Adaptive Thresholding Method Using Zone Searching Based on Representative Points for Improving the Performance of LCD Defect Detection (LCD 결함 검출 성능 개선을 위한 대표점 기반의 영역 탐색을 이용한 적응적 이진화 기법)

  • As the demand for LCD increases, the importance of inspection equipment for improving the efficiency of LCD production is continuously emphasized. The pattern inspection apparatus is one that detects minute defects of pattern quickly using optical equipment such as line scan camera. This pattern inspection apparatus makes a decision on whether a pixel is a defect or not using a single threshold value in order to meet constraint of real time inspection. However, a method that uses an adaptive thresholding scheme with different threshold values according to characteristics of each region in a pattern can greatly improve the performance of defect detection. To apply this adaptive thresholding scheme it has to be known that a certain pixel to be inspected belongs to which region. Therefore, this paper proposes a region matching algorithm that recognizes the region of each pixel to be inspected. The proposed algorithm is based on the pattern matching scheme with the consideration of real time constraint of machine vision and implemented through GPGPU in order to be applied to a practical system. Simulation results show that the proposed method not only satisfies the requirement for processing time of practical system but also improves the performance of defect detection.

Study on the Evolution pattern of Tea Industry Service Mode: Focusing on the Needs of Each Generation in GuangXi, China (차 산업 서비스 모델의 변천 패턴에 대한 연구 - 중국 광시 지역 세대별 니즈를 중심으로)

  • Since 2020, the GuangXi government of China has focused on the deep integration of tea industry with leisure and cultural tourism, popular science education, health care and elderly care industries. Among the output value targets of the tertiary industry, the GuangXi government plans to achieve 25 billion yuan, and the tea industry is developing rapidly. Through questionnaire survey, field research and interview, this paper studies the differences of demand behavior and selection attributes of tea products among consumers in different years, and finally studies the evolution pattern of service mode of tea industry in GuangXi. The results show that there are obvious differences in life and work style, shopping habits, service design, user experience, social needs and personality needs of each generation consumers in different years. Based on the analysis of demand and behavior habits of tea products, the evolution pattern of service mode of tea industry in GuangXi is studied. Based on the above results, according to the differences of consumers' choice of tea products in different years, the service mode of tea industry in GuangXi is improved The development of tea industry in service design, user experience level is worthy of in-depth attention.

A Study on Activity Type Based on Multi-dimensional Characteristics (개인의 복합적인 특성에 따른 활동유형 분석)

  • Activity-based models analyze individuals' various daily activities that are identified as a decision-making unit for transportation planning. In other words, it is the model that determines the types of activities according to the social, economic and situational characteristics of the groups with the same activity patterns and predicts individuals' activity time, distance, spatial movement and transportation mode. The activity-based model is a method of estimating more efficient and realistic demand in transportation forecasting because traffic is regarded as a complex decision-making process that an individual and other people participate in. In this paper, we grasp the factors affecting choice behavior of activity pattern and analyze choice behavior of activity pattern based on multi-dimensional characteristic of each person. First, we classify activity types of reviewing the trip chain and activity purpose. Next, we identified preferable activity types using complicated characteristics of main agent of activity. We concluded that choice behavior of activity pattern is dependent on complex characteristics of each agent, and further multi-dimensional characteristics of each person are affected over the whole decision process of activity schedule.

  • The policy which encourages people to use cars on the road has been based on the growth of economy in Korea. It has also caused the concentration and overcrowding in Seoul. That's because the increasing number of people possessing cars interconnects with the urban development. The transportation is a derived demand; so many scholars have recognized the importance of understanding the relationship between urban land use and transport. Considering such importance, this study theoretically compared the developed urban land use-transportation models each other and outlined the particular models briefly. Models were categorized by 2 types; optimizing model and predictive mode. Predictive model is also defined by static model, entropy based model, spatial-economic model, and activity model. After studying models, we investigated other major cities in America. This process is the pre-step for transport policy assessment. Through careful literature review, we can finally develop the integrated land-use transportation model in Seoul metropolitan area. In addition, we will be able to deal the changes of traffic demand pattern under U-Society. Consequently, the results of this study can be applied to ITS projects in the future.

