최근 사법분야에 지능형 법률 서비스를 제공하게 되면서 학습데이터로서 판결문의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 그중 범죄사실은 수사자료와 유사하여 범죄수사에 귀중한 자료역할을 하고 있지만, 주체가 생략되거나 긴 문장의 형태로 인해 구성요건을 추출하고 사건의 인과관계 파악이 어려울 수 있어 이를 분석하는데 적지 않은 시간과 인력이 소비될 수밖에 없다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 사전학습모델을 활용한 개체명 인식과 형태소 분석기반 이벤트 추출기법을 범죄사건 재구성에 적용하여 핵심 사건추출을 간편화하고 시각적으로 표현해 전체적인 사건 흐름 이해도를 향상할 수 있는 방법론을 제안하고자 한다.

CCTV가 범죄 예방 및 수사에 사용되는데, 수사를 위해 저화질 CCTV 영상에서 특정인의 얼굴 인식엔 어려움을 겪어 CCTV 본연의 역할의 희석된다. 따라서 본 논문은 저화질 영상을 고화질로 변환하여 얼굴 인식의 정확성을 높일 수 있는 알고리즘을 연구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 기존에 연구된 인공지능 기반의 업스케일링 알고리즘을 분석하여 K-FACE 데이터셋에 적절한 모델을 제안한다. 이를 위해 2020년 이전과 이후의 AI 업스케일링 관련 연구를 비교 분석한다. 향후 제시된 모델을 대상으로 동일한 환경내에서 K-FACE 데이터셋을 학습시켜 통일된 기준의 지표 산출이 필요하다.

This study explores the way of prescribing the ethic of science in korean society in the 2004 ethical debates about 'Hwang woo-suk' embryo stem-cell study. It is the process of ethical communication. The debate includes very sensitive problem such as ovum and embryo, which is related directly with life. Particularly, this issue has many implications as there was a wild enthusiasm of patriotism in Korean society after had published Prof. Hwang's paper. This case shows dramatically the formation of ethical attitude in our society. There were included many actor's desire, interest, and conflicts. This study analyzes the process of competition to seize the initiative of the definition of ethics. It includes patriotic discourse, competition of rhetorics. This ethical communication involves the making of 'star scientist', Hwang woo-suk. In consequence, the ethics has been marginalized and stigmatized as anti-science on the stage of star scientist. This study argues ethics is not a fixed thing, it is construction of competition.

현대사회 환경의 변화와 개인생활의 복잡 다양화는 시민의 안전한 삶을 위협하는 요인들로 특히 범죄피해를 당하게 되면 피해당사자는 정신적 물질적으로 회복이 힘들고 피해의식과 두려운 기억에 의한 원만한 대인관계의 불가능이나 가족과 친지에게도 큰 상처를 남기게 된다. 경찰의 국민보호는 기본 임무이며, 주요 임무 중 하나인 수사도 국민보호의 차원에서 이루어지고 있는 활동임에도 이러한 경찰활동은 피해자의 신뢰와 협력 없이는 목적을 이룰 수 없으므로 이들 범죄피해자를 위하여 경찰에서도 적극적인 노력을 기울여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 경찰의 범죄피해자 보호 실태와 문제점의 주된 내용을 살펴보고, 그에 대한 대책을 살펴보도록 한다.

The tourism police force has been established on 16th October 2013 for foreign tourists' safety and security. The major roles of tourism police officers were provided a crime prevention patrol and maintenance of order in tourist destination, a clampdown on illegal activities for foreign tourists, a controlling for overcharging of restaurants accommodations taxi, an administrative guidance and controls on tourism industry and worker in union relative organ like the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism local government. However, the roles of tourism police officers overlap the work of general police officers and work of tourism police officers need a cooperative business with relative organs. It is caused a role ambiguity conflict between tourism police officers and general police officers. The object of this study is to improve the tourism police system through investigate a perceived gap of role ambiguity conflict between tourism police officers and general police officers and influencing relationship of role ambiguity conflict between job Satisfaction and job Performance.

Many of crimes are solved by the report of people. Therefore, countries pay compensation to crime reporter. However, the current system of compensation is focused on the report of criminal fact and criminals arrest, so that there is no compensation on the providing evidence. On the other hand, since the current judicial system adopted the principle of trial by evidence, all the facts are made by the evidence. But it is impossible to obtain all the evidence only by law enforcement agencies. Therefore, it is necessary for people to report the evidence positively. So it is necessary to positively take advantages of smart phones, vehicle black boxes and cctvs. Various incentives such as compensation would be needed to require the evidence of smartphone or black box, cctv. In order to strengthen evidence report, it will be needed the legislation of crime report compensation, smartphone apps development including the provision of various incentives.

