A workplace trainer is required to have profound theoretical and technological knowledge, sufficient experience and problem-solving ability in order to play the role of a competent trainer and assessor for the apprentices and experienced worker students who are participating in the Work-Learning Dual System of the company. This study has introduced a Degree-linked Highly Skilled professional Course in Korea and proposed an optimized standard education model for the training of high-quality workplace trainers. It is expected that this study will contribute greatly to the training of highly skilled professionals for efficient implementation of the Work-Learning Dual System and stable institutional settlement of the Highly Skilled professionals Course as the first empirical study on the training of highly skilled professionals.

연삭가공중에 발생하는 트러블의 인식과 처리는 공학적 원리에 입각한 방법과 현장 숙련기술자의 경험적 지식을 바탕으로한 방법이있다. 그러나, 연삭가공은 관계되는 가공변수가 많아, 이들 상호간의 관계를 정량적으로 규명할 수 없어 대부분이 숙련자의 지식에 의존하는 것이 현실정이다. 본 논문은 이와같은 점에 착안하여 원통연삭을 대상으로 현장숙련자가 갖고 있는 경험적이고도 정성적인 지식의 호과적인 활용을 위해 계층분석으로 도입하여 이들이 갖고 있는 노하우를 정량화하고, 아울러 공학적원리를 가미한 연삭가공을 트러블 진단. 처리 시스템을 구축하였다. 또한 시스템 구성에 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 폴트 진단 모델을 도입하였다.

The existing test-based qualification system does not sufficiently reflect the demand for skills in industries and there exist concerns regarding its efficacy. In response, an innovative national technical qualification system, which uses a course-based qualification system, has been introduced to supplement the test-type qualification system. This study investigates the impact of the national technical qualification system on companies' decisions concerning employment by analyzing survey data from companies that employed persons who obtained course-based qualifications. Analysis results found the degree of company demand for skills had a positive impact on overall employment decisions. Especially, it was highly likely for those companies that experienced loss due to the lack of technology in the past to decide continued employment and expansion of employment. This suggests that it is necessary to design the national technical qualification system in response to the demand for technological skills of each industry in the future.

The purpose of this study is to analyze gender gaps in wage and job satisfaction according to skill characteristics and gender composition in occupation type. Most of the previous studies dealing with gender gaps in wage and job satisfaction have limitations in using a model at a single level. To overcome these limitations, this study integrated the analysis of worker level and job level variables through the application of hierarchical linear model. For the empirical analysis, the 20th year of the Korea Labor Institute Panel Survey and Korea Network for Occupations and Workers data used, factor analysis was utilized to derive cognitive, technical and physical skills. According to the empirical results, female workers in the metropolitan area showed lower average wage and job satisfaction than male worker. these gender gaps were alleviated in occupations which requiring a high level of cognitive skill, while deepening in occupation with a high occupational segregation. The purpose of this study is to derive implications for the policy aimed at reducing the gender gap in the labor market by analyzing the relationship between gender gaps in wage and job satisfaction according to skill characteristics and gender composition rates of wage workers in the metropolitan area.

In this study, we diagnosed the results and achievements of pilot operation of high-skilled meister course in degree-linked work-study in parallel, which has been carried out, and suggested of direction for improvement and desirable implementation. In the achievement diagnosis, the results of training served by the university operating this course, the performance and recognition of expert activities after graduation, the self-efficacy in the degree of strengthening one's capabilities as a corporate field teacher, and the self-efficacy for the degree of strengthening the company's human capabilities, and the government performance was diagnosed. Based on the analysis, various operational improvement directions were derived to revitalize high-skilled meister courses in degree-linked work-study in parallel. This study increased the reliability of the study by diagnosing and examining the empirical performance of the entire Advanced Meister Course pilot project through actual performance aggregate data and graduates who participated in the project. It also provides a theoretical basis for policy decisions by verifying implications and desirable directions for improvement through expert advice.
