Effect of Characteristics of Public Enterprise CEOs' Leadership on the Leader Trust and Organizational Effectiveness of Organizational Members (공기업 CEO의 리더십특성이 조직구성원의 리더신뢰수준과 조직유효성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to inquire into the effect of characteristics of public enterprise CEOs' leadership (transforming leadership and transactional leadership) on the leader trust and organizational effectiveness of organizational members. A survey was made on 1,124 persons being in the service of 14 marketable and quasimarketable public enterprises. The results of this study were as follows. First, it showed that the individualized consideration had an effect on the confidence level of leader. Second, it showed that the transforming and transactional leaderships had an effect on the organizational effectiveness, which the hypothesis was adopted. Third, it showed that calculable, intellectual and identical factors had a positive effect on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but the organizational commitment of calculable variable was rejected in the confidence level. In general, the effect of transforming and transactional leaderships as public enterprise CEOs' leadership characteristics on the organizational effectiveness by mutual confidence level of calculable, intellectual and identical standards showed that the organizational commitment was rejected in the base of identification. And other factors were adopted as a positive mechanism, which they were a mechanism suitable to public enterprise CEOs' leadership characteristics.

  • The importance of voucher service evaluation is increasing with the expansion of voucher, but the previous studies on performance evaluation could not reflect the characteristics of voucher. But there is no study on the factors affecting voucher performance. Thus, this study focuses on the empirical analysis of voucher program performance and analysed the factors affecting voucher satisfaction. Data used in this study is collected form 70 social service agencies that deliver voucher service and 1445 service users in Community-Development voucher service in Community Service Investment Program. The methods applied in this study are Hierarchial Linear Model(HLM) using service user variables(level 1) and service agency variables(level 2). These variables are extracted from the previous studies on performance of social welfare service and voucher service. The findings show that user's satisfaction is influenced by level 1 variables such as sex, need and also influenced by level 2 variables of service type and area* organization type. On these analysis, this study gives policy implication.

Performance evaluation of computed tomographic equipment in Korea (국내 CT장치의 성능평가에 관한 연구)

  • 국내 35개 병원의 44대의 CT장치를 대상으로 CT장치의 성능을 크게 7가지의 항목별로 구분하여 평가한 결과는 다음과 같았다. 물의 평균 CT number는 -18.9HU와 +68.6HU의 범위에 속했으며, 전체 장치의 평균은 $2.4{\pm}13.0\;HU$였다. 물의 평균 CT number의 권장수준을 -6과 +6로 하였을 경우 이에 적합한 장치는 35대(79.5%)였다. Contrast scale은 장치의 종류에 따라 많은 차이를 나타내었으나 평균은 $2.02{\pm}10^{-4}{\sim}1.665{\pm}10^{-5}$이었다. 직선성을 나타내는 상관계수는 0.984에서 0.992의 분포를 나타내었으며 평균은 $0.990{\pm}0.002$였다. 공간분해능은 0.60 m에서 1.25 mm의 분포를 나타내었으며 전체 장치의 65.9%에 해당되는 29대에서 0.75 mm의 공간 해상능을 나타내었다. 대조도 분해능은 3.2 mm(1/8인치)에서 19.1 mm(3/4인치)의 분포를 나타내었으며, 대조도 분해능의 권장수준을 6.4 mm 이하로 하였을 경우 측정 대상장치 44대 중 이에 적합한 장치는 37대(84.1%)였다. 슬라이스 두께의 설정치가 1 mm인 경우 측정치의 평균은 $2.0{\pm}0.6\;mm$이였으며, 설정치가 2 mm와 3 mm인 경우 측정치는 각각 $3.0{\pm}0.7\;mm$$3.5{\pm}0.6\;mm$이였다. 설정치가 5 mm와 7 mm인 경우 측정치는 각각 $5.1{\pm}0.6\;mm$, $7.0{\pm}0.5mm$이였다. 그리고 10 mm의 설정치에서는 $9.8{\pm}0.7\;mm$의 측정치를 나타내었다. 위치잡이용 중심선의 좌우방향의 편차는 -4.7 mm에서 +41.7 mm의 범위였으며, 상하방향의 편차는 -3.7 mm에서 +4.6 mm의 범위였다. 위치잡이용 중심선의 좌우 및 상하방향의 권장수준을 ${\pm}3.0\;mm$${\pm}3.0\;mm$ 이하로 하였을 경우 41대의 측정 대상장치에서 이에 적합한 장치는 33대(80.5 %)였다.

  • 국내에서 거주하는 외국인들을 대상으로 한 여러 정책들이 만들어지고 있다, 그에 따른 한국어 교육의 수요는 증가하고 있지만 그에 적합한 한국어 교육시스템의 자동화 및 발전은 미약하다. 본 논문에서는 사전예문과 획득이 용이한 말뭉치를 가공하여 적절한 수준의 문제를 자동으로 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 자동문제생성에서는 말뭉치와 사전 예문에서 문제와 보기문항을 생성하고, 보기 리스트를 생성한다. 웹문서 검색빈도를 이용하여 생성된 보기리스트의 적합성을 분석하여 정제된 보기 리스트를 획득한다. 얻어진 보기들을 임의로 선택하여 출력함으로써 사용자들이 다양한 문제를 접할 수 있도록 한다.

