A Development of Rich Internet Application in the Space Figure of Elementary Mathematics (초등학교 수학과 입체도형 영역의 학습 RIA의 개발)

  • 초등학교 수학과 도형 학습은 매우 추상적인 분야로 직관적인 이해를 돕기 위해 다양한 구체적인 조작이 요구되는데, 그 중에서 컴퓨터를 활용한 도형 학습은 학생들의 구체물을 이용한 학습의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 특히 Flex와 Flash를 이용하면 입체도형의 가상물의 제작 및 동적인 학습은 물론 사용상의 제약이 적어 시,공간의 한계를 극복할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 초등학교 수학과 제 7차 교육과정의 입체도형 영역을 분석하여 학습요소를 추출하고 플래시의 드로잉 메서드를 바탕으로 학습요소별로 속성과 메서드를 정의하고 클래스를 설계하여 입체도형 객체를 생성하고 플렉스의 컴포넌트로 구성된 학습 어플리케이션의 틀을 설계하여 입체도형 객체가 플렉스의 어플리케이션 내에서 사용이 가능하도록 설계 개발하였다. 본 연구가 갖는 의의는 첫째, 초등학교 수학과 수준에 맞는 속성과 메서드를 갖도록 개발한 입체도형 객체를 활용하여 학습자의 입체도형에 자유로운 탐구활동 기회를 제공하여 보다 직관적이고 구체적으로 도형학습을 할 수 있도록 돕는다. 둘째, 플렉스를 활용함으로서 학습자의 쉬운 접근을 돕고 학습 어플리케이션 틀을 활용하여 기존에 개발되어 있는 수학과 플래시 파일들을 활용한 다른 수학과 영역의 학습 어플리케이션 설계 및 개발의 시간과 노력을 단축시키는데 있다.

Development and Application of Mobile-Based Math Learning Application (모바일 기반 수학 학습 어플리케이션 개발 및 활용 방안)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a mobile-based math learning application and explore its application. In order to develop a learning application, the present study included literature review on math education involving mobile learning, investigation of literature related to mathematics education conducted in a digital environment, and method of use and implementation environment of existing math learning applications by type. Based on these preliminary investigation and analysis, an android version application, 'Mathematics Classroom for Middle School 3rd Graders' was developed. This application can be used for learning units such as Quadratic Functions and Graphs, Representative Value, and Variance and Standard Deviation. For the unit on Quadratic Functions and Graphs, the application was constructed so that students can draw various graphs by using the graphic mode and discuss their work with other students in the chatting room. For the unit on Representative Value, the application was constructed with the mathematical concept of representative value explained through animation along with activities of grouping data acquired after playing archery games by points or arranging them according to size so that students can study when and how to use median value, mode, and average. The application for Variance and Standard Deviation unit was also constructed in a way that allowed students to study the concept of variance and standard deviation and solve the problems on their own. The results of this study can be used as teaching & learning materials customized for individual student in math classes and will provide anyone the opportunity to engage in an interesting self-directed learning of math at anytime. Developed in the format of real life study, the application will contribute to helping students develop a positive attitude about math.

Development and Application of the Learning Application of the Rotating Object (회전체 학습 어플리케이션 개발 및 활용)

  • The learning application of the rotating object utilizing smart devices, it is possible by using the touch functionality and 3D graphics to enhance the realism and operational feeling, and to overcome the limitations of learning content existing. In this study, I designed a "rotation class" based on the learning contents of elementary and middle mathematics education and developed the learning application which driven by smart Android-based device by using Andoroid API class and the OpenGL ES Because this application is driven by the smart devices, learners easily can make the rotated objects and observe them. It can be utilized in various for elementary and middle education.

  • The shape learning of elementary mathematics should required a variety of activities to help student based on intuitive understanding. Learning three-dimensional shapes, it is effectively take advantage of actual object, but difficult to check a development figure or various forms of actual object, it is effectively utilizing computers semi-actual object. In addition, the computer to take advantage of even after school resources, the limits of learning something concrete to take advantage complement. This research developed the three-dimensional shapes application of elementary students shape learning to use of Flex and Flash. This application to take advantage of the free observation and causing an interesting and effective learning.