The Development of Dynamic Forecasting Model for Short Term Power Demand using Radial Basis Function Network (Radial Basis 함수를 이용한 동적 - 단기 전력수요예측 모형의 개발)

  • This paper suggests the development of dynamic forecasting model for short-term power demand based on Radial Basis Function Network and Pal's GLVQ algorithm. Radial Basis Function methods are often compared with the backpropagation training, feed-forward network, which is the most widely used neural network paradigm. The Radial Basis Function Network is a single hidden layer feed-forward neural network. Each node of the hidden layer has a parameter vector called center. This center is determined by clustering algorithm. Theatments of classical approached to clustering methods include theories by Hartigan(K-means algorithm), Kohonen(Self Organized Feature Maps %3A SOFM and Learning Vector Quantization %3A LVQ model), Carpenter and Grossberg(ART-2 model). In this model, the first approach organizes the load pattern into two clusters by Pal's GLVQ clustering algorithm. The reason of using GLVQ algorithm in this model is that GLVQ algorithm can classify the patterns better than other algorithms. And the second approach forecasts hourly load patterns by radial basis function network which has been constructed two hidden nodes. These nodes are determined from the cluster centers of the GLVQ in first step. This model was applied to forecast the hourly loads on Mar. $4^{th},\;Jun.\;4^{th},\;Jul.\;4^{th},\;Sep.\;4^{th},\;Nov.\;4^{th},$ 1995, after having trained the data for the days from Mar. $1^{th}\;to\;3^{th},\;from\;Jun.\;1^{th}\;to\;3^{th},\;from\;Jul.\;1^{th}\;to\;3^{th},\;from\;Sep.\;1^{th}\;to\;3^{th},\;and\;from\;Nov.\;1^{th}\;to\;3^{th},$ 1995, respectively. In the experiments, the average absolute errors of one-hour ahead forecasts on utility actual data are shown to be 1.3795%.

  • Recently, uses of a large, wide screen monitors are general, so people that efficiently use work area of monitor is encreasing. Use pattern of monitor is being changed just using one window to many windows at a time. In this paper, I will explain develop windows placement system for efficient use monitor. It is different from other general utility about windows placement system because users can easily change windows placement to use preview window. The future, a large, wide screen monitors to keep pace with the demand to take advantage of the window to satisfy the needs of the user to manually adjust the window to the inconvenience that will be resolved.

  • 우리 나라는 90년대에 들어서 향후 2015년까지 세계 10위권의 선진우주국에 진입한다는 우주개발중장기목표를 설정하고 중간 추진단계로서 2005년까지 국내기술에 의한 저궤도위성 및 발사체를 개발한다는 목표를 세우고 있다. 그리고 이를 위한 구체적인 시행 프로그램으로서 KSR-I및 KSR-II사업을 추진하여 성공적으로 완료하였으며, 이제 2002년까지 KSR-III사업으로 3단형 액체추진로켓을 개발 중에 있다. 현재 세계 우주 발사체 시장은 저궤도위성의 수요가 급증함으로서 전 세계적으로 저가의 우주발사체 개발을 서두르고 있으며, 우주선진국들은 경쟁적으로 기술혁신을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 개발도상국가들이 이에 참여하는데 있어서는 G7선진국들이 이미 마련한 MTCR(Missile Technology Control Regime)규제에 의거 기술이전 및 부품수입이 어렵기 때문에 자력에 의한 발사체 개발이 불가피하다. 본 고에서는 우주발사체 주요 선개발국 8개국의 기술혁신 과정과 정책 및 추진체계 등을 분석하고, 국내 발사체 개발에 참여하고 있는 주요 7개 민간기업을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사와 현장 실태조사를 바탕으로 기술혁신을 촉진하는 구체적인 정책대안 및 목표년도에 성공적인 발사를 위한 개선방안을 제시하였다.

