As the distribution rate of smart device increases, users of smartwork are increasingly able to work without constraints imposed by time and space. However, there are many security threats in smartwork environment. Security threats is illegal information for an unauthenticated device. Especially, smartwork environment is approach to users. Therefore, there are other matters concerning justifiable user and device authentication. However, the studies of smartwork are still in early stage of development, and the studies of user and device authentication also not enough to apply smartwork environment. In this paper, we proposed USIM based user and device authentication scheme in the smartwork environment.

본고에서는 SDR 네트워크를 위한 스마트 안테나 시스템의 표준화에 대하여 알아본다. 스마트 안테나 시스템이 SDR 네트워크에서 동작하기 위해서는 시스템의 개방성, 유연성, 상호 운용성 및 호환성이 보장되어야 한다. 이러한 특성을 위해서는 스마트 안테나 시스템이 소프트웨어 모듈로 잘게 나눠져 컴포넌트화 되어야 하고, 각 컴포넌트를 제어하기 위한 어플리케이션 프로그래밍 인터페이스(API)가 표준화 되어야 한다. 본고에서 제안하는 스마트 안테나API는 한양대학교 HY-SDR 연구센터에서 정의하여 SDR Forum의 공식 표준으로 승인되었으며, 현재 SDR Forum의 공식 표준화 기고 절차를 통해 Object Management Group (OMG)에 제출되어 표준화 작업 중에 있다.

Assuming that Smart Work will have a positive effect on job satisfaction, and which, in turn, will improve productivity, domestic and international organizations have adopted and implemented Smart Work. However, leading companies have recently reduced or shut down operations of Smart Work. If Smart Work had really brought about the improvement of productivity, there would be no reason for organizations to take such action. Therefore, this paper reviews the relationship among Smart Work, job satisfaction and productivity. Based on the National Digital Science Library (NDSL) database, we select eight references related to Smart Work, and analyze them systematically. The previous empirical studies show that Smart Work produces a positive outcome for job satisfaction, which, in turn, improves productivity. However, we find that the previous research has a problem demonstrating the relationship between job satisfaction and productivity, because they has unclearly measured the concept of job satisfaction. This research deeply discuss this issue, and provides future research direction.

본 논문은 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA)에서 제정된 "HTML5 기반 스마트 TV 플랫폼 수신기 적합성 시험" 표준(TTAK.KO-07.0119)에 따라 구축한 표준 적합성 시험환경에서 시험 도구의 테스트 케이스 개발에 활용되는 스마트 TV 테스트 프레임워크 설계와 구현에 대한 내용을 소개한다. 표준으로부터 도출된 많은 개수의 테스트 항목에 대한 테스트 케이스를 효율적으로 개발하기 위해 테스트 내용 외의 공통적으로 수행되는 코드부분(테스트 케이스의 정의, 기본 UI, 서버와의 통신 등)을 추상화하고, 테스트 케이스 개발 자체의 난이도를 줄이기 위해 사용하기 쉬운 API 를 제공하는 프레임워크가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 TV 테스트 프레임워크의 소프트웨어 구조를 소개하고, 테스트 케이스 개발에 활용하는 테스트 서술 API, 테스트 결과를 사용자에게 일관되게 보여주는 테스트 프레임워크 UI, 그리고 테스트 결과를 수집하고 서버에 전송하는 테스트 리포터의 설계와 구현 내용에 대해 소개한다.

Present many organizations are introduced to smartwork for reducing the operational cost and getting the labor's flexibility. The smartwork is the future-oriented worker's environment in which they can engage in their task, anytime and anywhere conveniently and efficiently. In spite of many smartwork advantages, the security problems are major issues and prevent to introducing and spreading of smartwork for organizations. Therefore, the success of the organization for smartwork environment is put in place appropriate security control model. This study is about security threats for smartwork security control model. We apply the exploratory method for this research, which are reviewing, analyzing of literature for extracting the security threats and clustering of the extracted security threats. Finally we define the 16's security threats according to the aspect of smartwork service layers.

