Effects of determinants of purchasing accommodation products on purchase intention -social commerce and home shopping- (숙박상품 구매자의 구매결정요인이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 -소셜커머스와 홈쇼핑의 비교분석-)

  • This study attempted to find out whether there is a difference between social commerce and TV home shopping in the relationship between the purchasing decision factors and the purchasing intention of accommodation product buyers. A survey was conducted for 20 days from March 7 to March 26, 2022, and 205 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the purchasing determinants were divided into four factors: reliability, playability, convenience, and economy. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the purchase determinants influenced the purchase intention in the order of playability, reliability, economy, and convenience, while social commerce had the greatest influence on playfulness and home shopping. Social commerce is considered to be important in terms of persuasion based on the product information provided, and consideration of how lively and enjoyable home shopping creates broadcasting videos.

  • In the context of Sharing Accommodation has become a new type of accommodation choice for customers. The purpose of this study is to improve the existing defects of Sharing Accommodation Services through insight into the pain points of customer experience, so as to improve customer satisfaction. In this study, Airbnb and Tujia were selected as the subjects for comparative study. By collecting and sorting out references, the research background of Sharing Accommodation is analyzed in depth. Research methods of Service Design, such as Customer Journey Map and Service Blueprint, are adopted to gain insight into customer needs, identify pain points and propose hypothesis of service optimization. Tools such as Kano Model and Potential Customer Satisfaction are used to test and determine three schemes for optimizing the service. Finally, the results are displayed through Service Scenario. The research results can help operators of Sharing Accommodation to identify and improve the elements of service and provide a higher quality customer experience, thus promoting the healthy development of Sharing Accommodation market.

  • 최근 증가하고 있는 자유개별여행자들의 경우 항공권, 숙박 등의 여행상품을 개별로 구매하고 여행지에서 지역 여행정보를 통해 여행상품을 구매한다. 일반적인 여행 앱에서는 여행자에게 일괄적으로 관광 상품 메시지를 전송한다. 하지만 해당 여행지에 대한 정보 메시지를 여행 시간대별로 받는다면 여행자는 그 정보를 토대로 좀 더 다양한 여행을 즐길 수 있으며, 해당 지역의 여행 상품을 판매하는 판매자의 경우 효과적인 홍보 마케팅이 이루어질 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해당 여행지를 여행하고 있는 여행자에게 스케줄링된 여행정보를 주기적으로 전송할 수 있는 FCM기반의 푸시서비스 개발을 목적으로 하였다.

  • 현재의 여행정보를 제공하는 시스템의 특성은 숙박, 쇼핑, 교통, 관광상품 등의 전국적이고 종합적인 여행정보를 제공하기보다는 각 시스템별로 지역적이고 특성화된 여행정보를 제공하는 성향을 띄고 있다. 이는 여행정보를 얻으려는 사용자가 여러 사이트를 방문하고 스스로 종합하여 정보를 얻어내야 하기 때문에 전문 여행정보 시스템의 기능을 제대로 수행하지 못하고 있다. 문헌조사 상으로 현재 여행정보를 제공하는 시스템들의 일부항목에 관한 내용을 현황 파악한 결과, 대부분의 극히 한정된 주제의 내용만을 소개하기 때문에 여행자가 원하는 음식이나 유적지와 같은 항목과 숙박 그리고 교통과 같은 정보를 한번에 종합적으로 얻기 어려운 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 기존의 여행정보시스템을 보다 신속하고 정확한 정보를 이용자들에게 제공할 수 있는 새로운 시스템 구축하고자 한다. 새로운 시스템은 ASP, COBA, JAVA를 이용하여 여행정보 시스템을 위한 새로운 로봇 프로그램을 구축함으로서 이용자들이 사용하기 편리하고 쉬운 여행정보를 제공한다.

Research on the Difference on Selection of Travel Product Attributes by Tourism Action: Focus on Outbound Tourist (관광행동에 따른 여행상품속성 선택의 차이에 관한 연구 : 해외여행객을 중심으로)

  • This study intends to provide support for tourism industry to establish marketing strategies for selling the travel products on which it should focus on more by examining the difference on selection of travel product attributes by tourism action. This research utilized cluster analysis and ANOVA. The cluster analysis identified four cluster: logical tourism, weak conspicious tourism, value tourism, conspicuous and value tourism. ANOVA analysis showed that four cluster were different in terms of tourism action such as transportation accommodation facilities, tourist attractions, shopping and meals except for travel service, entertainment.

  • 기존 바다낚시공원을 비롯한 바다낚시시설은 이용률 저조, 연계 프로그램 및 관광상품 부족, 편의시설이나 숙박시설 등 부대시설 부족 등으로 인해 바다낚시를 중심으로 증가하는 해양레저의 수요에 대응하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 바다낚시 및 해양레저 수요에 대응하여 가족이 즐기고 힐링할 수 있는 낚시복합타운의 조성이 필요하며 이에 본 연구는 국내 해양레저복합공간의 사례분석을 바탕으로 낚시복합타운 개념을 정립하고 낚시복합타운의 유형을 분류한 다음 유형별 시설구성안을 제시하고자 한다.

