현대 사회에서 해상 운송은 전체 화물 운송의 약 80%를 차지하는 국제 무역 및 경제 활동의 핵심적인 요소이다. 이에 따라 선박 교통 관제는 해상 안전과 운송 효율성을 향상시키는 데 있어 아주 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 보다 안전한 해상 운송을 지속하기 위해서는 효율적이고 스마트한 선박 교통 관제 시스템이 필수적이므로 본 연구에서는 선박 교통 관제 시스템인 VTS 운용 콘솔 상 해상교통위험도를 시각화하는 것을 제안한다. 우선, 현 관제사를 대상으로 시선 추적 실험을 실시함으로써 관제사의 시선 분포를 통해 주요 관찰 대상과 작업 우선순위 등을 살펴보았다. 이후 동일한 해역에 동일한 시간대의 교통 밀도와 해상 교통 위험도를 정량적으로 평가하고, 이를 관제사의 시선 추적 데이터와 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 객관적인 데이터를 활용하여 관제사의 의사 결정과 수행 업무를 지원하는 것이 해상 교통 관리의 효율성과 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 미래에 보다 안전하고 효율적인 해상 운송 시스템의 구현을 위한 실질적인 기여가 될 것으로 기대된다.

This paper analyzes the machine learning predictions of the economic effects of Busan's strategic industries on the employment and income using the Ridge Regression and Lasso Regression models with regulation terms. According to the Ridge estimation and Lasso estimation models of employment, the intelligence information service industry such as the service platform, contents, and smart finance industries and the global tourism industry such as MICE and specialized tourism are predicted to influence on the employment in order. However, the Ridge and Lasso regression model show that the future transportation machine industry does not significantly increase the employment and income since it is the primitive investment industry. The Ridge estimation models of the income show that the intelligence information service industry and global tourism industry are also predicted to influence on the income in order. According to the Lasso estimation models of income, four strategic industries such as the life care, smart maritime, the intelligence machine, and clean tech industry do not influence the income. Furthermore, the future transportation machine industry may influence the income negatively since it is the primitive investment industry. Thus, we have to select the appropriate economic objectives and priorities of industrial policies.

The quick spread of smartphones has affected not only individual life but also the way companies conduct their businesses. Employees is their business work using a variety of mobile devices including smartphones and are in constant collaboration with one another by sharing corporate information. Accordingly, constant an increasing number of businesses have adopted mobile applications for work, especially in the field of maritime logistics, where maritime logistics mobile applications are utilized to track cargos and to provide visibility. Through surveys, this study did empirical analyses to find out the intention to use maritime logistics mobile applications of maritime logistics workers, and the find out factors affecting their actual use of mobile applications developed and used in the domestic maritime logistics industry. As for study variables, social influence, innovation, perceived value, and collaboration between companies were used as factors that affect the intention to use mobile applications. In addition, as a tool for measuring the actual use of mobile applications, which is necessary for figuring out the relationship between the intention to use them and their actual use, the connecting frequency and using time were used. A total of 168 surveys were used in the hypothesis test. The results of the analyses are as follow: First, the three variables of social influence, innovation, and perceived value positively affected the intention to use maritime logistics mobile applications. However, collaboration between companies did not affect the intention to use the applications. Second, the intention to use the mobile applications positively affected the actual use.

An app based on the augmented reality and QR codes is developed in this paper. This app is for guidance to the harbor and management the facilities in ships. Using the smart device app people could receive guidance the course to visit Mokpo harbor and information for the port and ship's facilities. Through the utilization of smart devices, the app is easy to find the desired destination to and provide the convenience of tourists. In addition, by using the QR code people could see an explanation of the ship's facilities and write the inspection reports for the facilities.

Many businesses and organizations use smartcard-based user authentication for remote access. In the meantime, through various studies, dynamic ID-based remote user authentication protocols for distributed multi-server environments have been proposed to protect the connection between users and servers. Among them, Qiu et al. proposed an efficient smart card-based remote user authentication system that provides mutual authentication and key agreement, user anonymity, and resistance to various types of attacks. Later, Andola et al. found various vulnerabilities in the authentication scheme proposed by Qiu et al., and overcame the flaws in their authentication scheme, and whenever the user wants to log in to the server, the user ID is dynamically changed before logging in. An improved authentication protocol is proposed. In this paper, by analyzing the operation process and vulnerabilities of the protocol proposed by Andola et al., it was revealed that the protocol proposed by Andola et al. was vulnerable to offline smart card attack, dos attack, lack of perfect forward secrecy, and session key attack.