과거의 휴대폰, TV, 전화기 등의 기기들은 아날로그 신호 기반이 주류를 이루었고, 낮은 대역폭, 폐쇄된 네트워크 환경, 낮은 컴퓨팅 사양 등으로 그 적용 범위가 협소하였고, 어느 정도 보안성을 갖추었다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만, 최근 들어 고품질의 서비스를 제공하는 다양한 기기들이 등장하고 네트워크 대역폭 제공 범위가 확장되면서 정보통신 기기의 중요성과 위협요소가 커지고 있다. 특히, 2010년부터 본격적으로 시작된 스마트폰의 확산으로 태블릿 PC, 스마트 TV, 스마트워크, 스마트그리드 등 스마트 기기 시대가 개막되었음을 알 수 있다. 이에 정보통신기기의 보안은 더 이상 간과할 수 없는 중요한 요소로 자리매김 되었다. 본고에서는 네트워크에 참여하는 다양한 기기의 안전한 운영을 위하여 해당 기기를 식별하고 진위를 판단할 수 있는 신뢰된 인증방법에 대한 현황을 소개한다.

Rapid development of information and communication technologies leads firms to take 'smart work' into serious consideration as a new way of working in coming knowledge and information society. However, some jobs may be fit for smart work while some may be not. A $2{\times}2$ framework for smart work readiness assessment is developed in this study through the review of extant literature and a series of focus group activities. Two critical dimensions of smart work are derived and presented as a result: smartness (knowledge versus data) and mobility (mobile versus static). Knowledge intensive jobs with possible mobility seem to be the target group that can be easily converted to smart work while mobile workers with interactive data processing devices seem to be already doing smart work. As mobility is a critical presumption for work to be flexible in terms of time and place, jobs with no mobility are assessed here as not ready for smart work at least at present. This framework is experimentally applied against the published job statistics 2011 in Korea, and used to estimate the number of workers ready for smart work. As a conclusion, discussions on policy implications and further research issues are made at the end.

Due to COVID-19, organizations are rapidly changing the way they work by providing telecommuting and flexible work, and by expanding Smart Work spaces. In a Smart Work situation, workers have improved their job autonomy to choose their work methods, hours, and places. However, previous studies do not reflect the Smart Work situation and there are limitations to still using the previous job autonomy concept and measurements. To overcome these problems, this study derived job autonomy types such as methods, scheduling, criteria, time, and place applicable to Smart Work environments and verified that the five types of job autonomy have a statistically significant positive effect on Smart Workers' creative behavior. This study is meaningful in that it categorized job autonomy into five types applicable to Smart Work by adding temporal and spatial flexibility to the traditional job autonomy concept such as method, scheduling, and criteria autonomy and provided the basis for subdividing and evaluating the operation performance of Smart Work through multi-dimensional job autonomy verification.

Under ubiquitous work environment, innovative changes occur in work process with ICT. The work process for collaboration through mobile devices and network should be investigated. The research model consists of two major antecedents: autonomy and interdependence as a task characteristic and job satisfaction as ultimate consequence followed by work design theory. To elaborate work design theory, smartwork application (app) use, communication extent, and work-life balance were reviewed from the literature. Data were collected from three ICT firms, which adopted certain smartwork app, and a partial least squares analysis was made on 175 data points. The analysis results show that task interdependence exerts a statistically significant effect on the level of smartwork app usage. Communication extent directly affects job satisfaction and work-life balance. The remarkable point is that smartwork app usage does not affect employees' work-life balance; the former can only affect the latter indirectly by increasing communication extent. This study attempts to explain the organizational impact by considering smartwork app and the effects simultaneously. We proposed and empirically tested the extended work design theory including information technology and its environment. Based on the results, other theoretical and practical contributions are discussed at the end with limitations and further studies.
