Disk harrow structure analysis of non-motorized composite implement of tractor (무동력 트랙터 복합작업기의 디스크 구조해석)

  • 무동력 복합작업기는 치즐쟁기와 디스크의 배열에 따라 작업성능이 좌우된다. 프레임과 디스크, 치즐쟁기에 가해지는 기본적인 힘의 상태를 확인하기 위한 정적 구조해석을 수행하였다. 복합작업기는 디스크는 $18^{\circ}$가 경사진 형태로 전면9개 후면9로 총 18개, 치즐쟁기(Chiselplow)는 4개로, 디스크는 모두 18개이다. 정적인 상태에서 끄는 견인력은 100마력, 150마력, 200마력으로 하였으며 Inventor의 해석 시스템은 힘을 N으로 사용하기 때문에 각 마력에 부가되는 하중을 N으로 치환하여 사용하였다. 구속조건은 frame과, disc, chisel plow에 맞닿는 면을 구속하고, 힘의 방향은 프레임과 트랙터의 연결면, 디스크 날과 땅의 접촉면에 적용했다. front /rear 디스크는 이론상으로는 양 디스크가 쌍으로 마주하고 있어서 스캔데이타를 중심으로 모델링한 결과를 바탕으로, 전후면 디스크해로우의 해석을 수행하였다. 조립 또는 사용상의 문제점이나 자연적인 유격에 의해 어느 정도 대칭이 되지 않을수 있으나 그 정도에 따라 진동과 내구성에 문제가 될 수도 있기에 한쌍에 대해 모델링을 통한 해석을 수행하였다. 해석결과에 따르면 디스크에 작용하는 폰미세스 응력은 극한강도에 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났으며 Frame의 최대 폰 미세스 응력을 제외하면, 대부분의 응력은 항복강도에 현저히 미치지 못하는 수치이고, 프레임의 경우는 150마력, 200마력으로 힘을 가할 때 항복강도는 넘는 수치이지만 극한인장강도에는 미치지 못하는 수치인 것을 알 수 있었다. 100마력에 폰 미세스 응력의 최대값은 0.161918 MPa이고 프레임 강의 항복강도인 207MPa와 디스크의 항복강도인 250MPa에 못 미치는 수치이다. 150마력과 200마력의 힘으로 회전할 때의 폰 미세스 응력의 최대값은 0.286425MPa과 0.381921 MPa로 항복강도인 250MPa에 크게 못 미치는 수치이다. 그 이유는 디스크해로우 방식의 복합작업기는 견인저항력이 작게 설계되고 작업속도를 개선하기 위한 목적으로 사용되기 때문으로 사료된다. 벤치마킹 기대의 Rear 디스크도 마찬가지로 각도는 $18^{\circ}$이며, 동일한 구속조건을 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며 해석결과는 모두 항복강도 이내로 예측 되었다. 디스크에 최대로 응력이 미치는 부분은 디스크와 프레임이 연결되는 허브 부분이다. 각도가 커짐에 따라 응력이 증가하므로 이를 감안한 설계인자 도출이 가능하다. 마력과 각도가 증가함에 따라 디스크 해로우에 작용하는 폰미세스 응력과, 접촉압력이 증가하므로 이에 대한 검토와 동적하중인 로드프로파일을 적용한 해석을 수행하여 내구수명 특성에 대한 연구를 수행할 계획이다.

Stress distribution of Class V composite resin restorations: A three-dimensional finite element study (5급 복합레진수복물의 응력분포에 관한 3차원 유한요소법적 연구)

