Recently, personal mobility has been spreading and using increasing, but the pedestrian environment is getting worse and accidents are also rapidly increasing. Therefore, this study conducts a status survey related to the elements of pedestrian disturbances in personal mobility and identifies the problems. The following measures are presented to improve the pedestrian environment for the mobility handicapped through expert opinion surveys. The movement of individual mobility means in the walking space is prohibited, and the speed limit shall be stipulated to enable the mobility handicapped to walk safely and conveniently. Parking spaces will have to create obstacle zones in the parking area next to the roadway or at the border of sidewalks and roads, and regulations are needed to collect illegally parked vehicles. It is necessary to switch from the existing automobile-oriented road to the road structure considering the use of low and medium-speed vehicles.

In response to the growing global concern for the environment, the international community has recently committed to achieving 'carbon neutrality.' As a result, numerous studies have been conducted on mode choice models that include carbon emissions as a variable. However, few studies have established a correlation between individual preferences and carbon emissions. In this study, a new mode of transportation named sustainable public transit (SPT), incorporating carbon-reducing transport options like electric scooters, is proposed. Analyzing the individual preferences of commuters on carbon emissions through factor analysis, a stated preference (SP) survey was conducted. A mode choice model for SPT was constructed using multinomial logit models. The results of the analysis showed that gender, income, and specific preferences, such as a passion for exploring new routes, a preference for intermodal transfers, knowledge of carbon reduction, and carbon reduction practices, significantly influence latent preferences for SPT. Therefore, this study is significant as it considers carbon emissions as an attribute variable during the construction of mode choice models and reflects the individual preference variables associated with carbon reduction.

사람은 자신의 이동에 기계를 사용하기 시작했고 그 발전속도는 항공기의 발달로 극에 달한 느낌이다. 그러나 이러한 이동수단은 필연적으로 사고를 동반하는 것 또한 현실이다. 각종 이동수단 즉 교통수단 가운데서 사고 발생률의 면에서는 단연 항공기가 가장 낮다고 하지만 항공기 사고는 한번 나면 대형사고이고 인명의 살상이 많기 마련이다. 항공기 사고는 오늘날 사고 내용을 자세히 살펴보면 고정익기 보다는 회전익이 더 많고 성층권을 비행할 때 보다는 대기권을 운행할 때가 더 많다.

21세기 한국절도 중흥! 전철화로 승부한다. 우리나라에서 전기와 궤도를 이용하여 대중교통수단이 등장한 것은 1899년도이다. 그러나 대량교통수단인 열차가 등장하면서 점차 쇠퇴해지던 전기철도는 수많은 애환과 비화를 등에 두고 자취를 감추었다. 이후 정부의 적극적인 지원 아래 전기철도에 대한 필요성이 제기되면서 1973년 6월 20일 산업선이 개통, 한국철도 100년사의 한 획을 그으면서 본격적인 전철화시대를 맞이하게 되었고 곧이어 1974년 경인$\cdot$경수 수도권 전철이 개통되어 획기적인 교통수단으로 등장하면서 전철은 이제 없어서는 안될 우리와 가장 친숙한 교통수단으로 대두되었다. 특히 교통난 문제, 환경오염 문제 등이 시급히 해결해야 할 국가의 주요 정책과제로 대두되고 있는 현실에서는 환경에 친화적이고 국가 에너지를 효율적으로 이용할 수 있으며 안전성과 신속성, 쾌적성, 편리성을 두루 갖춘 대중교통수단으로서 여러 가지 이점을 갖고 있는 전기철도가 교통문제 해결의 최선의 대안으로 제시되고 있다.