Academic Vocabulary Selection and the Development of Learning Application for Students with Multi-cultural Backgrounds (다문화 배경 학생을 위한 학습 도구어 선정 및 학습 어플리케이션 개발)

  • This study indicates there is a need for delivering key academic vocabulary to students with multi-cultural backgrounds before they enter middle school and thus select academic vocabularies necessary for satisfactory middle school education and self-directed learning methods using a more focused selected academic vocabulary list. To this end, we first examine the vocabularies appearing in the main Korean language, math, social studies and science textbooks used in the first year of middle school and compile the most practical academic vocabulary list. Then we offer a selection method for the main academic vocabulary from these compiled vocabularies. We also propose a self-directed vocabulary learning model for using these selected academic vocabularies and an academic vocabulary learning application as a prototype. As a result, students with multi-cultural backgrounds will be able to adapt to middle school education more quickly when they learn the necessary academic vocabularies on their own using the academic vocabulary learning application.

  • 교구에 대한 적절한 조작 및 탐구 활동은 수학의 개념과 원리를 이해하는 데 도움을 준다. 본 연구에서는 중학교 수학 교과 과정에 부합하는 함수의 개념과 성질에 대한 이해를 도울 수 있는 안드로이드 기반의 앱을 개발하였다. 개발한 앱은 앱인벤터(App Inventor) 2를 기반으로 사용자가 구체적인 함수 그래프를 그리도록 요구하는 것이 아니라 대략적인 개형을 이해하도록 하여 학습 부담 경감을 도모한다. 즉, 계산 능력 배양을 목표로 하지 않는 교수학습 상황에서 스팀 기반으로 공학적 도구를 이용하여 2015 개정 수학과 교수학습방법에서 요구되는 정보처리 능력 및 문제해결 능력을 함양시킬 수 있도록 학습 도구를 개발하였다.

  • 산모의 평균 연령이 높아짐에 따라 영양관리 및 운동에 대한 중요성이 더욱 높아졌다. 임산부는 건강관리가 중요함을 인지하고 있으나 관련 지식에 무지한 경우가 대부분이다. 본 논문에서는 위 문제를 해소하기 위한 어플리케이션을 구현한다. 임산부 일일 영양소 섭취기준과 추천알고리즘을 바탕으로 한 식단 관리, 학습된 모델을 이용한 요가자세추정 기능을 개발한다.

Development of a Drug Dosage Calculation Learning Smartphone Application (약물용량계산 학습 스마트폰 어플리케이션 개발)

  • The objective of this study was to develop and evaluate learning smartphone application for improving drug dosage calculation ability of nursing students. We evaluated the contents based on the sufficient teaching materials and developed the process for implementation of the educational system. The participants were 37 nursing students. After implementation during 4 weeks, data was analyzed with the SPSS WIN 18.0. There were significant differences of achievement of learning objectives(${\chi}^2$=10.90, p=.004), application to work(Z=2.86, p=.004), mathematical confidence (Z=3.07, p=.002), according to the frequency of program use, but there was no difference in academic self-efficacy. Based on the results of this study, developed smartphone application will help to strengthen the drug dosage calculation ability of nursing students. And also, the results suggest that more powerful application for improving academic efficacy and increasing participation should be developed.

  • 대학 생활을 하면서 자신이 필요한 정보를 모두 챙기기는 쉽지 않다. 매번 학교 홈페이지나 관련 사이트에 접속하여 확인하는 것은 번거롭기도 하고 신입생의 경우에는 그런 정보의 존재조차 잘 모르는 경우가 많다. 때문에 이 논문에서는 웹 크롤링 방식을 통해 다양한 사이트에서 필요한 정보를 수집하고, 기계학습 모델 중 N-GCN을 기반으로 한 추천시스템을 이용하여 본인에게 맞는 추천과목, 동아리 모집공고, 학술대회, 채용공고 등의 정보를 제공해주는 Kingomanager를 소개한다. Kingomanager는 학생들의 학년, 관심분야를 고려해서 개개인별 맞춤 정보를 추천해준다. 추천 받은 정보들은 메신저 형태의 어플리케이션을 통해서 확인할 수 있고, 해당 정보들은 언제든지 다시 검색하여 다시 찾아볼 수 있다. 어플리케이션 구현에서 Front-end는 React-Native를 사용하였고, Back-end는 Flask와 AWS 서비스를 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 성균관대학교 소프트웨어학과 학생을 대상으로 하는 프로토타입 어플리케이션을 개발했다.

  • This study aims to develop user experience based mathematical program for self-directed learning. To meet its aim this program is designed and developed according to the process and method of 'ADDIE', general design model of education program. The features of this program are as follows. First, teacher can set questions conveniently through intuitive system of web and learner can solve questions at anytime and anywhere through instant access to application. Second, learner can solve different types of questions based on powerful question database and teacher can provide instantaneous feedback on them. Third, learner's circulation learning can be possible by utilizing paper-video explanation and wrong answer note and teacher supports learner's active learning management though group achievement management.