Nowadays, the advanced technology of wireless communication technology has been studied using the tax system. Wireless communications technology logistics management, inventory management, are widely used in the field of port management. Especially, RFID technology, import and export business of logistics costs in the distribution has been hailed as the technology to do. In this paper, logistics information system components, RFID technology is one of the proposed algorithm using the intelligent customs management. Moreover, in this paper, goods purchased from abroad, using the phone anywhere at any time simply to calculate the tariff proposed simulation.

현대 해양선박은 PLC 등 기존의 OT 시스템과 선박자동식별시스템 등 IT 시스템의 접목으로 스마트선박, 자율운항선박으로 진화되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 기술 통합은 공격이 가능한 접점이 늘어나며, 이는 사이버보안 위협을 증가시키고 있다. 선박은 대부분 항만으로부터 고립된 환경에서 운영되기 때문에 사이버공격이 발생 시 외부의 기술 지원이나 긴급대응이 어려워진다. 이러한 배경으로 해양선박을 대상으로 하는 사이버 복원력은 해양선박 환경에서 중요한 개념으로 자리잡고 있다. 본 논문은 해양선박 환경 표준 통신 네트워크인 SAN을 분석하고, 사이버 복원력을 소개한 후, NIST의 사이버 복원력 모델을 기반으로 해양선박 대상 사이버 복원력 연구를 분석한다.

Recently, various digital technology issues such as e-Navigation, Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship (MASS) and Smart ships have constantly emerged in the maritime industry, based on the fourth industrial revolution. The International Maritime Organization is gradually tightening regulations for marine safety and marine environmental protection, and these strengthened regulations are leading to new maritime industries. Thus, the purpose of this study was to design a suitable model to analyze the industrial competitiveness of domestic autonomous operation technology industry, based on the Porter's diamond model. Based on a total of five evaluation factors and 13 detailed factors, the industrial competitiveness of the domestic autonomous operation technology industry was evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively. This industry, which is in the early stage of industrial development, was evaluated as 16.9 points relative to indexing industrial competitiveness. Currently, it is characterized by the simultaneous development of related regulations and core technologies, from the establishment of the scope of the industry. The industrial competitiveness evaluation considering these industrial characteristics is expected to serve as the basis for strategic support and new industrial policy, and impact a wide range of related industries such as shipping, logistics, ports, and shipbuilding and equipment industries.

This study investigated what the general public thinks about the shipping industry and how important it is. As a result of the study, more than half of the respondents answered that they knew a little about the shipping industry or that they were normally knew about the shipping industry. Regarding the necessity of budget input to prevent bankruptcy of national shipping companies, it was found that more than half of the respondents answered that it was necessary or moderate. Regarding the necessity of maintaining a national shipping companies, 53% of respondents said it was necessary, and 23% of respondetns said it was normal. However, when asked if they thought that maintaining a national shipping companies would benefit me and my family, 39% of respondetns answered "normal" and 28% of respondetns answered "mostly". As for the cause of Hanjin Shipping's bankruptcy, 49% of respondents said that the owners' family members were immoral and incompetent, and 17.4% of respondetns said that the shipping market conditions deteriorated. Regarding the necessity of fostering the shipping industry, foreign currency acquisition and service balance improvement through export of shipping services accounted for 43.5%, and smooth transportation of import and export cargo accounted for 36.5%. When asked what kind of damage I suffered from Hajin Shipping's bankruptcy, 54.6% answered other (not much), and 14.5% said inflation. Abouve these results, this study gave implication in terms of public promotion and transparent business management.

Chamaecyparis obtusa (C. obtusa) belongs to Cupressaceae and grows wild in southern area of Korea. C. obtusa has been used for furnitures because of the superior quality of the lumber and remaining branches and leaves were used for extraction of essential oil (C. obtusa oil). C. obtusa oil has numerous health effects, including anti-inflammation, antibacterial, deodorization, sedative effect. This study was performed to evaluate the effects of C. obtusa oil on anti-wrinkles, skin-barrier and moisturizing. First, DPPH and ABTS assay were conducted to evaluate antioxidant effect and C. obtusa oil showed significance scavenging activity on both radicals. And elastase activity was examined for anti-wrinkle effect. At the result, elastase activity was significantly reduced by C. obtusa oil. Next, real-time PCR was performed to evaluate gene expression. At the results, MMP-1 mRNA expression was significantly reduced by C. obtusa oil in HDF cells. In addition, filaggrin and HAS-2 mRNA expression significantly increased by C. obtusa oil in HaCaT cells. Taken together, these results indicate that C. obtusa oil has potential as a cosmetic material for anti-aging by enhancing anti-wrinkle, skin-barrier and moisturizing effects.
