The Influence on the Information Security Techno-stress on Security Policy Resistance Through Strain: Focusing on the Moderation of Task Technology Fit (정보보안 기술스트레스가 스트레인을 통한 보안정책 저항에 미치는 영향: 업무기술 적합성의 조절 효과 중심)

  • As information security(IS) is recognized as a critical success factor for organizational growth, organizations are increasing their investment in adopting and operating strict IS policies and technologies. However, when strict IS technology is adopted, IS-related techno-stress may occur in the employees who apply IS technology to their tasks. This study proposes the effect of IS-related techno-stress formed in individuals on IS policy resistance through IS strain and proves that task-technology fit mitigates the negative effect of techno-stress. Research models and hypotheses were presented through previous studies, and the secured samples were used, and structural equation modeling was applied to verify hypothesis. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that IS-related techno-stress (overload, complexity) affected IS policy resistance through IS strain (anxiety, fatigue), and that task-technology fit moderated the relationship between techno-stress and strain. This study suggests a strategic direction for improving the level of internal IS from the viewpoint of suggesting ways to mitigate the stress of employees that may occur when IS policies and technologies are adopted.

  • 최근의 새로운 교수 학습 형태인 웹기반 교육에서의 가장 중요한 요소는 시.공간적으로 떨어져 있는 학습자의 학습 상황을 파악하고 분석하여, 학습자에게 적절한 학습내용과 과정을 제시하는 하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 웹기반 교수 시스템에서 학습자의 수준에 맞는 적합한 학습 내용과 평가 문제를 제공하고, 그 평가 결과를 분석하여 반복학습 및 심화학습을 효과적으로 제공하고, 차기 학습을 할 경우에 이에 기초하여 적절한 학습이 이루어질 수 있도록 한다. 이를 위해 코스웨어를 설계시 학습목표의 중요도, 학습내용의 난이도, 학습목표와 학습내용과의 관련성과 각 항목의 가중치를 고려한 퍼지 함수에 의해 퍼지 소속성을 가진 퍼지 언어 변수로 각 프레임에 대한 수준을 표현한다. 또한, 학습의 평가도 문제의 난이도, 관련학습 자료의 난이도, 관련 학습목표의 중요도, 각각의 관련성을 고려하여 퍼지 함수에 의해 언어 변수로 평가된다. 이와 같이 퍼지 함수를 이용함으로써 학습자의 수준을 분석하고, 이에 적절한 학습 및 평가 내용을 제공하는데 여러가지 다양하고 불확실한 요소들을 고려하여 처리함으로써 보다 융통성 있고 효과적인 교수 학습 방법이 될 수 있다.

Effects of Dietary Energy and Protein Levels on Growth of Egg Breeder Pullets (산란종계 육성기 사료의 에너지 및 단백질 수준이 성장에 미치는 영향)

  • This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary energy and protein levels on the growth rate of egg breeder pullets. A total of 360 Hy-Line Brown pullets aged 2 to 6 weeks (Phase I) were fed 5 rations differing in dietary protein (17, 19 and 20%) and energy (2,800, 2,950 and 3,050 kcal/kg, TMEn) leveIs for a period of 5 weeks and those aged 6 to 10 weeks (Phase II) were fed 5 rations differing in dietary protein (15, 16 and 17%) and energy (2,800, 2,900 and 3,000 kcal/kg, TMEn) levels in order to evaluate the optimum dietary energy and protein leveIs for egg breeder pullets reared in cages. Their body weight gains were significantly influenced by the dietary protein levels (P<0.05). The dietary energy levels did not greatly affect the growth performances throughout the experimental period. The low energy and protein regimen based on NRC requirement (control) was found to produce smaller pullets and lower tibia bone measurements as compared to the higher regimen groups. With the increase in dietary energy and protein levels, tibial bone strength and ash content also gradually increased (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the flock uniformity among the treatments. These results indicate that increases in dietary energy and protein levels above the NRC requirements appeared to be more effective in obtaining the optimal growth and bone developments of egg breeder pullets reared in cage.

An Analysis of Relationship Between Self-Cognition Level of Information Literacy and Library Anxiety (정보활용능력 인지 수준과 도서관 불안 간의 관계 분석)

  • The study analyzed the relationship between self-cognition level of information literacy(SCLIL) and library anxiety(LA). SCLIL was 3.72 point, LA was 2.47 point, and these results are similar to previous studies. SCLIL and LA are correlated each other significantly(r=r=-0.493, p<0.05). Higher SCLIL leads to lower LA. Also, the study found the main factors of LA was lack of methods to access information', 'lack of confidence in evaluating the information's relevance.' For those who are going to major in Library and Information Science, it is found that they have less LA and lower SCLIL compared to those who are not willing to major in Library and Information Science, and this shows a tendency to downplay their own abilities, while tending a more positive image of libraries. Based on the results, recommendations were made to use social and psychological standard tests in order to elaborately and diversely reflect individual information user's psychological aspect.

An Analysis on Suitability of Words and Sentences in Mathematics Textbooks for Elementary First Grade (초등학교 1학년 수학 교과서의 어휘 및 문장 적합성 분석)

  • It has been pointed out that the mathematics textbooks according to 2009 revised national curriculum cause difficulty not by mathematical knowledge but concomitantly by words and sentences for the first graders who just started learning Korean alphabets. This study focused on the suitability of words and sentences in mathematics textbooks for elementary first grade. We analyzed the degree of difficulty and familiarity in terms of words and the structure, length, and expression in terms of sentences. The results show some causes that lead the first graders to the difficulty. In more detail, we found 108 difficult words and 6 unfamiliar words for the first graders. And it is noticed that the textbooks contain 37 compound sentences, 727 complex sentences, and 38 compound-complex sentences. They also contain 237 long sentences that are composed of 9 words or more, 168 sentences that assign two activities or more, and 52 sentences that contain three nouns or adjectives or more successively. Based on these results and discussions, we suggested several implications for writing mathematics textbooks for the lower grades in elementary school.

