  • In this paper, the real time monitoring system for the abnormal state of marine algae does not detect the plankton which may directly cause the red tide or the water bloom. But checks both oxygen reduction and nitrogen reduction in water, which indicates the characteristics of zooplankton and phytoplankton respectively, and this system makes a module that monitors in real time the temperature and the illumination of the water, which are indirect factors, with sensors placed in and outside the water, and this module transmits signals periodically at specific intervals to a sever that builds up data base, and the data collected in these ways will be analyzed and compared with the standard data from Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, and then these data will be made the adequate form of information to be provided to the users as visual information, thus, this system intends to make a red tide and water bloom monitoring system tailored for individual fish farm businesses that has local characteristics and can quickly operate outside working hours, which differs from the existing wide area detecting and monitoring systems.

  • The interference among the rain radars and interference in the adjacent wireless station due to the spurious signals from the rain radar were analyzed in this paper. The rain radar measures the rain intensity using S-band signal. The measured data are utilized in forecasting the rainfall. The interference among the rain radars or in the adjacent wireless stations may be caused by the operation with low elevation angle and the high output power. Based on the propagation analysis of S band signal and the deduced interference protection ratio of rain radar, the interference due to the rain radar are analyzed. Also, the radiation spectrum characteristics of a rain radar are deduced from the caused interference effects by the spurious signals of the rain radar. To minimize the interference effects for adjacent wireless stations, it is required to get the rejection characteristics of spurious signals above 105 dB. In viewpoints of interference for rain radars, it is necessary to operate the rain radar with a different PRF and operation time opposite to adjacent rain radars.

  • There is no method to control for the child efficiently when disease happens who cannot be able to express his symptoms. Therefore, doctor's diagnosis depends on inquiring from child's patients, that leads to wrong diagnosis result. For this, in this paper, we would like to develop child ocular inspection, auscultation diagnosis instruments, using Oriental medicine principle that living body signal of five organs and six hallow organs which reflects patients face and voice We would like to get more accurate diagnosis result for child's symptoms from doctor's intuition on the basis of diagnostic sight visualization, objectification, quantization itself. This paper develops color revision, YCbCr application, and face color selection and five sensory organs and nose or apex extraction method etc, in child ocular inspection by first work achievement sequence among the whole development systems. Also, in occasion of child auscultation, crying characteristics of colics through pitch, intensity and formant analysis is numerized and objectifies doctor's intuition through this. Finally, experiments are performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

  • These days, there is increasing those who like spicy food, people release stress by eating spicy food. But, when you eat spicy food, there is a difference but, we visually can be found red facial color to change. In this paper, when you eat spicy food, we carried out experiment which comparison and analysis color change of facial area depending on Sasang constitutional type. To this end, we organized test subject group by Sasang constitutional type according to survey result for Sasang constitutional type. And then we carried out interrelationship analysis between spicy food and facial color depending on facial color to apply Lab color system based on facial image which is before and after eat a hot spicy pepper.

  • The noise sources of a Hyperion image are mainly due to the atmospheric effects, the sensor's instrumental errors, and A/D conversion. Though uncalibrated, overlapping, and all deep water absorption bands generally are removed, there still exist noisy bands. The visual inspection for selecting clean and stable processing bands is a simple practice, but is a manual, inefficient, and subjective process. In this paper, we propose that the extrema ratio be used for noise estimation and unsupervised band selection. The extrema ratio was compared with existing SNR and entropy measures. First, Gaussian, salt and pepper, and Speckle noises were added to ALI (Advanced Land Imager) images with relatively low noises, and the relation of noise level and those measures was explored. Second, the unsupervised band selection was performed through the EM (Expectation-Maximization) algorithm of the measures which were extracted from a Hyperion images. The Hyperion data were classified into 5 categories according to the image quality by visual inspection, and used as the reference data. The experimental result showed that the extrema ratio could be used effectively for band selection of Hyperion images.

  • Recently, unmanned technologies interest increased. An unmanned boat is not directly on people and radio can be controlled by boat. Used for military unmanned boat was first developed in the United States Navy. In recent years, for hobby, for pesticide application, for water activities, expanding exploration in various ways, including for use. The role of a variety of unmanned boat above, In the case of a variety of unmanned probe of the role of unmanned boat on the boat people who don't be able to come to the vision of the advantage can not be exploring places like blind spot. In this paper, The Blind Spot are explorations of places such as streaming real-time as possible, an unmanned boat using Raspberry Pi that support implementation. Receiver input signals of an unmanned boat to the transmitter under the manipulation of, using smartphones hotspot feature Raspberry Pi and smartphones, network connection. • Red tide, defined as the major reproduction of harmful birds, has the characteristics of being generated and diffused in a wide area. This has limitations in detection only with the existing investigation method. Therefore, in this study, red tide was detected using a remote sensing technique. In addition, it was intended to increase the accuracy of detection by using optical characteristics, not just the concentration of chlorophyll. Red tide mainly occurs on the southern coast where sea signals are complex, and the main red tide control species on the southern coast is Cochlodinium polykirkoides. Therefore, it was intended to secure objectivity by reflecting features that could not be found depending on the researcher's observation and experience, not limited to visual judgment using machine learning techniques. In this study, support background machines and random forest were used among machine learning models, and as a result of calculating accuracy as performance evaluation indicators of the two models, the accuracy was 85.7% and 80.2%, respectively.

  • Sensor data can provide fault diagnosis for equipment. However, the cause analysis for fault results of equipment is not often provided. In this study, we propose an explainable convolutional neural network framework for the sensor-based time series classification model. We used sensor-based time series dataset, acquired from vehicles equipped with sensors, and the Wafer dataset, acquired from manufacturing process. Moreover, we used Cycle Signal dataset, acquired from real world mechanical equipment, and for Data augmentation methods, scaling and jittering were used to train our deep learning models. In addition, our proposed classification models are convolutional neural network based models, FCN, 1D-CNN, and ResNet, to compare evaluations for each model. Our experimental results show that the ResNet provides promising results in the context of time series classification with accuracy and F1 Score reaching 95%, improved by 3% compared to the previous study. Furthermore, we propose XAI methods, Class Activation Map and Layer Visualization, to interpret the experiment result. XAI methods can visualize the time series interval that shows important factors for sensor data classification.

  • As Internet traffic surges due to global CPs, a request to share network investment costs has emerged in the industry. This has significantly changed the issue of the principle of network neutrality from accessibility to network fee. Some of the academic researchers had a negative view to network fees in the Internet space. However, in the industry, a number of disputes have occurred and some have escalated into court battles, and attention has been focused on the court's decision. The courts began to accept fee-for-service under network neutrality, and the government responded quickly by revising regulations. However, it still focuses on service stability, and there is no regulation that directly stipulates payment of network fee. In the study, changes in network neutrality were verified by analyzing cases of disputes between operators, court judgments, and improvement of regulations. And referring to the tragedy of the commons, the restoration of the correct price signal based on the principle of beneficiary pays was suggested as the most important solution. The payment of network fee by CP is one of the solutions.
