Smart Message Service Platform for Mobile Environment (모바일용 스마트 메시지 서비스 플랫폼)

  • With increasing use of smartphone, users require a new message service to prevent security attack and provide integrated messages. Since smartphone uses data services such as 3G cell network and WiFi, it can provide reliable message transfer through various security policies. In addition, it can transfer various data collected using built-in camera and GPS. This paper proposes a smart message service platform which can provide security services such as authentication, confidentiality and integrity as well as transfer the integrated message including location, picture and text. To verity the functionality of the platform, this paper implements an iPhone app and message transfer server, and then shows the implementation results.

  • The purpose of this paper is to present Smart Virtual TRS(Trunked Radio System) service that gives the TRS function in mobile network with smart phone application and server. TRS is essential equipment of logistics vehicle so, most of trunk drivers uses TRS frequently. Developed service is based on smartphone without TRS equipment. Therefore, Smart virtual TRS included in TMS(Transportation Management System) has some effects for logistics company. i) Smart Virtual TRS gives better communication environment between office and drivers. ii) Smartphone App gives flexibility to TMS functions. iii) Smart Virtual TRS gives cost reduction effect.

  • Nowadays, with increasing in difficulty level of elementary, junior high and high school education, we are growing more and more interested in the national history. We intend to develop the mobile App to make the people have the concern and interest in the national cultural assets to introduce the information about them. The game can be learned easily and we are increased the interest in the national cultural assets by game speed. We intent to develop the mobile App to be able to search the information about the national cultural assets at anytime and anywhere. This App uses the Model2 Architecture MVC method.

  • 최근 스마트 폰의 보급이 빠른 속도로 확산되면서 전 세계는 스마트 서비스 시대에 진입하게 되었다. 스마트 폰을 활용한 모바일 헬스케어 서비스는 고령화 사회에서 지속적인 건강관리에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 지속적인 관리가 필요한 당뇨 환자들의 식이관리 및 운동관리를 위해 당뇨 관리용 모바일 헬스케어 앱을 구현하였다. 개발된 당뇨PHR은 스마트 폰을 통해 일상생활의 라이프 로그를 입력하여 식이 관리와 운동 관리를 도와주는 기능을 수행한다. 구현된 당뇨 PHR은 사용자의 건강관리뿐 만 아니라 맞춤형 건강 정보 제공을 통해 헬스케어의 일상 구현에 기여 할 수 있다.

  • With the rapid growth of smart phone technologies, mobile user's demands for using services provided by existing web or portal cites are highly increased. These services, however, are designed for the environment of desktop PCs or laptops in general, so it requires lots of costs for corrections and has difficulties for system protection to use in current mobile devices. In this paper, we design and implement a middleware for android-based smart phone apps to cooperate with a portal system with minimum corrections and function configuration. Our middleware system is working as an interface between an existing portal system and mobile devices to provide harmonious usage and safe system protection.

  • Recently, a fire suddenly broke out in a crowded theater, and many people were unable to find an escape route, becoming entangled, injured, and suffocating from smoke inhalation, resulting in a large-scale fire accident. Even though most of the people were young, they were unable to evacuate. If they had been elderly, it could have resulted in greater casualties. In particular, since it is difficult to receive accurate location information from GPS indoor, there is an urgent need for location-based services using beacons and an emergency evacuation system that intuitively shows evacuation routes in augmented reality using smart-phones. In this paper, an augmented reality-based emergency evacuation smartphone app was developed based on identifying fire locations and evacuation routes using beacons and fire sensors (IoT). In the future, if the proposed system is applied to indoor spaces where people are crowded, rapid evacuation will be possible even in a sudden fire accident, minimizing human damage.

  • 낙후된 도시를 정비하는 방법으로 새로이 등장한 거점확산형 주거환경개선사업은 전면철거방식인 주택재개발사업이내 공동주택 건설방식과 비교하여 지역주민의 재정착 비율이 높고, 기존 도시 조직을 고려하며 점진적으로 개발할 수 있는 기성시가지 정비수법으로 주목받아 왔다. 또한 지역의 침체된 경제를 활성화시키고 황폐화된 구시가지를 회복시키기 위하여 정부에서는 도시의 새로운 경쟁력을 찾고 지역 주민의 삶의 질을 보장하기 위해 지역 주민의 삶의 질을 보장하기 위해 지역 커뮤니티를 근간으로 하는 도시재생사업을 추진하게 되었다. 효과적인 거점확산형 주거환경개선사업을 위해서는 주민참여가 중요하며, 현재에 이르러서는 필수적인 요건이 되었고, 도시계획 역시 주민과 함께 하는 방향으로 변화하게 되었다. 이에 따라 GIS도 주민과 같은 비전문가의 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 도구로 확대되어 활용되고 있다 하지만, 현행 주민참여 방식은 형식적인 수단에 불과하며, 주민 참여도를 높일 수 있는 획기적인 방법은 아직도 연구해야할 과제이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 커뮤니티의 재생을 목적으로 하는 거점확산형 주거환경개선사업에서 능동적 주민참여를 좀 더 효율적으로 이끌어 내고자 사업정보제공서비스, 주민의사반영 서비스, 쌍방향적 의견교환서비스, GIS 서비스를 제공하는 커뮤니티 재생을 위한 앱 기반 PPGIS 모델을 제안하였다. 최근 스마트폰의 보급률이 급증함에 따라 스마트폰의 활용은 주민들의 관심과 참여 비율의 변화를 크게 가져올 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 커뮤니티 재생을 위한 스마트폰의 앱 기반 PPGIS 모델은 정책결정자, 전문가 그리고 주민이 서로의 생각을 교환하고 이해하는데 또 다른 유용한 의사소통 도구가 되어 주민의 참여도를 높여 줄 것이라 기대된다 특히, 스마트폰을 많이 사용하고 있는 젊은층의 흥미를 유발하여 참여도가 낮은 젊은층의 참여도를 높이는데 기여할 것이라 여겨진다,

  • APP based on the smart phone is being utilized to various scopes such as medical services in hospitals, financing services at banks and credit card companies, and ubiquitous technologies in companies and homes etc. In this service environment, exposures of smart phones cause loss of assets including leaks of official/private information by outsiders. Though secret keys, pattern recognition technologies, and single image authentication techniques are being applied as protective methods, but they have problems in that accesses are possible by utilizing static key values or images like pictures. Therefore, this study proposes a face authentication technology for protecting smart phones from these dangerous factors and problems. The proposed technology authenticates users by extracting key frames of user's facial images by real time, and also controls accesses to the smart phone. Authentication information is composed of multiple key frames, and the user' access is controlled by distinction algorism of similarity utilizing DC values of image's pixel and luminance.

  • Various applications are developed with the extension of the smart phone market. This affects the change of contents and market for mobile advertisement. Mobile advertisement has been changed from the text type in feature phone environment to banner type which are added on the applications and branded app which are application itself for commercials. This research shows the difference in views between users and professions for the factors which affects the acceptance of mobile advertisement in smart phone environment. The analysis results present two groups have significant differences in the views for the users' acceptances of mobile advertisement. This research provides the important factors which need to be considers in creating mobile commercials. It also suggests that professions in advertisement field have to consider the aspects of smart phone users when they create advertisements in smart phone environment.