Development of Evaluation Tool for Educational Applications (교육용 앱 평가도구 개발 연구)

  • 이 연구는 스마트교육환경에서의 교육용 앱을 평가하기 위한 신뢰롭고 타당한 도구를 개발하는데 있다. 기존 선행연구에 기초해서 교육용 앱의 평가를 위한 평가모형을 도출했으며, 이 모형은 4개의 평가영역(교수 학습측면, 화면디자인측면, 기술측면, 경제 윤리측면)과 13개 평가요소들로 구성되었다. 이 잠재모형의 통계적 타당성 검증을 위한 자료수집을 하고자, 경기도 소재 중학교 1곳과 고등학교 2곳의 학생 156명을 대상으로 교육용 앱을 평가하는데 있어서 각 평가문항이 갖는 중요도를 평가하였다. 수집된 자료를 탐색적 요인분석한 결과, 교육용 앱을 평가하는 영역으로 교수 학습(흥미성 자기주도성 실용성, 인지발달성), 화면디자인(디자인의 적합성, 어휘의 정확성), 기술(호환성, 안정성), 경제 윤리(경제성, 윤리성) 등 4개 영역이 제안되었다. 또한 문항내적일관성을 확인하고자 신뢰도 분석한 결과, 각 평가영역 별 Cronbach ${\alpha}$는 .88, .85, .82, .80으로 모두 적합한 수준을 보였다. 따라서, 이 연구를 통해 도출된 교육용 앱 평가도구는 통계적으로나 타당성과 신뢰성 측면에서 의미 있는 것으로 판단할 수 있다.

Antecedents of Job Satisfaction and Perceived Job Performance in Public Organizations (공공기관 조직 구성원의 직무만족과 인지된 직무성과의 선행요인에 관한 실증 연구)

  • As the level of people's demand for service quality provided by public institutions increases, interest in improving organizational effectiveness of internal members is increasing. In this context, this study aims to identify the predisposing factors affecting the job satisfaction and perceived job performance of public institution members. In this study, public service motivation, work autonomy, and person-system fit were presented as antecedents to verify the organizational effectiveness, and the results were tested by regression analysis. As a result, all three antecedents have significant effects on job satisfaction and perceived job performance. Public service motivation, work autonomy has a relatively higher impact on job satisfaction. On the other hand, person-system fit has a relatively higher influence on perceived job performance. In particular, the results of this study confirmed that PSM theory is consistent with the main trends and is significant in organizations created through artificial integration. This result suggests the need to maintain the effectiveness of the public organization in the future due to the change of integration of public organizations.

Factor Analysis of the Korean-Child Behavior Checklist in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (자폐 범주성 장애 아동에서 아동·청소년 행동평가척도의 요인분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine validity of the Korean-Child Behavior Checklist: K-CBCL) as measures for emotional and behavioral problems for use with children with autism spectrum disorders. In present study, the factor of the K-CBCL was investigated, using data of 248 children with autism spectrum disorders, with 11.17 mean ages. The two factor model of Internalizing problems (Withdrawn, Somatic Complaints, Anxious/Depressed) and Externalizing problems (Delinquent Behavior, Aggressive Behavior) was investigated by the confirmatory factor analysis. The two factor model of K-CBCL was adequate for children with autism spectrum disorders. The inter-item consistency for the sub-factor of K-CBCL demonstrated on adequate reliability of the measure. Although the inter-item consistency of Withdraw, Social problems, Delinquent Behavior was not acceptable, the inter-item consistency of Internalizing, Externalizing and total problems were good. This results supported validity and reliability and suggested that K-CBCL is used to assess for emotional and behavioral problems in children with autism spectrum disorders.

  • G.UTE ADSL 모뎀에 적합한 주파수 영역 프로세서의 구조를 제안하였다. 주파수 영역의 연산과정에 대한 알고리듬 수준의 최적화를 수행하였고, 하드웨어 자원할당에 따른 설계의 효율성도 분석하였다. 제안된 프로세서는 한 개의 실수 곱셈기와 두 개의 실수 덧셈기를 병렬로 연결한 구조를 가지며, 기존의 연구결과에 비해 작은 하드웨어 크기를 차지한다. 설계된 시스템은 삼성 0.35㎛ 표준셀 라이브러리를 사용하여 합성하였으며, G.LITE ADSL 모뎀에 적합하게 적은 하드웨어 자원으로 필요한 연산을 효율적으로 수행한다.

  • 공통운용환경 세그먼트 개발 방법론으로 I&RTS 에서 제시하는 개발 절차는 상위수준의 프로토타입으로 실제 세그먼트를 개발하는 개발자들에게 구체적인 지침으로서의 역할을 하지 못한다. 이러한 문제점을 극복해 보고자 현재 일반 객체지향/컴포넌트 개발 프로세스로 각광 받고 있는 RUP 를 도입하여 I&RTS 에서 제시하는 개발 프로세스를 보다 구체화하여 공통운용환경 세그먼트 개발 방법을 제안하고, 세그먼트 개발사례를 통해 제안된 개발 방법의 적합성을 검증한다.