A Comparative Study of Domestic Travel Patterns and Determinant Factors Affecting Satisfaction by Generations (대한민국 국민의 세대별 국내여행 방식 및 만족도 영향요인)

  • While South Koreans overseas travelling rate has been increased every year, domestic travelling rate has been at a standstill for several years. The purpose of this study is to analyze domestic traveling styles of Koreans according to their generations in order to provide generation-specific traveling services. For this purpose, we categorized the survey respondents into four different generations, which are Millennium (age 19~34), X generation (35~54), Baby Boomer (55~64) and senior by following the criterions of the Korea National Tourism Organization. After then, we analyze factors related to travel preparation process, the actual traveling activities and satisfaction after the travel. In this study, 16,713 data collected by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism are used. The results of this study show that Korean people tends to acquire domestic traveling information from their own or acquaintances past experiences. Also, they do not prefer the organized trip for domestic travels, thus do not buy package products a lot. In addition, natural scenery, rich in cultural heritage, and convenient accommodation are the most important determinant factors affecting the overall travel satisfaction of level for all generations. The traveling characteristics for each generation are as follows. Millennium get traveling information from the internet a lot, and more specifically, they refer portal sites and social network services (SNS) in many cases. Also, they tend to travel in summer peak season to popular destinations and pursues active traveling experiences. Generation X has similar traveling patterns with Millennium, however they major transportation method is using their own car. Also, transportation convenience and satisfactory leisure activity are important factors affecting the overall satisfaction level to Generation X. On the other hand, Baby boomer generation has a greater emphasis on appreciation of nature, visiting famous restaurants, and relaxation, rather than actively participating experiencing programs. They travel evenly in summer and spring/fall season to many different areas instead of focusing on popular tourist spots. In addition, shopping and eating delicious food are the important factors affecting the overall satisfaction level for them. Lastly, Senior generation has similar characteristics with Baby boomer in many ways, however, they travel a lot on the same day using public transportations or car rental service. They prefer spring and autumn trips rather than summer peak season, and tend to buy packaged travel products a lot compared with other generations. If these different traveling characteristics of each generation are considered for organizing and customizing tourism services, it is expected that domestic tourism satisfaction level will be ultimately increased.

  • The purpose of this study is to a study on the development of the DMZ tourism merchandising which use storytelling. also this study is to develop DMZ tourism imagery using the storytelling structured the subject matters based on DMZ. storytelling tourism is the oldest and the best factor of tourism activity among induced factors in these days. As a life of human being is upgrading, the importance of DMZ storytelling tourism merchandising will be magnified. Even tourism commercialization is able to make an achievement as an economical effectiveness to a developing country. Data were collected from 205 members of leading tourism business and job performance in travel agency. data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 20.0. Findings from this study suggest that local government and DMZ tourist business operators consider the storytelling for vitalizing authenticity to improve tourists' satisfaction. also this study is about DMZ tourism commercialization to achieve various opinions of several scholars.

  • This paper describes to experiments on the estimation of tourist images in Busan. Preliminary tasks were performed to find out the condition of tourism souvenir and products proper to ocean city with situation in Busan. This survey analyzed by factor analysis taken in local residents, foreigners and other city. Result of factor analysis shows that the local residents and others think of Busan as similar image both. Outsider recognized Busan to tourist attractions of seaside environment and tourist facilities, and have good image of sightseeing and shopping in city. The local people remind Busan as progressive, feels sweet, activity, friendly image beside that foreign tourist remind as clean, modern, abundant, and others think as stable, changing, novelty, friendly. To abstract 8 factors among the images, take out of relevance to condition of tourist and image factors. Important factors for development of tourist industry in Busan are a feeling safe, clean, novelty in priority. And find way that enhancing image to abundant, friendly, activity were proper to tourist industry.

A Study on the Characteristics of Repeat Foreign Tourists to Korea (한국을 재방문하는 외래 관광객의 특성에 관한 연구)

  • This study is focused on analyzing the characteristics of repeat foreign tourists to Korea and suggest how to increase the repeat ratio. As the result of analysis, there were significant differences in the variables of sex, age, country in the case of demographic characteristics and in the variables of travel types, the number of company, the purpose of visit, accommodations, major visiting places and visiting areas in the case of travel characteristic. And also there were significant differences in the variables of accommodation fees per person and expenses per person in their own country in the case of travel expenses and in the variables of immigration formalities, public transportations, accommodations, foods, shopping, tourist attractions and security in the case of satisfaction. Lastly there were significant differences in the variables of revisit intention within 3 years, recommendation intention, the image of Korea(before trip) and the image of Korea(after trip) in the case of behavior intention after trip and image evaluation. Therefore it should be considered the characteristics of repeat foreign tourists when we make the tourism products to increase the repeat ratio.
