화면해설방송이란 시각장애인들이 TV 프로그램, 영화와 같은 미디어에 접근할 수 있도록 해주는 서비스로써 화면을 볼 수 없는 시각장애인들을 위해 상황 변화적 요소와 자막, 그래픽 등의 시각적 요소들을 설명하여 프로그램 내용의 이해를 도와주는 서비스이다. 이러한 화면해설은 대사나 효과음이 없는 부분에 전체 프로그램의 이해를 저해하지 않는 수준에서 삽입된다. 본 논문에서는 화면해설방송 제작을 위한 무 대사 구간 검출 방법을 제안한다. 본 방법은 방송스트림에 포함되어 있는 오디오와 자막 정보를 분석함으로써 화면해설을 삽입할 수 있는 구간을 검출한다. 실제 방송컨텐츠를 이용한 실험을 통해 본 방법을 검증하고 성능을 확인한다.

The current Navigation System for the Visually Impaired Person has a short and limited communication distance and can't receive enough information from Visually Impaired Person to assist directly. In addition, because the path is dangerous and incomplete for the Visually Impaired Person, moving with White Stick is still inconvenient and dangerous. To solve this problem we implement communication that can send and receive video, voice, location information between the Visually Impaired Person's Smart Portable Navigation System Development and assistant's PC.

커져만 가는 비건 시장에 비해서 비건 제품의 가격은 높고, 한정되어 있다. 성분표만을 보고 비건 여부를 파악하기에는 어렵고, 저시력자 및 시각장애인에게는 더욱 어려운 일이다. 치주 질환이나 당뇨를 포함한 크고 작은 다양한 질병으로 인해 육식 섭취 대신 불가피하게 채식을 실천해야 하는 경우 또는 가격 부담이 크고 찾기 어렵다. 그래서 비건 인증을 받은 제품 대신 일반 제품들 사이에서 비건에 적합한 제품을 찾는 데 도움이 되는 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 저시력자 및 시각장애인을 위한 큰 글씨 화면, 음성 입출력 시스템 제공과 성분표 촬영을 통해 비건 적합 여부 및 알레르기 정보 제공, 사용자 특성 분석을 통한 UI 구성의 서비스를 제공한다. 성분표 촬영에 어려움을 겪는 저시력자 및 시각장애인에게 편리를 제공하기 위해 소프트웨어 뿐만 아니라 하드웨어를 구성한다.

the existing developed route guidance services for the visually impaired aids for using RFID tags attached to the cane, the extent to which the cover blocks and RF communication was a simple walking guide service. 정보통신 기술의 발달과 스마트폰의 보급으로 일반 사용자들은 언제, 어디서나 가족 및 주변 사용자들의 모습을 바라보며 통화할 수 있게 되었고, 원하는 영상이나 사진을 감상할 수 있다. 하지만 시각장애인들은 이들을 위한 연구 및 사회적 인프라의 부족으로 인하여 이와 같은 서비스들의 제공 대상에서 늘 제외되어 왔다. 이러한 사항을 개선하기 위하여 본 연구는 시각장애인들을 위한 새로운 방식의 촉각 TV 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 크게 3D 캡쳐(Capture) 기술, 실시간 전송/스트리밍 기술, 햅틱(Haptic) 장치 및 액츄에이터(Actuator)제어 기술로 구성된다.

코로나-19의 여파와 기술의 발전으로 비대면 거래가 증가하고 있는 추세다. 비대면 거래가 증가하면서 무인점포도 늘어나고 있고, 늘어남에 따라서 시각장애인들은 무인점포를 이용하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자율주행 로봇에 음성인식 기술과 딥러닝 기술을 적용하여 시각장애인에게 도움을 줄 수 있도록 ICT융합 로봇을 구현하였다. 무인점포 뿐만이 아니라 안내가 필요한 다양한 장소에서도 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Regardless of age, ethnic group, status, public library service should be provided equally to everyone. However, people with disabilities have been recognized as a uncomfortable facility for public library. In this study was investigated and analyzed the library anxiety of public library handicapped users utilize K-LAS. As a result, Library anxiety is very differed according to sex, age categories, disability type, the frequency of library visit, purpose of visit, Especially, the factor on library staff and psychological.emotional factor was high.

현재 출시되어 있는 대부분의 콘텐츠들은 일반인들의 감각, 감성 욕구를 채워주고 있다. 하지만 사회의 소외계층인 장애인들을 위한 콘텐츠는 그리 많지 않으며 배제되어 왔다. 이 논문에서는 시각 장애인들을 위한 감성 전달 서비스 기법을 제시하였다. 기존의 콘텐츠는 자막 단순화로 인해 소리를 들을 수 없는 청각장애인들에게 매우 불편함을 주고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 청각 장애인은 물론 일반인들에게도 소리를 들을 수 없는 환경에서 최적의 감성 전달 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 감성 지원 캡션시스템을 구현하여 제시한다.

This study analyzed the effect of app characteristics of the handicapped library on user satisfaction and intention to reuse using the technology acceptance model. As a result, the app's accessibility, convenience, innovation, and reliability have a significant effect on perceived usefulness, and instant accessibility, accuracy, and interactivity have no significant effect. The characteristics of all apps were analyzed to have a significant effect on perceived ease of use. The regression model for perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness was statistically significant. It was found that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a positive effect on user satisfaction and satisfaction was intended to be reused.

In Korea, public libraries lack the adequate services for the visually disabled, and therefore the visually disabled rarely use public libraries. This study aims to secure the information accessibility and usage rights for the visually disabled, and to suggest solutions in order to vitalize their use of public libraries. For this aim, the researcher investigated the reasons why the visually disabled did not use public libraries, extracted the correlations between their awareness of public library services and their actual use, and then tried to propose how to secure their right to use libraries and access to information and knowledge and improve their use of public libraries.
