The purpose of this study was to define and clarify the concept of Shared decision-making (SDM) in patients with chronic disease. Walker and Avant's concept analysis process was used to analyze interdisciplinary convergence in SDM. SDM in patients with chronic disease can be defined by the following attributes: acknowledgment patients as 'self-care experts', the rights of self-determination, reversible negotiation, and patient-centered care. The antecedents of SMD consisted of situations where there is a need to make a decision from several treatment options of similar efficacy, decisional conflict, patient, family, and health provider's willingness to participate in the decision-making process, enough time and opportunity for SDM. The consequences occurring as a result of SMD were decrease decisional conflict, improvement health outcome, satisfaction, quality of life, enhancement self-management and self-efficacy with long-term, and living acceptably with the illness. Based on these results, a scale measuring SDM in patients with chronic disease is needed.

Korea has achieved a remarkable growth by pursuing externally-oriented growth policy since 1960s. That is, we imported raw materials and spare parts, manufactured them into products and exported them, which led to successful economic development. Therefore, our marine business has played an important roles as one of key industries. The development of marine business has contributed to efficient distribution and cost reduction in addition to production of added value and creation of employment creation, which improved external competitive power. In spite of economic importance of marine business, national perception on it is in general low and its developmental conditions are considerably poor. Therefore, this study aims to speculate the effect of Port-related business on regional economy using regional input-output tables.

Two studies were conducted to investigate the interactive effect between temporal proximity of utility value and self-efficacy on situational interest and reengagement motivation. In study 1, university students were provided with either proximal or distal values of mental calculation task. Hierarchical regression analyses showed a significant interaction effect between distal utility value and high self-efficacy, indicating that distal utility value was more effective to induce situational interest and reengagement motivation for students with higher level of self-efficacy. In study 2, we replicated study 1 with high school students to investigate developmental differences and found the same results. These findings suggest that it is important to consider the level of self-efficacy and proximity of utility value in designing value intervention program.

Korea has experienced an increase in the number of immigrants in accordance with accelerated globalization. In particular, the rapid surge in international marriages and multicultural families has created social adaptation or inclusion problems for these families in Korean society. This paper examines how information services or technological education programs affect the social integration of marriage migrant women in Korea. Using survey data on international marriage migrant women, we conducted multiple and logistic regression models to examine the relationship between information and technology services and life satisfaction and employment status. The results show that the experience of using social services tends to have positive effects on life satisfaction. Having experiences of information services or technological education improves marriage migrant women's chances of employment and increases their willingness to work or start a business. This indicates the importance of information services or technological educational training and social services in improving social adaptation and integration of marriage migrant women in Korea.

In this paper, we attempted to analyze the balance ability of the body by measuring changes in body motion and plantar pressure distribution. So we developed a program that can measure and analyze range of motion and center of body pressure using inertial measurement unit(IMU) and FSR(Force Sensing Resistor) sensor, we also produced a contents that can help improve the balance ability. The quantitative values of range of motion and center of body pressure measured by this program are visualized in real time so that the user can easily recognize the results. In addition, the contents were designed to be adjusted according to the direction of improving the balance ability by adjusting the difficulty level based on the measured balance information. This can be achieved by increasing the concentration and participation will by using visual feedback method that proceeds while watching moving objects according to the user's motion.

Corona, which first broke out in 2020, has caused many changes in many parts of society. Education was not an exception to this change. Teachers had to prepare online classes and students were asked to participate in it without sufficient preparation. Regarding online learning, many studies, in the field of developing teaching module and material or observing the satisfaction of online class, were conducted but there was no study based on how online class is happening in school. Therefore, this study was to investigate the current situation and satisfaction of online class for high school students and explored the relationship between sub-elements of mathematics learning and the level of satisfaction of online learning. As a result, mathematics online class was generally conducted in the form of real-time interactive classes and students felt a little satisfied with it. However, some conflicting opinions were expressed on the continuation of mathematics online learning. In addition, the study found that the higher level of satisfaction students have with online class, the difference appears in the sub-elements of learning mathematics such as values of mathematics, and motivation to learn, willingness to learn mathematics, learning strategies according to the safisfactory level of online class.

This study was carried out to provide basic data for improving oral health management plans by identifying the actual conditions of dental treatment use and criteria for selecting dental medical institutions for foreign students. The survey method was a survey of 145 foreign students at S University, and the collected data was conducted with the SPSS 24.0 program. As a result of the analysis, dental caries treatment was the most common among all nationalities in the dental experience. When the oral health education program was important, the will to use dental treatment in the future was positive. Therefore, in the future, it is required to revitalize oral health education programs and provide health care information for foreign students.

The purpose of this study is to develop core competencies for gifted education by utilizing Delphi survey methods and to present behavioral element selection and scale questions based on the definition of competencies. First, the core competence for gifted education was selected through literature analysis, and the first Delphi survey was conducted to verify that the definition of each competency is suitable for the competency name. Subsequently, through a second Delphi survey, detailed questions were developed and verified by expressing the capabilities required to develop core competencies as behavior elements. Through two rounds of Delphi surveys, eight key competencies were finally selected: attitude and practice willingness, communication and collaboration, information processing and tool utilization, creative problem solving, convergence and application, higher-order inference, community spirit, and learning achievement orientation. This study is meaningful in that it selects core competencies and behavior elements for gifted education that are necessary to pursue goals that meet social needs and it presents tools to measure the degree of competency improvement for gifted education.

State-sponsored cyberattacks have increased significantly and threaten national security in recent years. State-sponsored cyberattacks are often more sophisticated and destructive that attacks by individuals and private groups because of the concentration of manpower and resources. So major countries including the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as international organizations such as the EU and OECD, are recommending proportional response measures against cyberattacks. The Republic of Korea(ROK) is also trying to change its will to secure cyberattack deterrence and prepare active response through the 「National Cybersecurity Strategy 2019」. However, the ROK is not equipped with an adequate methodology to assess the severity of cyberattacks nor measures for proportional response to such attacks. In this paper, we propose a Cyber Attack Severity Assessment(CASA) methodology that can assess the scale and impact of damage to prepare external response threshold for cyberattacks at the government-level and to enable proportional responses when responding.

The issue of North Korea's denuclearization is an global issue that transcends the North and South. It is necessary to prepare for the denuclearization process in preparation for the situation in which North Korea reveals its intention to denuclearize. In the process of North Korea's denuclearization, it is required to guarantee the normal operation of the denuclearization verification equipment. If a performance test criteria that takes into account the North Korean environment is established, it is highly likely that it will be used in the future denuclearization process. For this purpose, basic materials related to performance test standards were established through analysis of test standards such as international standards. After that, we established a performance test criteria. This includes high temperature, low temperature, humidity, vibration and shock tests. Through follow-up studies, validity of test criteria will be established through actual device testing.
