Self-diagnosis Algorithm for Water Quality Sensors Based on Water Quality Monitoring Data (수질 모니터링 데이터 기반의 수질센서 자가진단 알고리즘)

  • Today, due to the increase in global population growth, the international community is discussing solving the food problem. The aquaculture industry is emerging as an alternative to solving the food problem. For the innovative growth of the aquaculture industry, smart fish farms that combine the fourth industrial technology are recently being distributed, and full-cycle digitalization is being promoted. Water quality sensors, which are important in the aquaculture industry, are electrochemical portable sensors that check water quality individually and intermittently, making it impossible to analyze and manage water quality in real time. Recently, optically-based monitoring sensors have been developed and applied, but the reliability of monitoring data cannot be guaranteed because the state information of the water quality sensor is unknown. Therefore, this paper proposes an algorithm representing self-diagnosis status such as Failure, Out of Specification, Maintenance Required, and Check Function based on monitoring data collected by water quality sensors to ensure data reliability.

Analysis of Ascites Symptoms in Cultured Olive Flounder, Paralichthys Olivaceus, using a Random Forest Machine Learning Method (랜덤 포레스트 기계 학습 방법을 이용한 넙치의 복수 증상 분석)

  • Ascites is a condition in which body fluids are abnormally accumulated in the fish's abdominal cavity, and is an important indicator of the health of flounder. Ascites can occur in the process of infection with bacteria, viruses, parasites, etc., which causes abdominal distension, sluggish growth, and weight loss. In this paper, we tried to find the correlation with other symptoms or diseases that affect ascites symptoms in flounder. As experimental data, ascites symptoms were divided into three states: no ascites, ascites transparent, and ascites opaque, and disease diagnosis data of cultured flounder collected for 7 years were used. After performing an appropriate preprocessing process for the random forest machine learning method, other symptoms and disease factors related to ascites were extracted, and it was confirmed that the proposed model could present the main factors related to ascites.

  • This paper proposes PredFeed Net, a neural network model that mimics the food distribution of fish farming experts. Unlike existing food distribution automation systems, PredFeed Net predicts food distribution by learning the food distribution patterns of experts. This has the advantage of being able to learn using only existing environmental data and food distribution records from food distribution experts, without the need to experiment by changing food distribution variables according to the environment in an actual aquarium. After completing training, PredFeed Net predicts the next food ration based on the current environment or fish condition. Prediction of feed ration is a necessary element for automating feed ration, and feed ration automation contributes to the development of modern fish farming such as smart aquaculture and aquaponics systems.

  • 본 논문에서는 ERP 시스템의 사용자 정보와 입력 정보를 스마트 폰을 통해 E-paper 디스플레이에 출력하는 디지털 도어사인 시스템을 제안하고, 프로토타입 구현 결과를 보인다. 제안한 시스템은 도어사인 표준양식 이미지의 특정 좌표에 ERP로부터 추출한 사용자 정보를 병합한 중간게시물을 생성하고, 스마트 폰을 통해 입력한 정보를 중간게시물에 추가하여 최종게시물을 생성한다. 생성된 최종게시물 이미지는 BLE 통신 방식으로 E-paper 기반의 디지털 도어사인으로 송신되어 출력된다. 제안한 시스템은 ERP 시스템과 연동되어 연구실, 사무실 등의 점유자의 기본 정보가 자동으로 입력되기 때문에, 사용자는 공지사항 등의 간단한 내용만을 입력하여 도어사인을 갱신할 수 있다. 제안한 시스템의 프로토타입은 전기영동방식의 4.3인치 E-paper 디스플레이를 이용하여 구현하였다.

  • In the regular evaluation of engineering education accreditation, there should be almost no deficiencies in the program educational objectives, but they are occurring frequently. From the regular evaluation in 2021, the second deficiency is judged as conditional certification. This paper presents an example of the application of the program education goal adequacy review system considering changes in the social environment with a relatively low understanding of educational goal setting while preparing for the engineering education certification system and certification evaluation. In addition, application cases are presented focusing on the certification criteria, engineering education certification judgment guide, and self-study report form for the linkage application between detailed certification criteria in revising and improving educational goals.

