조류발전은 조류 유속이 빠른 곳에 수차발전기를 설치하여 해수의 운동에너지로부터 전기를 생산하는 발전방식이다. 2001년부터 해양연구원에서는 울돌목의 우수한 조류발전 개발 여건을 바탕으로 조류에너지 실용화 기술을 개발하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 조류발전 시스템에 사용되는 헬리컬 수차의 효율을 현장실험을 바탕으로 판단하고자 하였다. 현장실험을 위하여 지름 2.2 m, 높이 2.5 m의 수차를 제작하고, 울돌목 협수로의 한 쪽 면에 쟈켓구조물을 설치하여 수차를 거치한다. 수차가 회전함에 따라 회전봉에 일정 마찰을 주어 토크와 RPM을 측정하고, 함께 측정된 유속자료를 이용하여 수차를 효율을 산정한다. 유속-수차효율, TSR(수차의 날개속도와 유속의 비)-수차효율의 상관관계로 실험결과를 고찰하였다. 1중 날개 수차인 경우에 유속 1.4에서 2.6 m/s 사이에서 최대효율이 30 - 35 % 정도였고, 2중 날개 수차에 대한 실험에서는 유속 1.4에서 2.6 m/s 사이에서 최대수차효율이 25 - 35 % 사이임을 알 수 있었다. TSR과 최대수차효율의 상관관계는 실험 case별로 조금씩 다르다. 전체적으로 1중 날개의 경우가 최대수차효율에서 2중 날개보다 TSR 값이 조금 큰 경향을 나타냄을 알 수 있다. 이것은 1중 날개가 2중 날개보다 가벼워 좀 더 큰 RPM을 발생시켜서 나타난 현상으로 생각된다. 현재의 실험결과들을 이용하여 TSR과 최대수차효율을 상관관계를 나타내는 모델식을 도출하였다. 현장시험결과를 종합하면, 현장조류발전 시설이 최소 600 kW의 전력이 생산되기 위해서는 지름 3 m, 높이 3.6 m 인 수차 3개가 하나의 축에 설치되어야하는 것으로 계산되었다. 정격유속이 4.8 m/s이고 수차의 지름이 3m 라면, 최적 전력발생시의 RPM은 1중 날개의 경우 79이고 2중 날개의 경우는 63정도임을 추정할 수 있었다.촬영하여 실시간으로 전송하기 때문에 홍수시 하천 상황에 대한 모니터링 목적으로 사용될 수 있다. 영상수위계는 우물통 등을 이용하는 기존 방법과 비교하여 구조물이 필요 없어 설치 비용이 저렴하고, 영상에 의한 하천 모니터링 기능을 자체적으로 가지고 있기 때문에 효율적이라고 할 수 있다.따른 4개의 평가기준과 26개의 평가속성으로 이루어진 2단계 기술가치평가 모형을 구축하였으며 2개의 개별기술에 대한 시범적용을 실행하였다.하는 것으로 추정되었다.면으로의 월류량을 산정하고 유입된 지표유량에 대해서 배수시스템에서의 흐름해석을 수행하였다. 그리고, 침수해석을 위해서는 2차원 침수해석을 위한 DEM기반 침수해석모형을 개발하였고, 건물의 영향을 고려할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 본 연구결과 지표류 유출 해석의 물리적 특성을 잘 반영하며, 도시지역의 복잡한 배수시스템 해석모형과 지표범람 모형을 통합한 모형 개발로 인해 더욱 정교한 도시지역에서의 홍수 범람 해석을 실시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 모형의 개발로 침수상황의 시간별 진행과정을 분석함으로써 도시홍수에 대한 침수위험 지점 파악 및 주민대피지도 구축 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 있을 것으로 판단되었다.4일간의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월이하의 중단기가 적합함을 발견하였다. 이상의 행태적 측면과 투자성과측면의 실증결과를 통하여 한국주식시장에 있어서 시장수익률을 평균적으로 초과할 수 있는 거래전략은 존재하므로 이러한 전략을 개발 및 활용할 수 있으며, 특히, 한국주식시장에 적합한 거래전략은 반전거래전

