즘)

  • Actual maritime exercise for improving the capability of submarine sonar operator leads to a lot of cost and constraints. Sonar simulator maximizes the capability of sonar operator and training effect by solving these problems and simulating a realistic battlefield environment. In this study, a passive sonar simulator algorithm is suggested, where the simulator is divided into three modules: maneuvering module, noise source module, and sound propagation module. Maneuvering module is implemented in three-dimensional coordinate system and time interval is set as the rate of vessel changing course. Noise source module consists of target noise, ocean ambient noise, and self noise. Target noise is divided into modulated/unmodulated and narrowband/broadband signals as their frequency characteristics, and they are applied to ship radiated noise level depending on the vessel tonnage and velocity. Ocean ambient noise is simulated depending on the wind noise considering the waveguide effect and other ambient noise. Self noise is also simulated for flow noise and insertion loss of sonar-dome. The sound propagation module is based on ray propagation, where summation of amplitude, phase, and time delay for each eigen-ray is multiplied by target noise in the frequency domain. Finally, simulated results based on various scenarios are in good agreement with generated noise in the real ocean.

Assessment of Water and Pollutant Mass Balance by Soil Amendment on Infiltration Trench (침투도랑 토양치환의 물순환 및 비점오염물질저감 효과 평가)

  • Highways are characterized by high non-point pollutant emissions due to high traffic volumes and sections that cause abrupt change in driving speed (i.e. rest stations, ticketing office, etc.). Most highways in Korea were constructed with layers that do not allow adequate infiltration. Moreover, non-point pollution reduction facilities were not commonly installed on domestic highways. This study was conducted to evaluate a facility treating highway runoff and develop a cost-effective design for infiltration facilities by using soil amendment techniques. Performing soil amendment increased the hydraulic retention time (HRT) and infiltration rate in the facility by approximately 30% and 20%, respectively. The facility's efficiency of removing non-point pollutants (Total Suspend Soiled (TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD), Biological Oxygen Demand(BOD), Total Nitrogen (TN) and Total Phosphorus, (TP) were also increased by 20%. Performing soil amendment on areas with low permeability can increase the infiltration rates by improving the storage volume capacity, HRT, and infiltration area. The application of infiltration facilities on areas with low permeability should comply with the guidelines presented in the Ministry of Environment's Standards for installation of non-point pollution reduction facilities. However, soil amendment may be necessary if the soil infiltration rate is less than 13 mm/hr.