  • Today, many companies are using CRM as a means to secure sales opportunities, improve sales pipelines, and increase customer satisfaction. CRM like this improves the quality of corporate management by understanding customer behavior patterns and utilizes the process of change in the organization's work procedures and technology for marketing, sales, and customer service. In this study, we designed and implemented a small CRM using IP PBX to enable small and medium-sized businesses to introduce CRM without economic burden and measured its performance. As a result, we found a small customer management system (SOHO CRM) has proven its performance.

  • To prevent the spread of disease in aquaculture, it is a need for a system to predict fish diseases while monitoring the water quality environment and the status of growing fish in real time. The existing research in predicting fish disease were image processing techniques. Recently, there have been more studies on disease prediction methods through deep learning techniques. This paper introduces the research results on how to predict diseases of Paralichthys Olivaceus with deep learning technology in aquaculture. The method enhances the performance of disease detection rates by including data augmentation and pre-processing in camera images collected from aquaculture. In this method, it is expected that early detection of disease fish will prevent fishery disasters such as mass closure of fish in aquaculture and reduce the damage of the spread of diseases to local aquaculture to prevent the decline in sales.

  • Technological advancements in the field of information and communication have led to the advent and usage of various types of smart devices, which have significantly altered people's usage behaviors and environments. This change has also been applied to the learning environment, where various smart devices are appearing and the learning behavior of learners is changing accordingly. In this study, we investigate learners' perceptions of digital note-taking behaviors focusing on the recently emerged learning media, tablet PCs and digital pens. Drawing upon the expectancy-confirmation model, we conduct a study on the factors affecting the (dis)confirmation and (dis)satisfaction of undergraduate students with tablet PCs and digital pens by comparing their expectations with their actual use experiences. An open-ended survey was conducted among students at C University in Korea, and the responses were analyzed through qualitative content analysis to derive four factors of expectation-confirmation and satisfaction and three factors of expectation-disconfirmation and dissatisfaction. Based on these findings, we provide academic and educational implications.

  • 온라인 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 확산과 다양한 센서들이 집약된 스마트 모바일 기기들의 발달로 인해 사용자들은 언제 어디서나 모바일 애플리케이션을 통해 사회적 이웃들과 온/오프라인에서 즉시적으로 정보를 공유하며 상호작용하고 있다. 그러나 여전히 모바일 기기들의 에너지 제약으로 인해 사용자들은 배터리에 대한 불안감을 늘 갖고 사용하게 되면서 센서 기반의 서비스들을 충분히 활용하지 못하는 경우가 많다. 이처럼 자원제약적인 모바일 기기들의 에너지 소비 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 에너지 효율적인 센싱 그룹을 형성하는 협업 센싱 메커니즘을 소개한다. 특히 사람들간의 그룹 형성에 있어 중요한 특성들을 파악하기 위해 사용자의 그룹 행동양식을 분석하고 에너지 효율적인 협업 센싱 그룹을 발견하기 위한 그룹의 공존-지속시간 예측모델을 제안한다.

농식품 분야 ICT융합 최신 사례

  • 최근 건강기능식품의 성장으로 농식품 산업이 1차 산업을 넘어 고부가가치 신성장산업으로 재정의되며 각국은 농식품 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 ICT 융합을 빠르게 진행하고 있다. 국내 농식품 산업 역시 FTA 체결 등으로 글로벌 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 국내 발전된 ICT역량을 농식품 산업에 융합하는 노력을 진행하고 있다. 하지만 아직 초기 단계로써 농식품 가치사슬상 생산분야의 시설원예나 축산 생산성 증가를 위한 ICT 융합 단계에 머무르고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 농식품 생산분야 ICT 최신사례로써 노지작물 재배 ICT 융합사례, 수산양식 ICT 융합사례를 소개하고, 농식품 유통 및 판매 분야 ICT 융합사례로써 스마트 가상 스토어, 아마존 대시, 전자가격태그 모델을 소개하고 그 산업적 시사점을 논의하고자 한다.