  • This study tried to analyze traffic assignment volume by application of land use patterns and transport policies in District Unit Design. It is postulated a Toy network and various scenarios which are combined land use patterns and transport policies for analyzing change of assignment volume. As results, this study shows best District Unit Design technique is the policy that develop mid block and introduction of car free zone to inner 2 way streets. Worst design technique is the policy that introduction of joint car parking to mid block. And also worst design technique to residents who are living in inner block is the policy that just develop only one center zone.

  • 대규모의 전력을 사용하며 전력 수요가 일정하지 않고 변동하는 제철소의 전기아크로 (electric arc furnace) 부하는 전압 플릭커 (voltage flicker) 등 전력품질을 저하시키는 현상의 주 원인이 되고 있다. 따라서, 전력품질의 향상을 위한 전력계통의 계획과 운용에 있어서 이러한 부하들의 비선형적인 전압-전류 특성을 해석하고 모델링하는 것이 우선 되어야 한다. 특히 전기아크로 부하의 비선형적이고 랜덤 신호에 가까운 특성은 stochastic 접근법에 의해 주로 모델링되어 왔으나, 전기아크로 부하에 의한 전력계통에서의 영향을 평가를 위해서는 deterministic 접근법에 의한 모델링이 필요하며 전기아크로 부하가 가지는 chaos 특성을 Lorenz 시스템으로 표현한 부하모델이 개발되었다[1]. 개발된 모델에 의해 하나의 chaos 시스템으로 예측된 전기아크로 부하 패턴은 전 동작 범위에서 부하 특성을 정확하게 반영하는데 문제가 있다. 따라서, 전기아크로 부하 패턴을 표현할 수 있는 복수의 chaos 시스템을 이용하여 보다 나은 예측 특성을 가진 부하 모델의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 Lorenz 시스템과 전기아크로 부하의 고주파영역 특성을 보다 적절하게 반영할 수 있는 Logistic 시스템을 혼합한 형태의 chaos 모델을 개발하고, 전력 계통에서의 전력품질 저하현상을 정량화하는 지수를 통해 모델의 유용성과 정확성을 검증하고자 한다.

Planning of Train Operation with Different Objectives Utilizing Mixed-Integer Nonlinear Programming Models (비선형정수계획법을 이용한 운행전략에 따른 열차운영계획 수립)

  • 열차운영계획은 수송수요 산정, 운행노선계획, 열차시간표 작성 기관차 및 인원의 할당 등 광범위한 내용을 포괄하고 있으나, 본 논문에서는 계획의 초기단계에서 결정 가능한 운행노선계획을 대상으로 범위를 설정하였다. 운영목표에 따른 전략은 사용자, 운영자, 사회전체의 입장에서 고려될 수 있는데, 이러한 전략에 의해 운행 될 수 있는 열차운행패턴을 운영비용의 최소화, 통행시간의 최소화. 운영자 수익의 최대화 모형으로 해결하고자 하였다. 2004년 이후에 운행이 예상되는 고속철도/기존철도는 운영계획의 변경이 예상되는 바, 상기의 목표에 따라 열차운영패턴을 작성하여 개발된 효과척도의 적용을 통해 정책적인 적용가능성을 평가하였으며 기존 계획된 철도청의 운영계획과도 아울러 비교, 최적대안을 선정하였다. 본 고에서는 수리계획모형인 비선형정수계획모형(MINLP)으로서 국내 철도망에 부합하는 운영계획을 작성하였으며, 이에 따른 열차-km는 수익최대화 모형, 인-km는 철도청의 열차운영계획이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 인-hour는 수익 최대화 모형과 통행시간 최소화 모형이 가장 적은 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 장거리 노선의 편성이 증가된 것으로 사료된다. 이러한 결과를 산출함에 있어. 어려운 점은 각 구간의 기하급수적 증가, 결정변수의 초기값 선정 등이 있으나, 그동안 연구된 각종 경험적 기법의 적용과 실제 편성 가능한 변수의 적용을 통해 이를 해결하였다. 추후 설정된 모형의 비교에 적합한 효과척도의 개발과 전국적으로 사례구간의 확장 및 모형의 최적대안 선택 시 효과척도의 가중치에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