Various video conferencing and collaboration applications have emerged due to the global epidemic of new viral infections. In addition to real-time video conferencing, video conferencing applications provide features such as chat and file sharing on various platforms. Because various personal information is stored through functions such as chatting, file and screen sharing, these video conferencing applications are the major target of analysis from a digital forensic investigation. In the case of applications that provide cross-platform, the form of stored data is different depending on the platform. Therefore, to utilize data of video conferencing application for forensic investigation, preliminary research on artifacts stored by platform is required. In this paper, we used the video conferencing applications GoToWebinar and GoToMeeting and analyzed the artifacts generated. As a result, we list the main data from a digital forensic investigation. We identify data stored for each platform provided by GoToWebinar and GoToMeeting and organize artifacts that can estimate user behavior. Also, we classify the data that can be acquired according to the role and environment within the video conference.

In this paper, we describes a system that extracts important sentences from Korean newspaper articles using automatic paragraphing. First, we detect repeated words between sentences. Through observation of the repeated words, this system compute Closeness Degree between Sentences(CDS ) from the degree of morphological agreement and the change of grammatical role. And then, it automatically divides a document into meaningful paragraphs using the number of paragraph defined by the user´s need. Finally. it selects one representative sentence from each paragraph and it generates summary using representative sentences. Though our system doesn´t utilize some features such as title, sentence position, rhetorical structure, etc., it is able to extract meaningful sentences to be included in the summary.

The importance regarding the notion of immediate medical treatment and nursing for the victims of sexual crimes is not widely recognized yet in Korea. Throughout this research is focused on the nursing systems and the system of foreign countries in reference to sexual crime victims, and the conclusion is as follows. In Korea, there are currently no educational or medical institutes for the medical handling for the victims of sexual crimes, and the role of nurses in the medical institutes is insufficient. In addition, the basis for the standard of operation regarding the initial response, evidence collection, pursuit of systematical evidence and data is not established even in the sexual assault counseling/advocacy center. Therefore, it is necessary to foster the sexual assault nurse examiner for the sexual crime victims, and to develop adequate training programs based on the present situation in Korea. Though the cooperation among government, medical institutes, and social movement groups, it is essential to initiate effective and publicly-trusted specialized training programs for forensic nurses who will be fully charged with the treatment of sexual crime victims. By introducing the sexual assault nurse examiner system, it can be possible to develop advanced treatment for the child or adolescent victims of sex crimes.

Defence Security Command is the only military intelligence and investigation agency which is in charge of safeguarding military information and investigating specific crimes such as subversion and disloyalty in military. While the presidential security provided by Defence Security Command, along with Presidential Security Service(PSS) and the police, forms one of three pillars sustaining presidential security, its works and activities have been rarely known to the public due to the military confidentiality. This study looks into some data specialized into the presidential security among works of Defense Security Command by using various resources such as biographies of key people, media reports, and public materials. It reviews the presidential security works in a historical sense that the works have developed and changed in accordance with the historical changes of Defense Security Command, which was rooted in Counter-Intelligence Corps (Teukmubudae in Korean) in 1948 and leads to the present. The study findings are as follows. First, when the Korean War broke out in 1950 and since then the South Korea was under the threat of the North Korean armed forces and left wing forces, Counter-Intelligence Corps(Bangcheopdudae in Korean) took the lead in presidential security more than the police who was in charge of it. Secondly, even after the Presidential Security Office has founded in 1963, the role of the military on presidential security has been extended by changing its titles from Counter-Intelligence Corps to Army Security corps to Armed Forces Security Command. It has developed their provision of presidential security based on the experience at the president Rhee regime when they could successfully guard the president Rhee and the important government members. Third, since the re-establishment into Defence Security Command in 1990, it has added more security services and strengthened its legal basis. With the excellent expertise, it played a pivotal role in the G20 and other state-level events. After the establishment of the Moon Jaeinin government, its function has been reduced or abolished by the National Defense Reform Act. However, the presidential security field has been strengthening by improving security capabilities through reinforcing the organization. This strengthening of the security capacity is not only effective in coping with the current confrontation situation with the hostile North Korean regime, but also is important and necessary in conducting constant monitoring of the military movement and security-threat factors within military during the national security events.
