  • This paper is proposed to a solar cell power system used in fire emergency equipment. Also it is designed with a high efficiency power converter in order to increase efficiency of power system. The controlling switches used in DC-DC booster chopper and DC-AC inverter are operated with soft switching, which is applied to resonant circuit method to reduce switching loss. The result is that the system gets to high efficiency. In this paper, A detection circuit of maximum power point of solar cell is described in this paper. And the performance evaluations for the photovoltaic power system of high efficiency are examined by the analysis of a new tracking controller with a maximum power $P_{max}$ detection of solar cell.

  • This paper is studied on boost AC-DC converter of high power factor and high efficiency for discontinuous current control. The converter operated in discontinuous current control eliminates the complicated circuit control requirement, and reduces a number of components. The input current waveform in proposed circuit is got to be a discontinuous sinusoidal form in proportion to magnitude of ac input voltage under the constant duty cycle switching. Therefore, the input power factor is nearly unity and the control circuit is simple. Also the switching devices in a proposed circuit are operated with soft switching by the partial resonant method. The result is that the switching loss is very low and the efficiency of system is high. The partial resonant circuit makes use of a inductor using step up and loss-less snubber capacitor. The circuit topology of the converter is simplified. Some simulative results on computer and experimental results are included to confirm the validity of the analytical results.

  • In this paper, we present a design technique that miniaturises the DC-DC converter, a key component in the electric vehicle system, using the advanced material (Ga-N HEMT) in the LLC resonant converter and freely changes the resonant frequency. This design is also proposed to improve the efficiency and temperature characteristics by adding SR Topology in the secondary side output during the operation of power supply. In this experiment, as a consequence of the constructed circuit with the operation of high switching frequency of 200 kHz, the size of LLC and PFC was able to be minimised by 40[%]. Thus, the characteristics of operating temperature demonstrated $60-65^{\circ}C$ without a heat sink, when the temperature was measured at 250W (12V/20A). The features were all due to the advantages of the change of switching frequency, switching circuits implementation, and the maximisation of switching frequency. Based on these design results, we would like to implement more than 1 [kW].

  • In this paper, we proposed and analyzed the performance of the adaptive switching equalization for SC-FDMA system. It is well known that SC-FDMA system have a fairly similar structure to OFDMA system. Furthermore, SC-FDMA system has great advantage of low PAPR compare to OFDM system. However, this system often suffers from wireless channel characteristics such as multipath fading and increased channel impulse response and so on. To reduce this channel influence, it strongly requires efficient adaptive equalization. Therefore, the proposed system operated upon two modes namely, ZF mode for slow speed and MMSE mode for high speed. From the simulation results, we can confirm that the proposed scheme has more efficient performance from the system complexity point of view. So we can expect that the proposed system will be applied design of 3GPP LTE uplink.

  • In this paper, we characterise the joint interference alignment and power allocation strategies for a K-user multicell multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) Gaussian interference channel. We consider a MIMO interference channel with a blind interference alignment through staggered antenna switching on the receiver. We explore the power allocation and the feasibility condition for cooperative cell-edge (CE) mobile users (MUs) by assuming that the channel state information is unknown. The new insight behind the transmission strategy of the proposed scheme is premeditated (randomly generated transmission strategy) and partial cooperative CE MUs, where the transmitter is equipped with a conventional antenna, the receiver is equipped with a reconfigurable multimode antenna (staggered antenna switching pattern), and the receiver switches between preset T modes. Our proposed scheme assists and aligns the desired and interference signals to cancel the common interference signals, since the received signal must have a corresponding independent signal subspace. The sum capacity for a K-user multicell MIMO Gaussian interference channel with reconfigurable multimode antennas is completely characterised.

  • This Paper Proposes instantaneous following control method to control pulse modulation switching converter by using principle that reset time of integrator is inverse proportion in size of integrator input voltage. proposed control method acts of fixed frequency and control switch calculates time of become turn on and turn off using analog integrator. Duty ratio that express switching time of converter is depended on mean value of switching variable and following time consists in one cycle. Follow to do order exactly stationary state as well as transition state, and controller corrects mean value of control variable and control reference value and control as control error gets into zero. Proposed control method could experimented and know that experiment result and theory are agreeing well through this using the buck converter.

  • This paper describes that how to enhance the robustness of semiconductor TRM(Transmitter and Receiver Module) through the bias sequencing and tuning the switching time. Previous circuit designs focused on improving the MDS(Minimum Detection Signal) performance. Because TRM has critical problem which transmission output signal leak into receiver by it's compact design. Under this condition, TRM was frequently broken down within the MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure). This study proposes the bias sequencing and tuning the switching time to improve above problem. At first, we collected major failure symptom and infer it's cause. Second, we demonstrated it's effect by derive the improvement method and apply it to our system. And finally we can convinced that the proposed method clear the frequent failure problem with its lack of isolation.

  • Comparing with transmission networks, the faults in distribution networks more often occurs because of the complicated structure and the adjacency to customers. Moreover the faults give direct damage to customers. So fault diagnosis and blackout restoration in distribution networks are very important elements to reduce the damage of customers and to maintain the stability. The restoration problem of distribution networks is subject to time. Minimizing the switching numbers in restoration process is the crucial element. In other words. the best restoration is to restore all blackout area through just one switching, if not the restoration has to be accomplished through several switching. This paper proposes the efficient restoration system in distribution networks to minimize the switching numbers. The proposed system uses the dynamic division method of hierarchical structure which consists of heuristic searching method and meta algorithm. The proposed system is applied to the sample networks, and the results showed a promising possibility.
