GIS based new postal marketing method is presented in this paper with spatiotemporal mining to cope with domestic mail volume decline and to strengthening competitiveness of postal business. Market segmentation technique for socialogy of population and spatiotemporal prediction of consumer propensity to purchase through spatiotemporal multi-dimensional analysis are suggested to provide meaningful and accurate marketing information with customers. Internal postal acceptance & external statistical data of local districts in the Seoul Metropolis are used for the evaluation of geo-lifestyle clustering and spatiotemporal cube mining. Successfully optimal 14 maketing clusters and spatiotemporal patterns are extracted for the prediction of consumer propensity to purchase.

In this paper, university hospitals, general hospitals/hospitals, private clinics, Chinese medicine hospitals and clinics in Seoul. Metropolitan Inchon, Kyunggi-do were probed to find out how the variables of service task factor are related to customer satisfaction, and to find out the determinants of medical service task(tangible quality, flexibility, cost, time and managerial skills), and anticipation factors, and respective items of customer satisfaction through statistical analysis. The meaning of the above mentioned findings should be carefully understood and construed due to the following problems. Because the factors why patients select hospitals were measured limitedly. it cannot show everything I intended to suggest. Especially due to the insufficient number if items. customer satisfaction variables are too limited. Reflecting the developing changes in various medical environments, hospitals could meet the objective of maintenance and prosperity only by facing the competition effectively and satisfying patients. Also hospitals should pursue patient-oriented service management. In other words, a strategic management of service task factors is needed. Based on this paper's research. a further study should be conducted continuously in order to give customers more satisfaction.

The amount of home deliveries are increasing day by day owing to the increment of the on-line market. This environment brings along generating many delivery companies and keen competition with each other in its customer hold Therefore, this study aims at the development of a shortest delivery route search demonstration system using Ant Algorithm. The developed system reduces the time consumption significantly in search of delivery path and time of the products for the novice delivery driver as well as experienced driver. Ultimately, the developed system will give the customer reliability and satisfaction, knowing a delivery route in advance.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the official medical tourism websites in several countries. We compared the websites of three countries using the 4 criteria(e.g.,contents, convenience, design, interactivity). The evaluation of accessibility and subjective perception were conducted by websites users. Total 77 cases were used for the analysis. For the statistical analysis of data, MANOVA was used. According to the MANOVA analysis, The Malaysia website received the highest mark in accessibility and subjective perception. Each of the evaluations showed a significant difference among countries.

Due to the international economic downturn and the increasing competition, container terminals have been trying to achieve cost effectiveness and high service levels. Shipping companies want to get better services from container terminals but container terminals only have limited space and equipment. Frequently, too many external trucks come to the terminal at the same time, and create bottle necks at the terminals. Ouside the container terminals traffic jams occur as well. As a result, stakeholders need a vehicle booking system. By VBS, container terminals can plan efficiently in advance to avoid work delay and the truck drivers can finish their jobs quickly. This paper aims to search efficient models for the container terminals by using VBS.

A neat prefect stable random access protocol for a broadcast channel,the distributed queuing random access protocol(DQRAP)is presented and evaluated.The DQRAP prootcol utilizes minisolts to provide termaty chan-nel feedback and two distributed queues to:9a) resolve contention and (b) to schedute the transmission of messages.Three minislots are sufficient to resolve collisions faster than the tranmission times of all inboled mecages.Three minislots are suffcient to resolve collisions faster than the tranmission times of all inbolved arrivals when ternary minislot feedback is used.Modelingand simulation indicate that the DQRAP protocol, using as few as three minislits,achives a performance level which approaches that of hypothetical perfect cheduling protocol,ie,the M/D/I system,with respect to propagation delay,thus offers the potential of improved performance over current protocols in satellite,metropolitan and packet radio networks.

