  • We analysis the structure of Song $I-y\u{o}ng's$ Armillary Clock, a Korean National Treasure (No. 230) that is displayed at Korea University Museum. This Armillary Clock is only one remained in east Asia, but does not working because some parts had been broken away. We measured this remains and reconstructed a working model of the astronomical armillary sphere system of the his armillary clock, which system is consisted of Solar and lunar moving devices.

  • 현재 제주도의 주 수입원이 관광과 수자원이 되어감에 따라 용천수의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 그러나 용천수의 관리에 문제가 발생하고 있어 이번 논문에서는 용천수 주변지역 원형 복원을 위한 송이 활용기법을 주제로 삼고 있으며 이번 실험을 통해 용천수 관리의 방안을 제시해 보고자 한다.

Microencapsulation of 1-Octen-3-ol with Potato Starch (감자전분을 이용한 1-Octen-3-ol의 미세캡슐화)

  • 송이 향을 오랫동안 유지하기 위한 기초자료를 얻을 목적으로 일반적으로 많이 이용되는 감자전분을 matrix로 사용하여 송이 향의 주성분인 1-octen-3-ol을 미세캡슐화 하는 조건을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 전분농도5.5% 이하 용액의 점도는 $60^{\circ}C$에서 420 cP이하를 나타내었고 6.0% 이상의 용액은 820cP 이상을 나타내어 이 농도를 경계하여 점도의 변화가 뚜렷하게 구별되었다. 균질화하기 전과 후의 감자전분용액의 점도변화에서는 감자전분에 emulsifier와 1-octen-3ol을 첨가하여 균질화한 에멀젼 용액의 점도가 균질화하기 전 용액의 점도보다1/2 이하 값을 나타내어 균질화 공정이 용액의 점도를 낮추었다. 감자전분용액의 농도가 높을수록 1-octen-3-ol의 잔존량이 많았다.

  • Ecotourism is defined as a responsible form of tourism which provide minimum influence on the environment and regional society and maximizes economic benefits and satisfies tourists. So the goal of ecotourism are provide tourism, generate environmental conservation, and residents' economic benefits. The purposes of this study were to emamine visitors' characteristics and ecotourism goals which are providing tourism, environmental conservation, and regional economic benefits through 'Bonghwa Pine Mushroom Festival'.

  • An epidemic of the white dusty covering of grape clusters and canes by dust-like particles occurred in many vineyards near Gimcheon, Gyeongbuk area since 2000. Although the covering was severe, it seldom resulted in appreciable damage to vine health except drastical reduction of grape quality. It appears that the abnormal growth of a resident yeast Hanseniaspora (Kloeckera) sp. is related to the white dusty covering on the grape surface.

  • One alkaloid derivatives, one amide and two steroids were isolated from the fruit bodies of Tricholoma matsutake. The structures were determinded as adenosine, methyl trans-cinnamate, ergosterol and ergosta-4, 6, 8 (14), 22-tetraen-3-one, respectively, on the basis of spectroscopic data.