  • This study was to investigate the influence of composite resins with different elastic modulus, cavity modification and occlusal loading condition on the stress distribution of restored notch-shaped noncarious cervical lesion using 3-dimensional (3D) finite element (FE) analysis. The extracted maxillary second premolar was scanned serially with Micro-CT. The 3D images were processed by 3D-DOCTOR. ANSYS was used to mesh and analyze 3D FE model. A notch-shaped cavity and a modified cavity with a rounded apex were modeled. Unmodified and modified cavities were filled with hybrid or flowable resin. After restoration, a static load of 500N was applied in a point-load condition at buccal cusp and palatal cusp. The stress data were analyzed using analysis of principal stress. The results were as follows: 1. In the unrestored cavity, the stresses were highly concentrated at mesial CEJ and lesion apex and the peak stress was observed at the mesial point angle under both loading conditions. 2. After restoration of the cavity, stresses were significantly reduced at the lesion apex, however cervical cavosurface margin, stresses were more increased than before restoration under both loading conditions. 3. When restoring the notch-shaped lesion, material with high elastic modulus worked well at the lesion apex and material with low elastic modulus worked well at the cervical cavosurface margin. 4. Cavity modification the rounding apex did not reduce compressive stress, but tensile stress was reduced.

Higher Order Shimming for Ultra-fast Spiral-Scan Imaging at 3 Tesla MRI System (3 Tesla MRI 시스템에서 초고속 나선주사영상을 위한 고차 shimming)

  • Purpose: To acquire high-resolution spiral-scan images at higher magnetic field, high homogeneous magnetic field is needed. Field inhomogeneity mapping and in-vivo shimming are important for rapid imaging such as spiral-scan imaging. The rapid scanning sequences are very susceptible to inhomogeneity. In this paper, we proposed a higher-order shimming method to obtain homogeneous magnetic field. Materials and Methods: To reduce measurement time for field inhomogeneity mapping, simultaneous axial/ sagittal, and coronal acquisitions are done using multi-slice based Fast Spin echo sequence. Acquired field inhomogeneity map is analyzed using the spherical harmonic functions, and shim currents are obtained by the multiplication of the pseudo-inverse of the field pattern with the inhomogeneity map. Results: Since the field inhomogeneity is increasing in proportion to the magnetic field, higher order shimming to reduce the inhomogeneity becomes more important in high field imaging. The shimming technique in which axial, sagittal, and coronal section inhomogeneity maps are obtained in one scan is developed, and the shimming method based on the analysis of spherical harmonics of the imhomogenity map is applied. The proposed technique is applicable to a localized shimming as well. High resolution spiral-scan imaging was successfully obtained with the proposed higher order shimming. Conclusion: Proposed pulse sequence for rapid measurement of inhomogeneity map and higher order shimming based on the inhomogeneity map work very well at 3 Tesla MRI system. With the proposed higher order shimming and localized higher order shimming techniques, high resolution spiral-scan images are successfully obtained at 3 T MRI system.

Above many problems at the beginning like just using paper text book's scan data as digital text book, now use special contents and design for only digital text book. But only for digital text book not for other. There is gap between advanced country of education and us. This is research based on LG europe design center in London, UK target is UK, Sweden by heuristic analysis, question investigation to get Target's UX with digital education media. Advancement of digital and interest of education bring the world development of digital education device. UK, where is education advanced nation, is using lot's of digital education device which is interactive board, digital desk etc. Result of Analysis of Digital Education Design trend by Target of Education Needs apply rough Design by LG europe design center. We can get more sophisticated needs and UX result by target then Korea that can use for our future Digital education design plan. Also help to reduce gap between advanced country and Korea.

  • Structures show the phehomena of deformation and lowering of function with time-lapse by artificial environments and changes of geotechnical conditions or accumulation of initial deformation elements. This study aims the structural assessment of cultural property, Chum-Sung-Dae, located in Kyeongju city, Korea. It was built about 1,300 years ago, and has undergone deformation and ground-subsidence with time-lapse. Non-destructive evaluation techniques were applied to the Chum-Sung-Dae, to protect it from survey Because of this reason, 3D precise laser scanning surveying system was applied to measure the exact size of Chum-Sung-Dae, displacement and declining angles. Geophysical exploration also was applied to study the subsurface distribution of geotechnical parameters or physical properties. Natural frequencies were measured from real and model of Chum-Sung-Dae to study the dynamic characteristics of vibration and/or earthquake load and stiffness of structures.

