수화발열량차 및 단열양생 공법을 활용한 매스콘크리트의 현장적용 (Field Application of Mass Concrete Applying Hydration Heat Differential Method and Insulation Curing Method)

  • This study is tocompare and analyze the results of hydration heat analysis and on-field measurements using the method with hydration heat difference and insulation curing method for controlling hydration heat in mass concrete. As a result of the analysis, the temperature difference between the center and the surface was predicted very similarly, and the mass concrete surface was controlled to a safe level when evaluating with a temperature crack index, and after being finished, it was confirmed that there was no hydration crack.

  • In this study, the hydration heat differential method was applied to mass concrete structures, and the hydration heat analysis was compared and analyzed with on-site measurement results. The results showed that the temperature history measurements of mass concrete were managed at a difference of 8.4 ℃, and although there was some deviation in thermal stress, a similar trend was observed. Consequently, it was determined that the thermal stress on the surface of mass concrete is less than its tensile strength, which would prevent the occurrence of thermal cracks.

  • In this study, we test the 3 properties low hydrated heat as binder, and also utilized the hydrated heat disparity construction method to decrease the cracks of the mass concrete caused by hydrated heat. The result showed by using the two methods narrowly decreased the cracks. And we ensured that during the mass concrete pouring, the cracks caused by hydrated heat could be reduced by utilizing the new construction method.

  • In this study, the field applicability on reducing the heat of hydration of mass concrete by using the hydration heat difference method is analyzed with the following summary. As a result of applying the hydration heat difference method by using low heating combination, the temperature difference between the central part and the surface part of mass material was reduced, and as a result of visual observation, there was no showing of cracks by the hydration heat on the upper surface part. Therefore, the cracking index of the field to apply this method was shown to be approximately 1.57 with very little crack occurrence probability of less than 3%.

콘크리트 배합요인별 상·하부 분리타설에 의한 수화열 균열지수 저감방안 및 현장적용 (Method of Decreasing Cracking Index by Different Mix Conditions for Separated Placement and its Field Application)

  • 본 연구에서는 매스 매트 콘크리트에 있어, 상 하부를 구분하여 타설하는 실무조건을 고려하여, 상부 및 하부배합의 혼화재 종류와 치환율을 동일 및 달리하는 배합 조건 변화로부터 최적치를 도출한 다음, 실구조체에 적용하여 해석치와 실측치간을 비교하므로서, 혼화재를 활용한 매스콘크리트의 효율적인 수화열균열 저감방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구결과 먼저, 현장적용 전 사전검토를 위해 Midas gen을 이용하여 수화열 해석을 실시한 결과 상부는 OPC : FA = 85 : 15 배합, 하부는 OPC : FA : BS = 50 : 20 : 30 배합을 본 대상 구조물 매스 매트콘크리트의 최적배합으로결정하였다. 이를 적용한 실제 현장의 시험결과 슬럼프, 공기량 및 압축강도는 모두 목표범위를 만족하였다. 또한, 봄철 실제 현장의 매스 매트콘크리트의 온도특성으로 최적배합의 경우는 중심부의 최고 온도 약 $59^{\circ}C$, 표층부 온도 약 $49^{\circ}C$로 나타나, 약 $10^{\circ}C$의 온도차가 나타났으며, 수화열 해석결과 약 1.4의 균열지수를 나타내었다. 따라서, 실무를 고려한 매스 매트콘크리트의 경우 상 하부 타설 콘크리트간의 저발열 배합정도를 달리 고려하는 수화발열량차 공법적용은 침하균열 방지 및 수화열 균열제어에 효과적인 방법이 될 것으로 사료된다.

이중 버블시트 및 수화발열량차 공법에 의한 한중매스콘크리트의 현장적용 연구 (A Case Study on Field Construction of Cold Weather Mass Concreting Using Double Bubble Sheets and Hydration Heat Difference Method)

  • The test result of mat concrete applying both hydration heat difference and insulation curing method on new construction of Cheongju university educational building are summarized as following. Both fresh concrete and compressive strength properties were satisfied In aimed value. Setting time of concrete incorporating 15% of fly ash(FA) retarded 1.2 hour than control concrete. Temperature history of mali concrete indicated that the highest temperature of center was exhibited at $126^{\circ}C$ after 51 hours while the highest temperature of upper section was $10.6^{\circ}C$ after 46 hours. Temperature Difference between center and surface was managed at less than $6^{\circ}C$ during whole curing period. In addition the temperature of upper section secured more than $3.3^{\circ}C$ while the temperature of outside was indicated at less than $-10^{\circ}C$. Maturity by parts of construction secured more than $30^{\circ}C$ DD higher than outside at 3 days. The more number of times, applying insulation curing method by double bubble sheets, increased, the higher economic effect was secured. Overall it was clear that applying both double bubble sheets and hydration heat difference method on this new construction can resist hydration heat crack, early frost demage and strength decrease. It also significantly contributed quality improvement of cold weather concreting
