  • 전 세계적으로 저비용항공사의 항공운송시장 참여로 승객들의 항공사 선택이 다양화 되었으며, 우리나라도 2011년 현재 5개의 저비용항공사가 시장에 참여하여 기존 국적항공사와 경쟁을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 항공사 승객이 항공사 선택 시 중요하게 생각하는 속성을 파악하고, 저비용항공사 승객과 기존 국적항공사 승객이 항공사 선택 시 중요시 하는 속성의 중요도와 만족도 차이를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 저비용항공사와 기존 국적항공사 승객을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 항공사 선택 속성을 파악하고, 차이분석, 중요도-만족도 분석, t-test를 활용하여 항공사 선택 속성의 차이를 분석하고 국적항공사와 저비용항공사의 항공사 선택속성 중요도와 만족도 차이를 분석하고자 한다.

  • This Paper investigates how perceived Price, airline service aquality, perceived value. passenger satisfaction, and airline image determine passengers' future behavioural intentions. To test the conceptual framework, Path analysis using a maximum likelihood estimator, was applied to data collected from Korean international air passengers. It was found that all the hypothesized relationships were statistically significant. Perceived price. Perceived value, passenger satisfaction, and airline image were each found to Have a direct effect on Korean international air passengers future behavioural intentions.

  • The objectives of this study are to analyze the effects of major factors influencing cruise ship passengers' satisfaction with a port of call on overall satisfaction with it and the differences in satisfaction with the domestic port of calls. To achieve these objectives, as a conceptual framework of the study, cruise tourism and tourist satisfaction were reviewed, and the empirical studies on cruise ship passengers's perceptions toward the Korean port of calls were conducted. According to the findings of this study, the following suggestions were presented to the local governments with the port of calls. The local governments are required to improve the food services provided around the port of call areas, and in addition, in case of Cheju, improvement of tourism information service which is verified as the most significant factor affecting passenger's overall satisfaction with the port of call is needed as well.

  • 수요감응교통체계는 승객들의 통행요구에 따라 보다 신속하고 효율적으로 안락하고 편리하게 경제적으로 교통서비스를 제공하는 것이다. 특히 기존의 공공교통수단이 미치지 못하는 저밀도 도시 지역의 통행수요를 만족시키는데 좋은 수단으로써 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 즉 리무진 같은 소형차량을 이용하여 승객의 통행요청에 따라 개인적인 door-to-door 서비스를 제공하는 것이다. 본연구는 수요감응교통체계의 대안으로서 도시 서비스에 있어서 고정.노선변경승객 써비스에 대한 $\ulcorner$스케쥴 알고리즘$\lrcorner$을 개발하는데 목표를 둔바 목적함 수는 Waiting time, Riding time,Scheduled vehicle의 노선용량제한등과 같은 승객써비스 시 간제약에 대해서 각기 개별차량 여행과의 차를 극대화하여 보았다. 사용자중심 Sub-program과 PASS의 두 Sub-program으로 구성된 Simulation 모형을 활용할 경우 어떠 한 도시 써비스지역에서의 고정노선 혹은 변경노선 각각에 대해서 임시적인 차량운행의 감 응식 효율 증진에 크게 기여할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 도시철도의 환승체게 개선과 차량의 이용편이성 향상 및 고유가 등으로 도시철도 이용객수는 해마다 증가하고 있다. 이렇게 많은 승객이 이용하는 차량실내는 미세먼지, co2등의 오염물질이 증가하여 이용승객의 건강을 해치고 있는 실정이다. 이를 해결하기 위해 새롭게 개발되는 차세대전동차에 수치해석 기법을 적용하여 설계단계에서 덕트 및 실내기기배치 등을 모델링하여 열유동 및 쾌적성을 해석하여 국제기준과 비교하여 그 기준을 만족하는 차량임을 확인하였다.

  • This paper investigates passengers' perceptions of the importance and satisfaction of airline service quality for improving the quality level of airline service. Importance-performance analysis(IPA) was utilized to analyze the gap between importance and performance of airline service qualify The result showed that passengers' perceptions of the importance and performance of airline service quality differed for Korean international air passengers. In particular, IPA analysis revealed that four attributes 'meal service', 'seating comfort', 'seat space and legroom', 'check-in service' were identified in the Concentrate Here quadrant-perceived to be important, yet perceived as being performed poorly. The airlines operating from/to the Republic of Korea should concentrate on the attributes included in this quadrant to improve the quality of airline service. On the basis of the IPA analysis, airlines should identify their strengths and weaknesses and draw up a plan to maximize their profits.

  • This research is analyzed by the operation frequency of Regional Railroad and the Load Factor on the level of each service based on the Regional railroad ticket sales data on the 2007 fiscal year. Because the Regional Railroad passenger's satisfaction is sensitive of the transportation demand alteration, this research analyzed LOS. In addition to, analyzed the LOS will affect driving patterns of the Regional Railroad.

Estimation of Mass Rapid Transit Passenger's Train Choice Using a Mixture Distribution Analysis (통행시간 기반 혼합분포모형 분석을 통한 도시철도 승객의 급행 탑승 여부 추정 연구)

  • Identifying the exact train and the type of train boarded by passengers is practically cumbersome. Previous studies identified the trains boarded by each passenger by matching the Automated Fare Collection (AFC) data and the train schedule diagram. However, this approach has been shown to be inefficient as the exact train boarded by a considerable number of passengers cannot be accurately determined. In this study, we demonstrate that the AFC data - diagram matching technique could not estimate 28% of the train type selected by passengers using the Seoul Metro line no.9. To obtain more accurate results, this paper developed a two-step method for estimating the train type boarded by passengers by applying the AFC data - diagram matching method followed by a mixture distribution analysis. As a result of the analysis, we derived reasonable express train use/non-use passenger classification points based on 298 origin-destination pairs that satisfied the verification criteria of this study.

  • Most of people still use the bus, which is one of transportation. But the space of cauch station where the passengers wait for the bus is still not enough for them in effect. Therefore, the space is analyzed through looking into the behaviors occurred in the waiting space .So, this paper defines the a primary factor affecting environmental from the existing environment and experience behaviors occurred in the existing environment, and suggests design guideline based on data and information from the result when redesigning.