Image Quality Improvement in Computed Tomography by Using Anisotropic 2-Dimensional Diffusion Based Filter (비등방성 2차원 확산 기반 필터를 이용한 전산화단층영상 품질 개선)

  • The purpose of this study was tried to remove the noise and improve the spatial resolution in the computed tomography (CT) by using anisotropic 2-dimensional (2D) diffusion based filter. We used 4-channel multi-detector CT and american association of physicists in medicine (AAPM) phantom was used for CT performance evaluation to evaluate the image quality. X-ray irradiation conditions for image acquisition was fixed at 120 kVp, 100 mAs and scanned 10 mm axis with ultra-high resolution. The improvement of anisotropic 2D diffusion filtering that we suggested firstly, increase the contrast of the image by using histogram stretching to the original image for 0.4%, and multiplying the individual pixels by 1.2 weight value, and applying the anisotropic diffusion filtering. As a result, we could distinguished five holes until 0.75 mm in the original image but, five holes until 0.40 mm in the image with improved anisotropic diffusion filter. The noise of the original image was 46.0, the noise of the image with improved anisotropic 2D diffusion filter was decreased to 33.5(27.2%). In conclusion improved anisotropic 2D diffusion filter that we proposed could remove the noise of the CT image and improve the spatial resolution.

High Performance Object Recognition with Application of the Size and Rotational Invariant Feature of the Fourier Descriptor to the 3D Information of Edges (푸리에 표현자의 크기와 회전 불변 특징을 에지에 대한 3차원 정보에 응용한 고효율의 물체 인식)

  • A high performance object recognition algorithm using Fourier description of the 3D information of the objects is proposed. Object boundaries contain sufficient information for recognition in most of objects. However, it is not well utilized as the key solution of the object recognition since obtaining the accurate boundary information is not easy. Also, object boundaries vary highly depending on the size or orientation of object. The proposed object recognition algorithm is based on 1) the accurate object boundaries extracted from the 3D shape which is obtained by the laser scan device, and 2) reduction of the required database using the size and rotational invariant feature of the Fourier Descriptor. Such Fourier information is compared with the database and the recognition is done by selecting the best matching object. The experiments have been done on the rich database of MPEG 7 Part B.

Optical System Design for Real-Time 3-Dimension Ophthalmoscope (실시간 3차원 검안경의 광학설계)

  • The display technology on the retina is the key role in inspecting the condition of the patients. 2-dimensional retina image is widely used in the eye examination as of today. Recently, 3-dimensional retina image ones have been introduced to this area, but the quality of the image is not fully satisfied to the operator. For the purpose of developing 3-D retina imaging instrument, the optimization of a 3-D retina imaging system using Code-V tool was investigated in this thesis. He-Ne laser having the wavelength 632.8 nm was used to make a power source to detect the retina. Several lenses and mirrors installed on sledge which were developed to perform focus control on 3-D device were designed to make a beam focusing and direct line. Polygon scanner having 24 mirror facets and galvanometer making tilting movement were utilized to make a 2-D laser plane. Also, design of eye ball had been fulfilled to see the focus of the 2-D plane. Reflected ray from retina detected on the sensor array with the same path. All cognitive components were optimized for aberration correction in order to focus on retina. Results of optimization were compared to those of initial designed optics system. On the basis of above results, the result of third aberration has been corrected to stable values to the optical system. MTF evaluating the resolution of an image has been closely correlated to the diffraction limit and PSF indicating the strength distribution of an image has shown the SR value as 0.9998 having high performance. The possibility of new and powerful 3-D retina image instrument was verified by simulating each component of the instrument by Code-V.

