This paper describes a new program called GPS_QC needed to check the quality of GPS observations before post-processing so that the surveyors can be improved the precision of GPS data analysis. The GPS_QC was designed to calculate the quality control (QC) parameters such as data gaps, cycle slips, low elevation angle, inonspheric delay, multi-path effects and DOP etc, within the period of GPS observation. It can be used to read and calculate the QC parameters from RINEX files. This program gives users brief statistics, time series plots and graphs of QC parameters. The GPS_QC can simply be performed the quality checking of GPS data that was difficult for surveyors in the field. It is expected that we can be improved the precision of positioning and solved the time consuming problem of GPS observation.

The overuse of Internet has caused the problem of 'Internet addiction' in the life of college students. The purpose of this study was to develop a program of time management education for preventing Internet addiction among college students. The program consists of sessions. The first session is an introduction to the program which includes a pre-test about Internet addiction. The second session is designed to allow them to check their pattern of Internet use and time use by themselves. The third session is designed to set their tie goals and make long-range plans. The fourth session is designed to make short-range plans and look for alternative activities. The final session is the completion of the program. This study has some significance in developing a time management program for Internet addiction. and will be utilized in practical education.

As the scale of network expands largely, most of users consume much cost for complex network that composes various network environments. In this paper, we propose a network management framework employing active management program generation facilities in order to reduce the cost and time for developing a network management program. The proposed framework consists of several basic components including configuration management, performance management, and fault management for real time network management. Besides those components, it has an added active program generator in order to actively create information of network objects that are managed through the basic components. Our framework manages the network with SNMP manager using the information of network objects. This information is generated automatically instead of the existing manual manner. We shows that the cost and time for developing a network management program is reduced through the construction and operations on the real network.

The purpose of this study is to examine how time management, usefulness, and interest predict m-learning outcomes. For this study, 144 high school students participated in m-learning activities during science classes. After 5 week of classes, they responded the following surveys: time management, usefulness, interest, satisfaction, perceived achievement and learning persistence. Multiple regression analyses with correlation applied to this study as a data analysis method. The results showed that time management, usefulness, interest significantly predicted learning satisfaction and persistence. In addition, time management and usefulness significantly predicted perceived achievement, Therefore, these findings imply that time management, usefulness should be considered for designing m-learning activities in high school science class.

이 사회에 장애인의 취업, 결혼 등을 비롯한 복지문제가 거론되기 시작한지도 적지 않은 시간이 흘렀다. 그러나 이러한 문제는 둘째로 하고, 장애인의 정서함양과 건강증진에 도움이 될 수 있는 일상적인 체육 · 문화 프로그램조차도 그리 많지 못한 것이 우리의 현실이다. 이와 같은 상황에서 지난 ‘89년에 발족 된 한국장애인복지체육회가 장애인을 위한 체육교실 · 문학 강좌 및 예술대전 등의 프로그램을 마련해 그런대로 갈증을 해소해 주고 있고, 장애인들의 호응을 받고 있다. 올해 장애인 편의 시설이 완벽하게 갖추어진 ’서울곰두리체육센터‘가 문을 열어 장애인들의 생활을 더욱 밝게 해주고 있다. 체육회의 다양한 프로그램이 전국적으로 파급되어 모든 장애인에게도 생활문화를 즐길 수 있는 기회가 더욱 많이 주어지기를 기대한다.

본 논문은 내장형 시스템의 전력 감소를 위해 사용되는 과거 사용량 기반의 DVS의 단점 인 응용 프로그램의 수행 성능 저하를 보상하기 위해, 운영체제의 스케줄러에서 제공하는 태스크의 미래정보를 이용하는 기법을 제안한다. 대표적 내장형 운영체제인 WinCE.net에서의 스케줄러는 제한된 자원의 효율적 관리를 위하여 동일 응용프로그램의 태스크들을 관리하면서 다음 태스크 시행시간 정보를 갖게 된다. 이러한 룩 어헤드(look ahead)정보와 과거사용량기법을 혼합한 혼합예측기법이 실제 내장형 시스템에서 전력소비를 감소시키며 응용프로그램의 수행 성능보상을 할 수 있음을 보인다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a nursing activity cost calculation program based on Lee's doctoral dissertation using TD-ABC. The developed program has been supplemented with data storage, print out, and graph conversion functions to expand the application possibility. The development of the program consisted of three steps: program requirements analysis, program design and development, and program validation. This program was designed not only to do the cost calculation, but also to compare the cost-effectiveness and cost consumption trends. Consequently, this program is meaningful in that the nursing manager can obtain the cost information necessary for nursing unit management and extend the utilization so that the cost management strategy can be established based on the cost information. Therefore, we propose that the cost-management capacity of clinical nurses should be strengthened and the nursing performance measurement research should be expanded by applying it to various actual clinical nursing management settings. It is suggested that this program should be used as a training medium to strengthen nurse cost management capacity by combining nursing management curriculum at undergraduate level.

The purpose of this study is to develop the continuing education program for records managers. To reach the goal of this study, literature review and a survey was undertaken. Through literature review, essential knowledge areas of records manager were observed. The survey was also performed by 57 records managers in Korea to understand needs and satisfactions of the continuing education. In conclusion, this study suggested the continuing education program model including education contents, teaching methods, duration of lecture time, and lecturers etc.

Amcache.hve file is a registry hive file regarding Program Compatibility Assistant, which stores the executed information of applications. With Amcache.hve file, We can know execution path, first executed time as well as deleted time. Since it checks both the first install time and deleted time, Amcache.hve file can be used to draw up the overall timeline of applications when used with the Prefetch files and Iconcache.db files. Amcache.hve file is also an important artifact to record the traces of anti-forensic programs, portable programs and external storage devices. This paper illustrates the features of Amcache.hve file and methods for utilization in digital forensics such as estimation of deleted time of applications.
