A Control Strategy of Auto-Leveling System for Vehicle Platform based on DSP (DSP를 이용한 차량용 레이다 수평안정화장치 구동 전략)

  • 본 논문에서는 DSP (Digital Signal Processing)를 이용한 차량용 레이다 수평안정화장치 구동 전략을 제안한다. 지대공 유도 미사일용 차량용 레이다는 전방향으로 일정 속도로 회전하며 감시정찰 임무를 수행한다. 수평안정화장치는 4세트의 수평구동모듈을 이용하여 차량 플랫폼의 수평을 유지하여 레이다의 안정적인 회전을 가능하게 한다. 이를 실시간으로 구현하기 위해 임베디드시스템인 DSP를 적용하여 경사도를 측정하고, 구동모듈에 구동 명령을 인가하여 수평을 유지한다. 수평구동모터는 감속기를 통하여 모터 토크를 증가시켜 수평 안정 동작을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 수평구동모듈 1세트를 모델링하여 수평안정화장치를 축소 구현한다. 제안하는 구동 전략의 유효성은 시뮬레이션으로 입증한다.

  • The most of horizontal drainages, which is composed of the aggregates made of sand and crushed stone, are used to improve the soft ground. However, where the aggregates are used as the horizontal drainage, it often brings about the delay of consolidation. For this reason, the horizontal drain pipe system is applied to properly improve the soft ground using a drainage pipe instead of horizontal drainage. This system is direct drain method for disappearing the excess porewater pressure which is caused by placing of fill on the soft ground. The large-scale field test was conducted in order to evaluate the applicability and constructability of the horizontal drain pipe system. The settlement characteristics of improved ground with horizontal drain pipe system was observed. It is also compared to the conventional soft ground improvement method to confirm its effectiveness.

Estimation of Coefficient of Horizontal Subgrade Reaction by the Inverse Analysis on the Lateral Load Test Results (수평재하시험 역해석을 통한 수평지반반력계수 산정)

  • Even though decision of coefficient of horizontal subgrade reaction is important in analysis for pile under lateral load, the behavior of pile under lateral loading is estimated differently due to using established suggestion. Therefore this study estimates coefficient of horizontal subgrade reaction by using Chang's method or numerical inverse analysis method with the result of lateral load test. Then this study investigates the adequacy and reliability for coefficient of horizontal subgrade reaction. The analytical results of coefficient of horizontal subgrade reaction with lateral load test showed that coefficient of horizontal subgrade reaction with Chang's method was underestimated as compared with inverse analysis. Deformation modulus of foundation by Standard Specifications for Highway Bridges and Eo${\fallingdotseq}$1,400~1,600N showed similar range like range of coefficient of horizontal subgrade reaction with lateral load test.

The Behavior and Capacity of Lateral Loaded Rigid Pile Characteristics in Multi-layered Soil Conditions (다층지반에 관입된 강성말뚝의 수평 거동 및 수평 지지력 특성)

  • In this study, experimental analysis was performed about lateral load capacity and behavior of laterally loaded-bored rigid piles in muti-layered soil conditions. Lateral pile load tests were performed for muti-layerd soils consisting of different relative density. Ultimated lateral load capacities were measured from lateral load-displacement curves and compared with estimated values using theoretical methods. Bending moments and unit lateral capacity distribution of surrounding piles were measured from attached strain gauges and earth pressure sensors on the pile. It was found that ultimated lateral load capacities were different from the muti-layered soil conditions, and measured values were lower than estimated values. The bending moment distributions of the pile were similar all the time. Unit lateral capacity distributions were a little different from muti-layered soil conditions, but basically similar to the distribution proposed by Prasad and Chari (1999).

  • CAN통신은 자동차 내부 전자제어장치 간의 통신을 위하여 개발되었으며, CAN통신은 UART 방식과는 달리 전송속도와 안정성 측면에서도 뛰어나고 배선 결선에서도 간편한 버스타입으로 구성할 수 있어서 배선량을 줄일 수 있어 생산시간의 단축과 신뢰성을 높일 수 있다. 최근에는 자동제동장치, 선박의 엔진제어 등 다양한 분야에서 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CAN통신을 기반으로 하여 3개의 리니어 액추에이터(Linear Actuator)를 통하여 수평 플랜트에 대한 수평제어를 구현하였다. 또한 본 논문의 수평제어시스템은 수평조절을 하는 액추에이터와 CAN통신을 내장한 AT90CAN128로 구성되어 있다. CAN통신을 기반의 수평제어를 통해 선박이나 자동차의 액추에이터를 조절하여 수평을 제어하고자 한다.