This paper focuses on the integration aspect of operators to determine an improvement strategy for the operating system to enhance competitiveness of Busan Port. This Study proposes the following alternatives: valuation standards for the integration of operators, the road map for the integration period, the scope and role setting of integrated operators' participation of Busan Port Authority(BPA), and the separation and linkage North Port and the New Port operators. First, the valuation standards for operator integration should be based on international standards. Additionally quantitative factors such as financial situation, business performance and participating companies' profitability, and the qualitative factors such as management ability, technology, and labor relations should be considered. Second, the timing of North Port's operator integration should be prioritized in the short term in conjunction with the commencement of its phase 2-4, 2-5, and 2-6. The integration of New Port operators should provide a road map for a relatively long-term perspective. Third, the participation of BPA' integrated operators should be considered in terms of publicity as a policy coordinator between terminals and by pursuing the profitability of entering into overseas business by fostering Korean global terminal operators. The scope and role of participation ensures that the experience and technology of the terminal operation business is maximized. Fourth, because physically intergrating the North Port' operator into a single corporate form is difficult, initially establishing a special purpose company to maximize the effect of the integrated operation is necessary. Then, the operators decided to convert to a holding company given the termination of the lease term contract with the State or BPA, and ultimately proposed a merger into a single corporation.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the management of receivables on the management performance of micro manufacturing industries. The results of the survey are as follows. First, among the factors of management of pre- and post-trade receivables in the micro manufacturing industries, management organization and regulations, contract execution management, bad debt control, which are the subordinate factors of credit control, are positive (+) significant effect on stability. In terms of profitability, management organizations and regulations, which are subordinate factors of credit control management, have a positive (+) significant effect on profitability. The recovery management, which is a factor of management of post - receivable receivables, did not have a significant effect on the stability and profitability of financial management performance. Second, the effect of financial performance on organizational satisfaction is positively related to stability, while profitability has no significant effect on organizational satisfaction. The implication of this study is that pre - trade receivables management is more important than post - trade receivables management in the management of accounts receivables of micro manufacturing industries. Proactive credit management refers to the procedure of establishing and managing personal guarantees and physical guarantees in order to smooth the execution of the obligations at the same time as the contract is concluded through processes such as credit investigation, analysis and evaluation, and sales decision before the contract is concluded. Post receivables management based on the assumption of default is a receivables management procedure from receipt of receivables that are already defaulted to bad debts to bad debt processing. If the collection of receivables is delayed or bad debt is increased, Furthermore, a corporation may be subject to bankruptcy risk (insolvency by paper profits). Therefore, it is meaningful that this study suggests direction to induce change of contract type in advance by understanding the possibility of settlement of accounts receivable and recovery of bad debts within the day of transition in case of contract of micro manufacturing industries.

Sexing from bovine embryos fertilized in vitro implicates a possibility of the sex controlled cattle production. This study was carried out to produce the sex determined cattle through the embryonic sexing by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) technique. FISH was achieved in in vitro fertilized bovine embryos using a bovine Y-specific DNA probe constructed from the btDYZ-1 sequence. Using this probe, a male-specific signal was detected on 100% of Y-chromosome bearing metaphase specimens. The analyzable rate of embryonic sexing by FISH technique was about 93% (365/393) regardless of embryonic stages. As tested single blastomere by FISH and then karyotype with their biopsied embryos, the accuracy of sex determination with FISH was 97.6%. We tried the embryo transfer with sex determined embryos on 15 cattle. Among them, the 5 cattle delivered calf with expected sex last year.

In this paper we are concerned with estimation of tail related risk measures for heteroscedastic financial time series and VaR limits that VaR tells us nothing about the potential size of the loss given. So we use GARCH-EVT model describing the tail of the conditional distribution for heteroscedastic financial series and adopt Expected Shortfall to overcome VaR limits. The main results can be summarized as follows. First, the distribution of stock return series is not normal but fat tail and heteroscedastic. When we calculate VaR under normal distribution we can ignore the heavy tails of the innovations or the stochastic nature of the volatility. Second, GARCH-EVT model is vindicated by the very satisfying overall performance in various backtesting experiments. Third, we founded the expected shortfall as an alternative risk measures.

