Photovoltaic Generation System Design for Controlling the Temperature and Humidity of Hospital (병원내 온도와 습도조절을 위한 태양광 발전 시스템 설계)

  • In this paper we propose an improved PV generation systems. Improved systems for temperature and humidity controlled heating and air conditioning offers a pleasant environment within the building, set up chopper and consists of a PWM voltage type inverter. The proposed system is stable modulation for a one-chip microprocessor using the synchronous signal and control signals was treated. The proposed system is a PWM voltage type inverter and phase of the synchronous to the grid voltage to detect the system voltage and inverter output to drive the statue, so surplus power to connection was able to, certain buildings such as buildings or hospitals, temperature and humidity sensor is applied to the good dynamic characteristic could be obtained. In addition, the system was applied to the high power factor and low-frequency harmonics by maintaining the output load and grid to power to be supplied to a stable control could get a good result.

  • 양계산업의 최근 추이는 열대 및 아열대지방에까지 현대식 계사가 건축되어 연중가동이 되고 있다. 이렇게 더운 지역에서는 계사내를 인위적으로 환경조절을 해야 하기 때문에 많은 주의가 요구되고 있다. 환경 조절을 할 때에 주의를 해야 할 점으로는 계사내 온도와 습도를 조절하는 것이며 또한 환기조절을 꼽을 수 있다. 계사내 환경을 알맞게 해주기 위해서는 닭의 생리기전, 열의 발생, 산란성 등에 미치는 영향을 잘 파악해야 하는데 어떤 문제가 발생하였을 경우에 개선대책을 세워야 할 필요가 있기 때문이다.

Effect of Humidity on the Storage Life of Satsuma Mandarin (저장습도가 온주밀감의 저장에 미치는 영향)

  • The storage effects of satsuma mandarin(Citrus unshiu Marc. var. miyagawa) by humidity control during storage; 90% relative humidity (RH) and 85% RH at $3^{circ}C$, and room temperature were investigated. After 98 days' storage, weight losses were 3.40% for 90% RH, 6.92% for 85% RH, and 11.87% for room temperature storage. Decay ratio was increased rapidly from 3.87% on 98 days' to 48.75% on 126 days' storage for 90% RH. Soluble solids and flesh ratio were declined gradually, but the differences were not significantly. Firmness of fruits was continuously reduced during storage, especially on room temperature storage by the softening of the fruits. Acid content and vitamin C were gradually reduced during storage. Coloration was continuously progressed on room temperature, compared to cold storage. In order to keep freshness of the fruits, optimum storage period of early variety of Satuma mandarin was regarded for 100 days at $3^{circ}C$, 85% RH on the basis of sensory evaluation and chemical compositions.

Development of Device Measuring Real-time Air Flow in Greenhouse (온실 공기유동 계측 시스템 개발)

  • This study was conducted to develop a device for measuring the air flow by space variation through monitoring program, which acquires data by each point from each environmental sensor located in the greenhouse. The distribution of environmental factors(air temperature, humidity, wind speed, etc.) in the greenhouse is arranged at 12 points according to the spatial variation and a large number of measurement points (36 points in total) on the X, Y and Z axes were selected. Considering data loss and various greenhouse conditions, a bit rate was at 125kbit/s at low speed, so that the number of sensors can be expanded to 90 within greenhouse with dimensions of 100m by 100m. Those system programmed using MATLAB and LabVIEW was conducted to measure distributions of the air flow along the greenhouse in real time. It was also visualized interpolated the spatial distribution in the greenhouse. In order to verify the accuracy of CFD modeling and to improve the accuracy, it will compare the environmental variation such as air temperature, humidity, wind speed and $CO_2$ concentration in the greenhouse.