본 논문은 뜻풀이를 통해 한글단어를 맞추는 앱 어플리케이션인 '떴다 한글'의 구현에 대하여 논한다. 학습적인 요소와 게임적인 요소를 기반으로 만들어진 이 앱을 통하여 누구나 쉽게 이용하고 한글 단어를 학습할 수 있는 안드로이드 앱 어플리케이션이다. '떴다 한글'은 4가지 특징을 가진다. 첫 번째는 한글의 사전적인 의미를 제공하여 게임이 진행되기 때문에 사용자가 자신이 사용하는 언어의 정확한 뜻을 알 수 있게 하였다. 두 번째는 난이도를 선택할 수 있어 모든 연령대 사람들과 한글에 관심이 많은 외국인 사용자들이 쉽게 이용할 수 있다. 세 번째는 게임적 요소로 중요한 동적인 움직임과 함께 문제를 풀게 하여 사용자가 오랜 시간동안 지루하지 않게 하였다. 네 번째는 순위를 볼 수 있게 하여 자신의 점수를 등록하면 다른 사람들과 경쟁을 할 수 있도록 하여 더욱 이 앱에 관심을 갖도록 하였다. 이러한 특징들은 교육적 측면으로서 좋은 특징을 가지고 있다. 그 외에도 떴다 한글은 데이터베이스 파일을 중심으로 작동하기 때문에 파일의 구조와 입력 정보를 변경하여 여러 버전(헷갈리기 쉬운 단어, 순수우리말, 사자성어 등)의 게임으로 응용이 가능하다는 산업 및 기술적 측면의 모습도 볼 수 있다.

In this paper, a novel multiple access scheme using SMA(Split and Merge Algorithm) is proposed to reduce the accessdelay of wireless MAC protocols. The key idea of the SMA is to dynamically split and merge the contending terminals depending on their traffic loads for effective control of access to the channels. The SMA divides the collided terminals into several sub-groups if a collision occurs and merges the idle terminals of the split sub-groups into their original group. The merge algorithm can be used to resolve collision and split operation can be used to dynamic group management. The simulation results indicate that our algorithm may provide a higher throughput and a lower collision rate than the existing algorithms, especially under heavy traffic loads.

기업 네트워크에서 안전하고 효과적이며 안정된 망 운영관리 환경 제공은 당면한 중요과제이며 기업 경쟁력의 핵심인 정보기술을 통한 생산성과도 연계성을 갖고 있다. 이러한 필요에 맞추어 많은 네트워크 관리 시스템들이 개발되어 상용화 되었으나 이들 관리시스템들은 트래픽 모니터링에 의한 통계값 제공과 같은 단순 평면적인 관리 기능만을 제공할 뿐 네트워크의 특성과 환경에 따른 분석, 진단 기능은 제공하지 못하고 있다. 또한 현재의 네트워크 환경은 다양한 통신장비와 서비스들의 개발에 따른 망 구성 요소의 이질성과 복잡성이 증가하고 있으며 이는 전문적인 네트워크 운영관리와 분석기술을 요구하고 있다. 이는 관리자에게 네트워크가 점점 다양화, 복잡화 되는 환경에서 부담으로 작용할 뿐 아니라 결과를 도출하는데 많은 시간과 비용이 소요된다. 따라서 기존 네트워크 관리 시스템의 한계를 극복하고 네트워크 환경 변화를 수용, 관리자의 운영경험지식을 데이터베이스화하여 지능적인 네트워크의 분석과 진단이 가능한 시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문은 이러한 시스템 구축의 전제조건으로 네트워크 운영경험 데이터베이스를 구축하여 이를 통한 네트워크 환경 변화를 수용할 수 있는 임계값 최적화와 향후 한국전력 사내 데이터통신망의 지능화된 분석과 진단을 위해 활용하게 될 지식 발견 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

This paper studies a novel method to find the profit-maximizing Nash Equilibriums in allocating generation quantities with consideration of ramp-rates under competitive market environment. Each GenCo in a market participates in a game to maximize its profit through competitions and play a game with bidding strategies. In order to find the Nash equilibriums it is necessary to search the feasible combinations of GenCos' strategies which satisfy every participant's profit and no one wants various constraints. During the procedure to find Nash equilibriums, the payoff matrix can be simplified as eliminating the dominated strategies. in each time interval. Because of the ramp-rate, generator's physically or technically limits to increase or decrease outputs in its range, it can restrict the number of bidding strategies of each generator at the next stage. So in this paper, we found the Nash Equilibriums for multi-stage generation allocation game considering the ramp-rate limits of generators. In the case studies, we analyzed the generation allocation game for a 12-hour multi-stage and compared it with the results of dynamic economic dispatch. Both of the two cases were considered generator's ramp-rate effects.