반응성 고주파 마그네트론 스퍼터링 방법에 의한 AlN 압전 박막 증착 및 특성에 관한 연구

  • AlN 박막은 Al과 N원자의 부분적 이온결합 특성을 가진 공유결합을 한 육방정계의 wurtzite 경정구조의 화합물 반도체로서, III-V족 반도체 중 가장 큰 에너지 갭(6.2 eV), 결정 구조적 이방성, 화학 양론적 결합구조, 높은 탄성종과 전달속도(약 10$\times$106 m/s)와 높은 열전도도, 고온 안정성, 가시광성.적외선 영역에서의 좋은 투과성과 높은 굴절률, 상온 대기압에서의 유일하게 안정적인 특성을 가지고 있어, 절연재료, 내열재료, 저주파 영역 센서의 압전 트랜스듀서, 광전소자, 탄성파 소자 및 내환경 소자, MIS소자 등으로 주목받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 BAW 공진기의 활용을 목적으로 반응성 마그네트론 스퍼터링 방법으로 AIN 압전박막을 제작하여, 증착 조건-질소 농도, 고주파 출력, 전체 스퍼터링 압력, 기판 온도-에 대한 박막의 특성을 조사하였다. AlN 박막의 c축 우선 방위 결정성 및 낮은 투과성, 적당한 굴절률의 특성이 BAW 공진기의 활용을 위한 요건이므로, 각각의 증착 조건하에 제작된 박막은 XRD의 $\theta$/2$\theta$ 스캔 회절상에 의한 결정성의 분석과 우선 성장 결정면의 rocking curve 및 XRD로 측정한 FWHM과 표준 편차로 결정성의 배열성과 소자 응용가능성을 조사하였다. 박막의 표면.단면 미세 구조 및 평활도는 SEM으로 관찰하였으며, Al-N 결합 상태는 XPS와 FT-IR로 분석 조사하였다. 제작된 AlN 박막의 결정성 분석 결과, c축 우선 방위 성장을 위한 스퍼터링 압력에 대한 임계 질소 농도와 임계 스퍼터링 압력이 관찰되었다. 전체 스퍼터링 압력이 6~8 mTorr의 범위에서 나타난 최소 임계질소 농도는 10%, 최대 임계 질소 농도는 60%이며, 4 m Torr 이하 10 m Torr 이상의 전체 스퍼터링 압력에서 박막의 우선 방위성장이 제재된다. 이는 AlN 박막이 형성에 관여하는 질소 이온 양의 충분한 형성에 필요로 하는 질소 가스의 유입량에 따른 것으로 판단된다. AlN 박막의 c축 결정면인 (002) 결정면의 성장을 유도하며 다른 방향으로의 성장을 제어하여 소자 활용에 유용한 박막을 제작하기 위한 고주파 출력은 300W 정도가 적당하며, 기판을 가열하지 않았을 때 낮은 투과도를 나타낸다. 본 연구에 의한 BAW 공진기 활용을 위한 AlN 압전박막의 제작을 위한 최적 증착 조건은 기판의 가열 없이 6~8 mTorr의 전체 스퍼터링 압력에 20~25%의 질소종도, 300W의 고주파 출력이다. 최적 조건에서의 AlN 박막은 약 0.19$^{\circ}$의 FWHM과 약 0.08$^{\circ}$의 표준편차를 가지며, 균일하고 조밀한 표면 미세구조와 주상정 구조의 측면구조, 파장에 대한 약 2.0의 굴절률, 낮은 투과도와 화학 양론적 구조를 가지는 우수한 박막이 형성되었다.

Introduction and Application of 3D Terrestrial Laser Scanning for Estimating Physical Structurers of Vegetation in the Channel (하도 내 식생의 물리적 구조를 산정하기 위한 3차원 지상 레이저 스캐닝의 도입 및 활용)

  • Recently, a method that applies laser scanning (LS) that acquires vegetation information such as the vegetation habitat area and the size of vegetation in a point cloud format has been proposed. When LS is used to investigate the physical shape of vegetation, it has the advantage of more accurate and rapid information acquisition. However, to examine uncertainties that may arise during measurement or post-processing, the process of adjusting the data by the actual data is necessary. Therefore, in this study, the physical structure of stems, branches, and leaves of woody vegetation in an artificially formed river channel was manually investigated. The obtained results then compared with the information acquired using the three-dimensional terrestrial laser scanning (3D TLS) method, which repeatedly scanned the target vegetation in various directions to obtain relevant information with improved precision. The analysis demonstrated a negligible difference between the measurements for the diameters of vegetation and the length of stems; however, in the case of branch length measurement, a relatively more significant difference was observed. It is because the implementation of point cloud information limits the precise differentiation between branches and leaves in the canopy area.