IP망을 이용한 IPTV 방송 서비스가 새로운 수익 모델로 인정받고 현재 국내의 KT, SKT 등이 IPTV 시범서비스를 준비하거나 진행 중에 있다 이 IPTV 서비스는 이전의 단방향 방송과는 달리 사용자와의 인터렉션을 중시하는 양방향 방송을 표방하기 때문에 지금까지의 방송과는 다른 혁신적인 방송서비스가 기대된다. 하지만 IPTV 서비스에 있어서 여러 통신사와 방송사가 참여할 수 있을 것으로 보여지는 것과는 달리 실상은 몇몇 거대 통신기업이 자신들의 망을 이용하는 가입자들을 상대로 한정된 사업을 벌이고 있다. 이는 IPTV 서비스를 위한 인프라가 구축되어 있지 않고 방통융합망의 개념을 만족시키기 위해 서비스 개발자가 알아야 할 프로토콜들이 너무나 많기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 상황을 타개할 수 있는 수단을 Open API로 제안한다. 맞춤형 방송을 위한 시나리오를 TV-Anytime의 벤치마킹과 유저 시나리오를 참고하여 재구성하고 이 시나리오로부터 IPTV 방송 서비스를 위한 방통융합망의 기본적이고 강력한 기능들을 Open API 함수로 정의하였다. 여기에서의 방송 서비스는 NDR, EPG, 개인 맞춤형 광고 서비스를 말하며 각 서비스를 위한 서버는 통합망 위에 존재하고 이 서버들이 개방하는 API들은 다른 응용프로그램에 의해 사용되는 것이기 때문에 가장 기본적인 기능을 정의하게 된다. 또한, 제안한 Open API 함수를 이용하여 개인 맞춤형 방송 응용 서비스를 구현함으로써 서비스 검증을 하였다. Open API는 웹서비스를 통해 공개된 기능들로써 게이트웨이를 통해 다른 망에서 사용할 수 있게 된다. Open API 함수의 정의는 함수 이름, 기능, 입 출력 파라메터로 이루어져 있다. 사용자 맞춤 서비스를 위해 전달되는 사용자 상세 정보와 콘텐츠 상세 정보는 TV-Anytime 포럼에서 정의한 메타데이터 스키마를 이용하여 정의하였다.가능하게 한다. 제안된 방법은 프레임 간 모드 결정을 고속화함으로써 스케일러블 비디오 부호화기의 연산량과 복잡도를 최대 57%감소시킨다. 그러나 연산량 감소에 따른 비트율의 증가나 화질의 열화는 최대 1.74% 비트율 증가 및 0.08dB PSNR 감소로 무시할 정도로 작다., 반드시 이에 대한 검증이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 현지관측에 비해 막대한 비용과 시간을 절약할 수 있는 위성영상해석방법을 이용한 방법은 해양수질파악이 가능할 것으로 판단되며, GIS를 이용하여 다양하고 복잡한 자료를 데이터베이스화함으로써 가시화하고, 이를 기초로 공간분석을 실시함으로써 환경요소별 공간분포에 대한 파악을 통해 수치모형실험을 이용한 각종 환경영향의 평가 및 예측을 위한 기초자료로 이용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.염총량관리 기본계획 시 구축된 모형 매개변수를 바탕으로 분석을 수행하였다. 일차오차분석을 이용하여 수리매개변수와 수질매개변수의 수질항목별 상대적 기여도를 파악해 본 결과, 수리매개변수는 DO, BOD, 유기질소, 유기인 모든 항목에 일정 정도의 상대적 기여도를 가지고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이로부터 수질 모형의 적용 시 수리 매개변수 또한 수질 매개변수의 추정 시와 같이 보다 세심한 주의를 기울여 추정할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월이하의 중단기가 적합함을 발견하였다. 이상의 행태적 측면과 투자성과측면의 실증결과를 통하여 한국주식시장에 있어서 시장수익률을 평균적으로 초과할 수 있는 거래전략은 존재하므로 이러한 전략을 개발 및 활용할 수 있으며, 특히, 한국주식시장에 적합한 거래전략은 반전거래전략이고, 이 전략의 유용성은 투자자가 설정한 투자기간보다

