Objectives : This study was performed to evaluate the effects of thoracolumbar junction's Hyeopcheok points(夾脊穴) for low-back pain in the thoracolumbar junction syndrome. Method : 1. Measurement : We investigated 26 patients with low-back pain. The unpleasantness of pain was measured by visual analogue scale(VAS), and the Oswestry low-back pain disability index(ODI). We compared the VAS and ODI scores of the two groups statistically. 2. Intervention : Use Acupuncture and bee venom injection in thoracolumbar junction's Hyeopcheok points that display main tender points. Also, herb medication and physical therapy was used. Results and Conclusion : As a result of treatment, thoracolumbar junction's Hyeopcheok points is very effective for low-back pain. However, more cases are required to oriental medicine in order to prove the availability.

The practice of oral surgery or other dentistry possesses the danger of causing the loss of foreign bodies used within the oral cavity. If such foreign bodies would be lost, they could enter the viscera through the esophagus or tracheobroncheal tree. Ingestion is four times as frequent as aspiration and 80% to 90% of ingested foreign bodies will pass through the body spontaneously. Once the aspiration or ingestion of foreign bodies is happened, a dental procedure should be discontinued immediately. If symptoms of respiratory distress, including coughing, wheezing, or stridor, are present, a patent airway should be maintained, oxygen administered, and ventilation supported if necessary. The PA chest radiograph will identify the objects in the lung, esophagus, or stomach. Ingested gastrointestinal foreign bodies may be managed by observation, endoscopy, and or surgical intervention and aspirated tracheobroncheal foreign bodies may be managed by bronchoscopy, and or surgical intervention. This case report describes the management of ingested or aspirated foreign bodies happened to the three patients during intraoral treatment. we recommend that the preventive method of ingestion or aspiration of the dental foreign bodies should be performed prior to intraoral treatment and the immedieate measures should be carried out after ingestion or asipiration of it.

We present the dendrochronological dates of Korean wooden furnitures in National Museum of Korea. Six of fourteen were successfully dated. Rice Chest (구 2225) was dated A.D. 1805 +. Others dated were Rice Chest (신수 9479; A.D. 1819), Rice Chest (신수 9475; A.D. $1826{\pm}10$), Ganghwa-Chest with a flap door (구 2341; A.D. $1842{\pm}10$), Ganghwa-Chest with a flap door (구 3124; A.D. $1859{\pm}10$), Chest with a flap door (신수 15731; A.D. $1865{\pm}10$). Most of existing cabinets were made in 1800s. Rice Chest (신수 9479) was the earliest piece of furniture in the collections of National Museum. The furniture is usually composed one species. The major species was Pinus densiflora.

This study proposes a new classification system and analysis methodology for time delay risk of apartment projects. And this study proposes the classification of major trades and risk level and risk index by performing expert-oriented interview and survey report on a national scale. The purpose of this study is to present basic data for time delay risk management system through the analysis of risk level, risk index and rank of major 5 trades(earth work, structure work, masonry work, window and door/glass work, and interior finish work) in apartment projects.

This paper is bibliographical study on Chonshin-sarikyung(全身舍利經 sutra scroll) which is owned by Sungbo museum Woljung-sa(月精寺) in Odae-san(五臺山). Through the investigation with documents and other historical materials in relation to the history of Woljung-sa, I found new prospect that Elder Yuyun of Suda-sa changed name of Woljung-sa at the middle of 13th century. Therefore, as it is considered that construction of Palgakgucheungsuktab(八角九層石塔 Octagonal Nine-storied stone Pagoda) and completion of Chonshinsarikyung were closely related to the rebuilt of Woljung-sa, it is proved that Palgakgucheungsuktab and Chonshin-sarikyung had been completed at this rebuilt period.

A doubled-haploid (DH) population was developed through anther culture of F$_1$ plants obtained from a cross between a japonica cultivar, 'Nagdongbyeo', as male parent and a indica cultivar, 'Samgangbyeo', as female parent. Segregation modes for plant length, culm length, panicle length, third internode length, and days to heading in the DH lines showed nearly normal distribution with wide range of variation. A molecular map with 136 simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers was constructed using the DH population. The total map distance was 1,909 cM and the average interval of marker distance was 14 cM.

South Korea wood chief coach (the field of furniture) growth phase of the No. 1 ChoSeokJin coach, Ripe stage and spirit such as through his neck furniture fabrication methods, he is him then and the situation until the coach and the intangible cultural heritage had asked We look at the world. Recently, there are some discussions about cooperative library storage facilities as methods to relieve the pressure from shortage of library stacks in Korea. This study tried to inspect the preservation environments of 16 cooperative storage facilities in USA, Australia, France, Spain and Korea to help to prepare and establish cooperative storage facilities with ideal preservation conditions. To do this, some aspects of the preservation environments including basic conditions shelving system, HVAC(heating, ventilating and air conditioning) system, fire extinguishing system, security system and other preservation environments were compared and analyzed.

The goal of this study is to analyze the feasibility of establishment of the collaborative repository for public libraries in Korea. To that end, its feasibilities were analyzed from the sides of the relevant laws, national policy, library's recognition, and actual collection space. As a result, the feasibility of establishment of the collaborative repository was revealed by enough. Accordingly, based on the this basic research, there is a need to develop immediately the construction and operation model of the collaborative repository. And the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and metropolitan city and province must grant priority of cultural policy in the establishment of the collaborative repository.

The goal of this study is to suggest the models for establishing the collaborative repository for public libraries in Korea. For this purpose, author analyzed the collection space shortage of public libraries, priority of establishment of collaborative repositories by province, key functions and practices to accomplish, and a desirable location. And based on these analysis results, author proposed the basic principles and architectural scales of the collaborative repositories, transfer criteria and ownership of public library' collection, desirable management and operation unit of the collaborative repository. Therefore, the government and all of metropolitan must establish the collaborative repositories as soon as possible.
