Feedback-RFC Model to Individualize Heartbeat Standards (개인별 심박수 기준을 설정하기 위한 피드백-RFC 모델)

  • Many of the wearable smart fitness devices provide services related to users' heartbeat rates. These services use fixed standards which have been pre-determined based on statistical data. However, because body conditions significantly differ between individuals, the services applying fixed standards to all individuals are not reliable. This paper proposes the Feedback-RFC model which adapts heartbeat standards to individual users' exercise abilities and also proposes a method to implement the model. This paper also shows the effectiveness of the Feedback-RFC model by collecting heartbeat data from 12 participants and evaluating the model with the data.

  • With the advance of network and software infrastructure, Grid-computing technology on a cluster of heterogeneous computing resources becomes pervasive. Grid computing is required a coordinated use of an assembly of distributed computers, which are linked by WAN. As the number of grid system components increases, the probability of failure in the grid computing is higher than that in a traditional parallel computing. To provide the robustness of grid applications, fault detection is critical and is essential elements in design and implementation. In this paper, a OGSA based process fault-detection services presented to provide high reliability under low network traffic environment.

  • In this paper, we propose a new SCADE-based integrated simulator for aircraft mid-air collision avoidance. The new simulator is designed to provide a convenient simulation environment for analyzing the limitations of the existing collision avoidance system(CAS) and for realizing more realistic collision environment into the CAS performance evaluation. Furthermore, we have developed a scenario editor for TCAS-II performance analysis to simulate actual flight environment which is difficult to experiment. The performance of the proposed simulator for typical collision scenarios is demonstrated by simulation using the proposed scenario editor.

  • There have been many researches to detect and recover from faults on smart home environment, because these faults should lower its reliability. while, most of these researches have addressed functional defects of devices or software malfunction, few attempts have been made to deal with faults which may occur due to the inter relationships among devices. In this paper, we define the relationships among devices as rules, and propose a method for generating fault diagnosis knowledge which defines the symptoms and causes of faults. We classify the contexts of devices into two sets, depending on whether it satisfies the rules or not. when this method is applied to smart home environment, it is feasible not only to detect faults that may occur due to the relationships among devices but to identify their causes at real time.

  • This paper describes designs about the power system of KITSAT-4 satellite. The KITSAT-4 power system is mainly composed of power stage and control stage. The power stage is a 200〔W〕 buck converter and control stages are hardware controller and software controller The hardware controller is PPT(Peak Power Tracker), battery voltage controller and software controller is battery current controller and direct duty controller. So the operation of power system has many advantages in that it can select controller according to reliable control and precise control. The controller design methods are presented and the small signal analyses are performed to verify system stability.

An Improved Co-training Method without Feature Split (속성분할이 없는 향상된 협력학습 방법)

  • In many applications, producing labeled data is costly and time consuming while an enormous amount of unlabeled data is available with little cost. Therefore, it is natural to ask whether we can take advantage of these unlabeled data in classification teaming. In machine learning literature, the co-training method has been widely used for this purpose. However, the current co-training method requires the entire features to be split into two independent sets. Therefore, in this paper, we improved the current co-training method in a number of ways, and proposed a new co-training method which do not need the feature split. Experimental results show that our proposed method can significantly improve the performance of the current co-training algorithm.

  • The objective of this paper is to show how digital signal processing experiment(DSPE) was designed and to present its experimental results in orbit and on the ground. The multi-missional and flexible DSPE was designed in a reliable manner. Among several experiments executed in orbit and on the ground, a high-speed(19.2kbps) software modulator experiment was discussed in this paper. A 32bit floating-type TMS320C30, which was developed for commercial purposes, was used on LEO micro-satellites, KITSAT-1 and KITSAT-2. This digital signal processor(DSP) can be applied to the various payloads of the next generation satellites.

  • Nowadays, double-system of TFM(Track-side Functional Modules) developed instead of single-system in use of high speed line to acquisition more availability. Safety Law for Railroad recommend to quality certification of development and general railway machines. It is important to select metrics which form the bases for testing software products. A number of package software development part do not open source cords, so testing external characteristic vectors having relationship with metrics. In this paper, review the process for the TFM Point Modules, Universal Modules and Switchers, think about the test methode of circuit boards output performance by using TFM tester and Simulators.

  • 본 연구는 Zeigler가 제안한 이산 사건 시스템 형식론(DEVS: Discrete Event System Specification)을 이용한 거시적 및 미시적 교통류 시뮬레이션 방법론의 개발을 주 목적으로 한다. 도로 교통망의 모델링 방법은 미시적(microscopic)방법과 거시적(macroscopic)방법으로 분류된다. 이러한 모델링 방법들은 그 목적에 따라 각기 표현되어 제각기 사용되어 왔으나, 시스템 이론적으로 이들은 독립적 모델이 아니며 오히려 이들은 서로 동질적 추상화 관계에 있어서, 통합 모델링 환경의 구축시 미시적 모델들로부터 추상화에 의한 거시적 모델의 자동생성 등 설계상의 효율뿐 아니라 모델간의 일관성을 통한 모델 유효성을 보장할 수 있는 장점이 제공될 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 서로 다른 표현 방법(즉, 이산시간 형식론과 이산사건 형식론)간의 통합 표현을 기반으로 양자간의 추상화 관계를 도출하고, 이를 이용한 모델 추상화를 통해 거시적 및 미시적 교통류 시뮬레이션 방법론을 제안한다. 시스템 이론적 접근을 토대로 접근한 통합 교통류 시뮬레이션 환경은 미국 Berkeley 대학 교통 연구소에서 개발한 SHIFT 등과 같은 최첨단 교통류 시뮬레이션 도구에 비하여 SES/MB를 기반을 시스템 이론적이며 소프트웨어공학적인 접근을 통하여, 1) 기존 제어 방식의 검증 및 신뢰도 분석, 2) 각종 사건, 사고의 시간별 파급효과 분석, 3) 도로건설 계획안에 대한 타당성 검토, 4) 운전자 및 관리자를 위한 예측된 교통정보 등을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A Study on the Extension of TTCN using Object-Oriented Model (객체 지향 모형을 이용한 TTCN 확장에 관한 연구)

  • This paper extends TTCN, a conformance test notation, using object oriented concepts including object, class and inheritance. In distributed system environments, since test systems that should test the implementations for application protocols whether they conform to the standard protocol include protocol test behaviours executed in parallel, the converntional TTCN can't describe whole thest suites explicitly. ISO is working the extension of TTCN including parallel notations, but concurrently if TTCN could be applied by the object model that regards a parallel test component as a object, we would gain the advantages of reliability and software reusability, and make TTCN a test language.