과소지역 보은군의 목적별 통행이라는 교통수요와 이용 교통수단의 기능을 고찰한 결과 다음과 같은 점이 밝혀졌다. 먼저 보은군 주민은 의무적 통행보다 자유재량 통행의 공간적 범위가 넓고, 교통수단의 선택은 제한성, 편리성, 신속성에 의한다. 또 비벽지지역에서 근무.통근, 고급품 구매, 통원통행은 편리성 때문에 자가용 자동차의 이용이 많고, 통학은 제한성 때문에 비벼지지역이나, 벽지지역 모두 군내버스를 , 벽지지역에서의 고급품 구매는 편리성과 제한성 때문에 자가용 자동차와 시외버스를 많이 이용한다. 그리고 벽지지역의 통원은 공공 교통수단의 제한성에도 불구하고 병.의원이 집중한 상위 중심지를 방문한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the regional characteristics on traveler's mode choice - private car, bus, and subway - by developing multinomial legit model for commuting and shopping trips respectively. In results, this study argues that the regional characteristics affecting commuting trips are very different from those influencing shopping trips. The research on the regional characteristics and their impact on the individuals' travel mode choice can find these variables have a significance.

Financing, manpower support and tax are the most popular tools for policy for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This paper, however, will introduce information analysis support for SMEs and will prove that can be a good tool. The information analysis support means the support of technology and market information for the technology development or commercialization of SMEs. Therefore, the support is a customized one. In the theory domain, we adopt and prove two theoretical grounds as an SMEs policy such as market and system failure. In the policy tool domain, we suggest four requirements to be an SMEs policy and prove the tool to satisfy these requirements. All the data and proofs are from a government research institute called K.

CVM (Contingent Valuation Method) has been most widely used for valuation of public libraries. However, there have been a debate on the validity of CVM in that many kind of biases could exist due to its hypothetical nature, the type of questions, payment vehicles and so on. To ensure the validity and reliability of public library valuation, this study analyzed the effects of payment vehicles to valuation using CVM. Three types of payment vehicle, tax, donation, fee were used to pay in hypothetical market. As a result, these payment vehicles estimated the different WTP and donation produced 14,542 won, which is the highest WTP.

인터넷은 컴퓨터와 네트워크의 가상공간을 통하여 그 개방성과 뛰어난 확장성으로 전자상거래의 기본수단이 되고 있으며 경이로운 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 이에 따라 현재 전세계는 전자상거래가 폭발적으로 성장하는 시기를 맞이하고 있다. 일본에서도 최근 일본정부가 2005년까지 초고속인터넷을 3000만 가구에 보급할 계획을 세우고 있는 등 인터넷의 고속화가 빠르게 진전되고 있고, 이용자의 인터넷 접속요금도 저가격화로 변화함에 따라 전자상거래 이용지도 급속도로 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 그리고 TV를 이용한 게임기나 인터넷 전용머신이라는 컴퓨터 이외의 디지털기기로 인터넷을 이용하는 등 전자상거래 이용수단도 다양화될 것이며, 또한 디지털 텔레비전과의 제휴를 통하여 디지털데이터방송을 활용한 전자상거래도 활발히 이루어질 전망이다. 이에 따라 일본의 전자상거래시장의 급속한 성장과 함께 결제수단도 다양화되고 있다. 전자상거래의 결제수단으로서는 현금, 우편환, 은행입금, 수표 외 전자상거래의 특유의 결제수단이라고 할 수 있는 전자화폐, 인터넷뱅킹, E-Debit 등이 있다. 이 가운데 전자화폐는 일반적으로 유통성, 양도가능성, 범용성, 익명성 등 현금이 가지고 있는 기능을 갖추고 있을 뿐만 아니라 원격지송금성, 수송상의 비용절감, 금액의 분할 및 통합의 유연성, 전자성 등의 특징을 갖고 있으며 현금의 단점을 보완하는 기능도 있기 때문에, 앞으로 신용카드를 대체하는 차세대 전자결제수단으로 등장할 것이 확실시된다. 따라서 본고에서는 현재 일본 내의 다양한 주체들에 의하여 개발 실험되고 있는 전자화폐에 의한 결제시스템을 개관함으로써 우리나라에서도 일본과 같은 다양한 전자화폐에 의한 결제시스템의 개발 실험 도입이 절실함을 제안하였다.