The major objectives of this study are twofold. The first is to discover which in-store tactics influence store performance when a retailer implements category management in variety enhancer and fill-ins categories. The second is to analyze how and why specific in-store tactics achieve better or worse performance than other in-store tactics across categories. The data were collected using scanner data and direct observations in 'A' discount store which is one of the representative discount stores in Korea. The in-store tactics were measured by product assortment, temporary price discount, price and non-price promotion, and shelving. The store performance was measured by sales and gross margin return on inventory investmant(GMROI). Empirical results analyzed by multiple regression were as follows: In variety enhancer category, the significant factors affecting sales were product assortment, temporary price discount, price promotion, and shelving. Non-price promotion also influenced GMROI positively but product assortment impacted on GMROI negatively. In fill-ins category, the significant factors affecting sales and GMROI were product assortment and shelving. However, the other factors such as temporary price discount, price promotion, and non-price promotion had no significant influence on both sales and GMROI. This paper presents a number of theoretical and managerial implications of the empirical results and concludes by addressing limitations and future research directions.

The aim of this research is to identify the competencies required by freight forwarding company logistics managers or supply chain managers. And this research also attempts to show their relative importance and key knowledge areas that require improvement. Using a survey questionnaire, data was collected against forty three logistics and supply chain management skills or competencies, which were then grouped into four categories and analysed. The Analysis revealed that supply chain awareness, ability to make decisions, analytical skill, communication skill, supply chain cost, people skill, and integration of internal or external information flow which belong to logistics planning group are considered the most important competencies for effective and efficient logistics functioning. On the other hand, reverse logistics and IATA regulations from environmental awareness group show little influence on logistics managers for improving their logistics performances. The results have implications for a variety of parties including prospective logisticians, students, teachers and companies considering expanding their business to Chinese market. For example, the results permit companies to employ appropriate logistics managers who are qualified with sufficient skills and competencies suggested in this research. In the case of practitioners, the results provide a benchmark for comparison with their current level of abilities and suggested competencies.

After IMF bailout crisis in Korea, project financing has been employed as a major funding vehicle for the housing development. In 2008, the recession of housing market due to the global financial crisis had an significant impact on the increasing insolvent site of PF based housing development project, resulting in serious impact to whole economy as a chain effect. In order to resolve this vicious circle of bankruptcy, the major construction companies were urged to take over the insolvent sites and invest to them for normal project exit, and finally play a critical role in normalization of market. Therefore, this study aims to define the core factors for decision making to invest to insolvent site and find out differences among constructors, developers, financial lenders. The results from AHP analysis, the profitability was the most important factor to constructors. Moreover, even though the location merit is little less, through competitive price, we can assure that stable profitability is most important factor to decide to invest in insolvent site. In conclusion, the price is cheap, is highly feasible, if the land secured, major construction company will participate in a PF business investment. These findings were verified by the investment case of major construction company.

There are two kind of system in hotel for evaluating management. the first is infra system, for example Front management system - reservation system, C/I, C/O system, POS system , web system, call center management -, Back office system, interface system, and so on which manage direct control for hotel, and next is strategic system, for example BSC , CS . which is supporting hotel management. The purpose of this study was to find using the Balanced Scorecard to evaluate hotel management perfomance. Management performance is based on productivity, quality, time, effect, and responsiveness. Hotel economic value is not equal visual asset which is measured financial value. It is include hotel brand, image, customers who have good loyalty, employees who give customers special service, and systems which was affected by internal process. In conclusion, innovation, growth, internal system process, empioyee and customer have effect hotel performance. Therefore hotel has to know non-financial performance which has positively relate to financial performance.