창업자의 다중지능 영역별 발달 특성이 창업 행동 및 창업 분야에 미치는 영향 연구

  • 다중지능은 하워드 가드너가 제시한 개념으로, 지능이 단일한 지적 능력을 나타내는 구조(construct)이라기 보다는 다차원적인 복수의 하위 능력들로 구성된 것이라는 의미를 담고 있다. Gardner는 다중지능의 구성을 음악지능이나 신체운동지능, 논리수학지능, 언어지능, 공간지능, 인간친화지능, 자기성찰지능 그리고 자연친화지능 등과 같은 상호독립적 능력으로 분류하고 있으며, 각 개인은 각 능력 영역에서 다른 발달 수준을 가지고 있다고 본다. 본 연구는 창업자의 다중지능의 영역별 발달 특성이 창업 실행 행동, 창업 분야, 창업 성과 만족도에 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는 것을 통해 예비 창업자들이 본인의 적성과 재능에 적합한 분야에서의 창업 가능성을 탐색하도록 돕는 지도자들에게 시사점을 제공하고, 향후 창업가 육성 프로그램의 구성 개선안을 마련하는 데에 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 2018년 중소기업진흥공단 청년창업사관학교에 입교한 만 39세 이하의 청년창업자 200인을 대상으로 다중지능검사와 인구통계학적 특성 및 창업 특성에 대해 묻는 설문조사를 실시한 후, Pearson 상관계수 및 다변량분산분석을 통해 수집된 자료를 분석할 예정이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 설정한 가설은 다음의 3가지이다. 가설 1. 창업자의 다중지능 영역별 발달 수준과 창업 실행에는 정적인 상관이 있을 것이다. 가설 2. 창업자의 다중지능 영역별 발달 수준에 따라 창업자가 선택한 창업 분야에 유의한 차이가 있을 것이다. 가설 3. 창업자의 다중지능 영역별 발달 수준에 따라 창업자의 창업 성과 만족도에 유의미한 차이가 있을 것이다.

  • Since most of studies for information efficiency measurement of healthcare organizations have mainly focused on searching a measuring standard used for performance of informatization and each researchers subjective standard having been used, they can not be easily measured and objective. This study showed a possibility that efficiency measurement of healthcare organization can be performed by solving a problem related to objectiveness, which may occur in measuring many organization with many measuring items, with DEA (data envelopment analysis). For proving this possibility, efficiency evaluation and analysis for information resources utilization of domestic tertiary healthcare organizations have been performed by using DEA model. As a result, DMU (decision making unit) having efficiency rate of 1 will be evaluated that output is higher than input and information resources are being used efficiently, but on the other hand, DMU having efficiency rate of below 1 will be evaluated that output is lower than input and information resources are being used inefficiently, which is required to be improved.

Effects of Shading on the Growth of Hedera rhombea Bean and Pachysandra terminalis Sieb. et Zucc. (차광수준이 송악과 수호초의 생육에 미치는 효과)

  • This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of different levels of shading (0, 35, 55, 75, 95% to incident sunlight) on the growth of Hedera rhombea Bean and Pachysandra terminalis Sieb. et Zucc. in order to determine optimum light intensity for ground cover plants. H. rhombea showed a upright growth type under 95% shading and P. terminalis was highest under 35% shading. Number of branches was not significantly affected by shading levels. Stem diameter and length were reduced under shading from 35% to 95%. Leaf growth was vigorous under 35% and 55% shade condition. Leaves became longer with decreasing light intensity, but shorter in 95% shading than control. There was a slight trend that total chlorophyll and chlorophyll a, b contents increased with decreasing light intensity, and so did chlorophyll a/b ratio. Fresh and dry weight of both plants were higher under 35, 55, and 75% shading than control and 95% shading. Specific leaf weight tended to decrease with reduction of light intensity. Thus, optimum light intensity for growth of them may be 35 and 55% shading of incident sunlight. In addition, it is possible to grow them under even 75% shading of incident sunlight.

  • This paper studied the improvement of software process of the software firms. Software process infrastructure level of software process is very important. This study provided that software process infrastructure have an significant influence on the process level, process infrastructure management level, and software process performance. The result showed that software process high level is elevated through management activity of organization infrastructure and technical infrastructure. And organization performance is elevated through fit between process level and quality culture of software process. Problem factors of software process infrastructure improvement is lack of process improvement mind, leadership and investment. Therefore software firms must construct process improvement through supporting of process quality mind and investment with process infrastructure improvement.

  • The purpose of this study is to find the empirical relationship among information system quality, users' satisfaction and business productivities in hotel industry. This study set out the research model of influencing factors and the performance of the hotel information system. The respondents included 140 volunteers who were worked at hotel in Busan. The result of empirical study revealed that the system quality is major determinant to influence on the users' satisfaction and business productivities of hotel information system.

  • To extend the potential benefits of error, the current study examined factors that affect students' error perception in the classroom. An experimental design was used to measure relations of classroom goal structure, feedback, and social relationships on students' perception of error. A total of 316 fourth-, fifth-, and sixth-grade elementary students participated as part of their regular class curriculum. Self-reported questionnaires were administered to measure students' perception of errors and relationships with teacher and peers, and then students were manipulated by classroom goal structure and feedback. Multiple regression analysis results suggested that students' perception of learning from error was affected mostly by relationships with peers, followed by relationships with teacher and the type of feedback. Students' perception of risk taking for error was also affected by relationships with peers and teacher, followed by the classroom goal structure. However, classroom goal structure and feedback did not affect their perception of thinking about error to improve their learning as well as error strain. These results imply how the classroom climate should be structured to improve perception of errors to improve student's learning.