The Lateral Load Capacity of Bored-Precast Pile Depending on Injecting Ratio of Cement Milk in Sand (사질토 지반에서 시멘트밀크 주입비에 따른 매입말뚝의 수평지지력)

  • In order to investigation Lateral bearing capacity of bored-precast pile, we carried out the analysis of the relationship between Lateral load and horizontal displacement using the result of horizontal pile load test. The six piles injected cement milk of 50%, 70% and 100% of the embedded length of pile were used in the horizontal pile load test. The horizontal displacement, yielding load and horizontal bearing capacity are mainly affected by The injecting ratio of cement milk (injected length of cement milk/embedded length of pile). As the injecting ratio of cement milt is increased, the starting point of horizontal displacement in piles become close to the ground surface and the amount of horizontal displacement is decreased. Also, the horizontal bearing capacity and yielding load are highly increased with increasing the ration of cement milk. The horizontal bearing capacity and yielding load of bored pile with 1 of cement milk ratio are about two or three times those of pile with 0.5 of cement milk ratio.

  • 수평 자세제어에 관한 연구는 플랜트 외부에서 발생하는 미지의 진동이나 불특정 외란이 인가되었을 때 이러한 외란을 적절히 제거하여 플랜트의 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 중요한 기술이다. 특히 수평 자세제어에 대한 문제는 선박이나 항공기 등 진동이나 미지의 외란이 발생하는 비선형시스템에 대하여 플랜트의 안전성을 확보하기 위하여 다양한 제어 알고리즘을 적용하여 진동 및 외란을 제거하고 있다. 본 논문에서 활용하고자하는 수평 자세제어용 액추에이터는 전자기적 에너지를 직선운동을 하는 기계적 운동 에너지로 변환하는 장치로서 산업현장에서 많이 활용하고 있는 액추에이터이다. 이러한 리니어 액추에이터(linear actuator) 3개로 구성된 3축을 활용하여 리니어 액추에이터 상부에 놓여진 플랜트의 수평을 제어하고자 한다. 또한 플랜트의 수평 상태를 계측하기 위한 센서로는 플랜트에 인가되는 외란을 계측하기 위한 가속도 센서 및 정확한 플랜트의 자세를 계측하기 위한 자이로 센서를 활용하여 플랜트의 수평 상태를 계측하도록 하며, 3개의 리니어 액추에이터를 제어하기 위한 마이크로프로세서를 기반으로 PID 제어기를 설계하여 리니어 액추에이터를 활용한 수평제어 성능을 제시하고 한다.

  • This paper presents the control strategy of Auto-leveling equipment (ALE) of Multi-function radar (MFR) for vehicle using Embedded System. MFR implements surveillance patrol missions such as surface-to-air missiles and fighters with constant rotation. ALE consists of 4 Auto-leveling modules (ALM) and retains the stability with maintaining level. The gradient of vehicle can be measured and controlled by embedded systems. This paper contributes for improvement the system design with the ALM 1 set modeling. The validity of the modeling is verified using MATLAB/Simulink.

  • In this paper, the Coefficient of Subgrade Reaction was analyzed from the data which were the results of lateral pile loading tests and pressuremeter tests on construction sites. The prediction method with N-value was compared with lateral pile loading tests and the results of lateral pile loading tests were compared with the prediction method considering diameter of a pile. Also, the results of lateral pressuremeter tests were compared with those of lateral pile loading tests. As a result, consideration for a diameter and lateral deformation of a pile was needed when the coefficient of horizontal subgrade reaction is presumed. Therefore, a formula which is taking into account the allowable deformation of a pile was suggested from lateral pressuremeter tests in this study.

  • Most of pile foundations are a condition of fixed head on pile, but lateral loading test of pile have performed to free head on generally. This study performed field lateral loading test accompanying lateral displacement by depth of pile for two cases(fixed head and free head) and analyzed lateral behavior of large drilled shaft. Furthermore compared theoretical equation with result of lateral loading test.
