A Design and Implementation of a Smartphone App Providing the SCAMPER Method (SCAMPER 기법을 제공하는 스마트폰 앱의 설계 및 구현)

  • This paper reports on a design and implementation of a Smartphone App providing the SCAMPER method. The SCAMPER method is an efficient method of creativity, which is a way of encouraging uniqueness, promoting change in things, and evoking or triggering new or varied possibilities. The Smartphone users analyzed the effectiveness and shortcomings of the Smartphone App. The results showed that the developed Smartphone App is effective in terms of the value, use, content, and component. The Smartphone App is also efficient to use anywhere, anytime and to express, share, actively communicate with others through the App. In addition, several improvements of the App were suggested for Smartphone users to develope and enhance their creativity by adopting the SCAMPER method.

Research on the impact factors of smartphone medical APP user experience - centered on Chinese medical APP (스마트폰 의료 앱 사용자 체험의 영향 요인에 관한 연구 - 중국 의료 앱을 중심으로)

  • With the advent of experience era, the user experience has attracted much attention in all walks of life. And the importance of user experience emphasize began to be emphasized. It analyzed the interfering factors of user experience of smart phone medical APP, and evaluated their relative importance. Then it made suggestions on the priority of medical APP development and provided reference for medical APP design optimization and service quality improvement. First of all, based on the related research about user experience theory, smartphone APP user experience and mobile medical APP, it summarized the user experience elements of smartphone medical APP. Secondly, 200 subjects in the 20-40 age group who chose smartphone download experience and used medical APP were surveyed to rate the effect of 18 factors. The results show that the factors such as product resources, medical advertising recommendations, doctor-patient interaction, emotional pleasure, easy to learn, and other factors have a significant impact on users' good experience when using app.

  • This paper describes constructing methods of environments for the App development using v smart-phones which are widespread rapidly. Various smart-phones and operating systems are used all over the world. In this paper, we will deal with three kinds of smart-phones, that is Windows Mobile Phone(recently Windows Phone7), iPhone and Android Phone using respective operating systems which are widespread in the domestic market.

  • One of the major requisites for the success of the smart-TV is to create a circumstance where smart-TV app's are produced and purchased on a large scale. However, the smart TV app's may succeed only under the condition that the user interface of the smart TV is greatly evolved from the typical TV remote controller. Several equipments have been devised to tackle the problem of the poor user interface of the smart-TV; however, they are not satisfactory in the aspects that they usually increase the costs of TV-set and they do not help practically the app developers. The equipments are pre formed so that it is hard for the app developers to design their own user interface using them. In the paper, sMartUX, a method for developing the smart-TV app is introduced. sMartUX provides a new paradigm and development environment for designing, implementing, and operating the user interface of the smart TV app using a smart-phone. With sMartUX, app developers can design their own user interface using the various facilities of a smart-phone, and they need not to care the details of various smart-phones and how to launch their user interface onto a smart-phone.

  • The purpose of this study is to introduce the concepts of smartphone and app, to review the theoretical researches and the representative service examples in academic libraries' mobile services based on smartphone apps, and to propose the proper mobile services methods based on smartphone apps in academic libraries of Korea. The ways for mobile app services in academic libraries are like these: 1) Libraries need to prepare the hybrid service system based on the combination of mobile web and app for smartphone. 2) Libraries have the guidelines for choosing apps which are applied to library services. 3) Libraries develop the apps for library marketing and education services and make use of existed apps to their own services. 4) Smartphone application bibliography service(Appography service) needs to be developed and serviced as an academic library service field.

  • Recently the market of smart phone applications grows very fast. And users want more various and rich experiments using enhanced smart phone functions. But the development of smart phone applications is not an easy job. Specially to control smart phone sensors can be realized by using each native programming languages in experts level. Moreover the process needs separate development based on each smart phone OS. Development of the Web-based smart phone application using Web Common APIs, known as 'WebApp', is one of solutions to overcome these problems. The method includes interface constructions with HTML, and Web Common API calls and accesses to smart phone device APIs with Java scripts. In this paper, the experience in development of the smart phone e-book application is introduced, which is implemented with comport and OS independent WebApp development method.

  • This paper is to analyze an app curriculum using smartphone authoring solution for the education of smartphone applications with optimized effectiveness by reducing time period of development. In addition, The best goal will find the effective training methodology for developers to develop application program running on smartphones with quick and easy way. The final goal of the paper is to find the best way on how to develop business application programs using an authoring solution for smartphone application. In conclusion, this paper covers the best solution and education of an high-tech authoring solution design for the effective smartphone applications to be used by experienced developers with perfect knowledge of the field for practical on-site.

  • 광범위한 스마트폰의 보급으로 인해 관련 APP 시장 또한 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 많은 APP이 개발되고 있지만 대부분 특정 분야에 집중되어 있으며 교육용 APP이 시장에서 차지하고 있는 비율은 극히 낮다. 시장 비율이 낮은 이유는 기존 출시된 대다수의 교육용 APP이 가지는 두 문제점 때문이다. 첫 번째는 동일 콘텐츠의 반복학습으로 인해 재사용 빈도가 많이 낮고 자기주도학습 능력을 이끌어 낼 수 없다는 점이며 두 번째는 문제 제공 및 정답 확인의 단순 구조로 되어 있어 사용자가 자신의 수준 및 취약 부분을 분석하기 힘들다는 점이다. 본 논문은 스마트폰 환경에서 앞서 언급한 두 가지 문제점을 해결하기 위해 시스템 구조 변경 없이 콘텐츠 변경이 가능하며 사용자의 수준을 파악할 수 있는 기능을 가진 사용자 맞춤 교육을 위한 교육용 앱 설계에 대하여 제안한다.

  • LBS(Location Based Service) is one of the most important killer App. in the Smart-phone Era. The Smart-phone provide basically location informations using GPS, Wi-Fi AP, 3G ID as a location determination technology to supply LBS. Also it can use maps such as Google map and Daum map with Open API. Therefore, Smart-phone is regarded as the best platform to develop location based applications. In my paper, a location based smart-phone App., that is, "Real-Race App." is designed and implemented for applying events and marketing.
