Among domestic car carrier operating shipping companies, some shipping companies are operating a stowage planning system that is installed and executed on a computer, and most shipping companies are executing stowage plans with documents such as Excel. In accordance with the Act on Punishment of Serious Disasters, terminal operators are required to establish and operate a safety and health management system such as manpower and budget necessary for disaster prevention, and establish and implement measures to prevent recurrence in the event of a disaster. In the case of domestic coastal ships, an information system for the purpose of managing cargo loading, securing, and inspection processes is not in operation. It presents functional elements that meet the service requirements for information systems for more efficient execution of ship loading and unloading services at port. Domestic car ferries do not operate a dedicated information system for cargo loading and management, It is impossible to arrange according to the cargo type and quantity at the time of cargo reservation due to restrictions such as the need to comply with the cargo layout drawings in advance approved by the Korean Register. For this reason, this is a study to utilize similar information systems in operation in container ships and terminals for the purpose of improving cargo shipment management tasks for car ferries.

This The main objective of the study is to examine success clues of the firm influenced by top manager(Masayoshi Sohn) who belongs to Korean-Japanese third generation diaspora. A company's management style depends greatly on the value of its top manager, who also affects success and failure of the firm. SOFTBANK's management style could be influenced by the identity and values of Masayoshi Sohn. The results of the study are as follows ; firstly, his firm remains born-global firm owing to his global value rooted from his de-ethnification and studying in America. Secondly, the firm has challenge spirit owing to his experience of overcoming discrimination and repression during childhood time. and his role model 'Ryoma". Thirdly, there is a roly poly spirit in his firm because he has overcome complex coming from Korean-Japanese third generation diaspora. Finally, his company has human-oriented management philosophy because he has influenced a lot form his grand mother, Won-Cho Lee who emphasized much on human-beings. His identity and values have infiltrated Softbank's management style, which has led to the success of the company. This study will provide you with different viewpoints on the study for Korean-Japanese third generation diaspora. Especially, this study can be meaningful in which it is a study on the third generation of Korean-Japanese diaspora and the global corporations he is running since there are few such studies up to now.

In de-noising, it is wellknown that wavelet-thresholding algorithm shows near-optimal performances in the minimax sense. However, the wavelet-thresholding algorithm is difficult in realization it on hardware, such as FPGA, because of wavelet function complexity. In this paper, we present a new do-noising technique with the binary tree structured filter bank, which is based on the signal power ratio of each subbands to the total signal power. And we realize it on FPGA. For simple realization, the filter banks are designed by Hadamard transform coefficients. The simulation and hardware experimental results show that the performance of the proposed method is similar with that of soft thresholding de-noising algorithm based on wavelets, nevertheless it is simple.

일본 총무성은 2010년 6월 30일 SIM 잠금해제에 대한 가이드라인을 발표하여, SIM 잠금 정책을 구제화 하였다. 이를 통해 2011년 4월 이후 출시되는 단말부터 이동전화사업자는 이용자의 요구가 있는 경우 SIM 잠금을 해제해야 한다. 이것은 지금까지의 갈라파고스 신드롬으로 불리는 기술 국수주의를 극복하고, 이동통신소비자들의 선택권을 확대하는 동시에 통신사업자들의 시장경쟁을 활성화하기 위한 조치의 일환으로 볼 수 있다. 그러나 NIT 도코모와 KDDI는 총무성의 SIM 잠금해제 정책에 긍정적인 입장을 취하는 반면, 소프트뱅크 모바일은 자사의 아이폰 가입자를 도코모로 유인하려는 의도로 생각하여 반대의 입장을 표명하고 있어 총무성의 SIM 잠금 해제 정책이 일본의 이동통신시장에 미치는 효과가 어느 정도일지는 지속적으로 지켜볼 필요가 있다.
