There are many students around us, who are mathematically promising but have not taken some instructions with a program for the gifted. Providing a certain opportunity for them to take a differentiate program from one given normal students in a regular classroom has some limitations. If ever, offering a learning program developed with the connection of regular curriculum can lead them to reveal their potential. I think it is desirable that the effect of the program is more increasing when study in school keeps a reciprocal relationship to study in home for increasing the students' promising. In this paper, it is discussed to develop and implement the teaching learning program for the integration and connection of school and home for the Mathemaically Promising Students.

우리 주변에는 수학영재 교육 대상자로 선발되어 영재교육을 받지 않는 학생 중에는 수학적으로 유망한 학생들이 많이 있으며, 이들에게 적절한 프로그램을 제공한다면 수학적 재능을 발휘할 수 있을 것이다. 본고에서는 수학적으로 유망성이 있는 학생들을 위한 프로그램 구성 및 운영 모델의 하나로 개방형 접근법(Open-approach heuristic)모델에 따른 구체적인 지도 방안과 프로그램에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다.

1946년 그러니까 제2차 세계대전이 끝난 이듬해었다. 미국 메리랜드주의 수도이며 주의회가 위치한 에너폴리스의 해군사관학교를 졸업하게 된 한 젊은 이학사(BACHELOR OF SCIENCE)인 그는 수학, 이학, 공학에 정통한 유망한 사관으로서 승선하게 되었다. 전자공학과 사진담당 사관이었던 그는 "해중에서 전파의 전파"에 관한 논문을 쓴바 있다. 죠지아주 땅콩농장에 돌아가기 일년전 원자력대체수반의 승조사관에 임명되어 수학, 물리를 강의도 했고 원자로의 해체도 훌륭히 수행한바 있다. 미국과학기술계에서는 과학과 기술에 상당한 지식을 갖고 있는 대통령으로서 미국역사상 허벋, 후버이래에 이공계출신 대통령이라느니 Fourier급수로 부터 Bessel함수까지 통달하고 있는 대통령이니 하며 기대를 걸고 있다. 카터씨가 죠지아주지사로 있을때 과학제문을 두고 과학기술고문위원회를 열었으며, 주청은 죠지아대학의 성과를 이용하고 있는가? NASA의 자원위성을 죠지아주 지도제작에 이용할 수 없겠는가? 수질오염방지, 농업재해예방 씨스템 등을 검토했다. 개인적으로도 땅콩밭의 경영자로서 땅콩의 성숙기와 추수시기에 관한 연구가이기도 했다. 카터는 자유주의 개혁자로도 알려지고 있으며 환경보존에도 단호히 임하고 있다.

Peter Shor의 양자 컴퓨터를 이용하여 다항식 시간 안에 인수분해 문제를 해결할 수 있는 알고리즘이 제안됨에 따라, 다양한 수학적 난제를 기반으로 한 새로운 양자내성암호에 대한 연구가 진행되었다. 현재 가장 많이 연구되고 있으며 유망한 양자내성암호는 격자 기반 암호이고, 격자 기반 암호의 안전성을 입증하기 위해 격자 암호 분석 알고리즘들 또한 함께 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 격자 암호 분석 알고리즘 및 양자 탐색 알고리즘을 적용한 격자 암호양자 분석 기술들에 대해서 설명한다.

Bicycle is one of the most popular mode of transport due to the increase of interest in the well-being and environment pollution. Before fabricating a continuously variable transmission that is applied to the actual bicycle, for reducing the problems in the early stage, the reliable simulation program has been applied and the financial problem can be solved. In this paper, in order to confirm the design factor, the stress analysis has been applied. In all models, each link and the joint portion are assumed to be a major design factors, and impact of each link and joints received stress during the operation and it is confirmed by using the CAE. Also, for the analysis region, the special code has been developed to calculate pulsation phenomenon through appropriate mathematical modeling.