  • Pleurotus eryngii(King oyster) is one of the most promising mushrooms produced on the domestic farms. The quality as well as quantity of Eryngii is sensitively affected by micro climate factors such as temperature, relative humidity, $CO_2$ concentration, and light intensity. To safely produce high-quality Eryngii all the year round, it is required that the environmental factors be carefully controlled by well designed structures equipped with various facilities and control systems. At the commercial mushroom cultivation house(A,B), this study was carried out to find out reasonable range of each environmental factor and yield together with economic and safe structures influencing on the optimal productivity of Eryngii. this experiment was conducted for about two-month from Nov. 11, 2002 to Dec. 30, 2002 in Eryngii. cultivation house-A, B. Ambient temperature during the experiment period was not predominantly different from that of a normal year. The capacity of the hot water boiler and the piping systems were not enough. Maximum air temperature difference between the upper and lower growth stage during a heating time zone was about 2~3$^{\circ}C$. The max. and min. relative humidity were ranged approximately 60~100%, and average relative humidity was ranged approximately 80~100%. And $CO_2$concentration increased until maximum 1,600~1,800 ppm with the passing growing period. The illuminance in cultivation house was widely distributed from 20lx to 160 lx in accordance with position, and it was maintained lower than the recommended illuminance range 100~200 lx. The average yield per bottle was about 67~85g. But the optimal productivity will be evaluated by considering the quality and quantity of mushroom production, energy requirements, facility construction and management cost, etc.

  • 일반적으로 면섬유는 햇빛에 의해서 변색되거나 약해지며 또 그 외에도 여러가지 물리적, 화학적인 변화를 일으키게 된다. 구체적인 화학반응의 메카니즘은 사용되는 광선의 스펙트럼, 대기조건(실내인 경우는 실내 환경조건) , 산소의 유무 그리고 염료 등 첨가물의 종류와 같은 여러 요소에 의해 크게 영향을 받게 된다. 환경조건 중에서 산소의 존재는 매우 중요하지만 open system에서 산소의 농도가 일정하다고 가정할 때 면섬유가 접하고 있는 환경조건 중에서 온도와 습도는 photodegradation의 속도를 결정짓는 중요한 요인으로 작용하게 된다. 박물관,:기념관, 도서관 등의 소장품이 자연광선이나 인공조명으로부터 손상되는 것을 막기 위해서는 먼저 이들의 photodegradation 현상에 대한 연구를 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 면시칩포를 자연광선과 가장 흡사한 스펙트럼을 가진 xenon arc lamp를 사용한 내후도 시험기내에서 온도와 습도를 조절하여 이에 따른 반응속도의 차이를 인열강도의 감소와 중합도 저하로 측정하였다. 1차 반응식은 실험결과를 설명하는데 유용하였으며 온 · 습도의 증가는 반응속도를 증가시키는 것으로 나타나 기존의 상반된 연구결과의 차이를 입증하였다. 또 온도와 습도는 상호관련이 있는 것으로 나타났으며 고온인 경우습도의 영향을 더 크게 받는 것으로 분석되었다. 반응의 활성에너지는 $30\~75\%$ RH에서는 12 kcal/mole 정도이며 수분의 함량이 낮을수록 활성화에너지는 커지는 것으로 나타나 수분은 섬유소 분자구조내에서 가소제 (plasticizer)의 역할을 하는 것으로 판명되었다.

  • In this study, the performance of low-priced ceramic panels developed to improve the poor interior residential environment of the underprivileged was evaluated by comparing them with the performance of I Company (Japan)'s Eco karat, a representative humidity control panel. Experimental results showed that the humidity control performance of the Ceramic panel was 53.33g/㎡, which was about 54% less effective than 98.88g/m2 of the Ecokarat. As a result, it is believed that the need to improve the quality of the Ceramic panels.

  • This paper presents an implementation of a smart flowerpot which can adjust humidity and illumination automatically after monitoring the temperature, humidity, and illumination. We made a container of the flowerpot with a 3D printer and embedded a NodeMCU micro controller in it. We attached a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, an illumination sensor, and a water pump to the NodeMCU. We developed a control program that adjusts humidity and illumination and ran it on the NodeMCU. Also we developed an Android application and set up an MQTT server. Using the MQTT server, the NodeMCU and the Android application can exchange messages which keep sensor values and commands. Using the Android application. the user can send the proper temperature, humidity, and illumination to the smart flowerpot and monitor the sensor values.
