Trade Portal Site(TPS) is one of the innovative skills which makes it possible for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) to manage international trade activities more efficiently by using the newest information and telecommunication technology. Based on performance and an existing research related to using information technology, this research analyzed the user's degree of utilization of TPSs which moderates effects between SMEs characteristics and export performance of SMEs. According to the results of the empirical study on actual data of 194 sample firms by using moderated regression analysis, there are significant only organizational characteristics among determinants(such as organizational characteristics, export characteristics) as the degree of utilization of TPSs. These research results provide many useful insights to the CEOs of SMEs using the services of TPSs, e-Trade system developers, and government policy makers. First, CEOs and managers of SMEs should have thorough understanding of the importance of the new information technology and e-Trade and positively adopt new e-Trade solutions and systems to their export processes to enhance global competitiveness. Second, TPS managers and e-Trade systems developers must concentrate on improving the user's degree of utilization of TPSs. Finally, the government agency should develop the various e-Trade promotion policies to support the efforts of SMEs organizational characteristics and TPS to increase the degree of utilization of TPS, which have positive effects on the export performance of SMEs.

As global competition has become keener, importance of standardization has increased due to international trade between firms and countries. Since standardization provide compatibility for parts or products, maintaining a good level of standardization is one of key success factors. This paper studies impact of standardization status and educational effort of standardization on performance of the firm. Also, characteristics of the firm, industry, history, acknowledge of need for education of standardization of the firm are considered as antecedents of standardization status and educational effort on standardization. Data was collected from information and technology and electronics industries. This paper found that characteristics of the firm and acknowledge of need for education on standardization have positive impact on the number of education on standardization. Results of this study also show that the number of education classes and of employees participated in the class positively affect R&D performance and production and quality improvement. Implication of this study is finding the relationship between importance of standardization education and competitiveness of the firm in global market.

이산화탄소 저감 및 처리 기술개발 프로그램은 과학기술부에서 지원하고 있는 21세기 프론티어 사업 중 하나로, 2002년부터 2012년까지 연간 9백만 탄소 톤 상당의 이산화탄소 저감 및 처리기술개발과 개발기술의 상용화를 목표로 하고 있다. 동 프로그램의 주요 개발기술 분야는 고온순산소 연소기술, 반응분리 동시공정기술, 미활용에너지 이용기술, 이산화탄소 회수처리기술 등 4개 부문에 걸쳐 추진하고 있으며, 현재 1단계 2차년도 사업이 진행되고 있다. 동 프로그램의 목표는 단순한 기술개발에 머물지 않고 향후 실용화 가능성이 높은 과제를 선별하여 집중적인 투자와 함께 기술개발이 이루어지고 있으며 동 프로그램을 통해 이산화탄소 저감 기술 시장에서 우위를 확보하고 기술 이전 및 수출을 통해 연간 1.5조원의 경제적 효과와 함께 배출권 확보에 기여할 것으로 보고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기후변화에 관련된 온실가스 감축을 위해 추진되고 있는 이산화탄소 저감 및 처리기술의개발에 따른 성과제고를 위해 개발기술들을 대상으로 향후 발생될 여러 가지 영향요인(impact factor)을 발굴하고 이를토대로 결정론적 평가법 및 AHP기법을 이용한 분석평가를 수행하였다.
