Korea's seas have the potentials of dispute against China or Japan due to the overlap of the territorial waters and EEZ. In case of marine accidents, the nature of the sea tends to eliminate much of the track, making it another hardship in evidence adoption in case of an international dispute along with the false entries of fishing vessels' journals. Marine Digital Forensics Protects the functions of computers and IT appliance on vessels and extracts evidence of voyage and accidents to resolve international dispute. The digital evidence, if tampered with its integrity, my lead to the rejection to a critical claim or may even fail to make a case. As a solution, this thesis suggests Marine Digital Forensics as a way to extract evidence and prove a claim. This may be utilized as means of scientific investigation on sea as overseas exchange increases and the vessels digitalize, leading to a solution in international disputes that may occur in the future.

In order to investigate the degree of grain shedding of red rices collected in Korea, breaking tensile and breaking bending strengths of 269 varieties; 82 Korean and 100 foreign red rices and 87 Korean cultivars including 26 native varieties, 30 Japonica-Indica hybrids and 31 Japonica type varieties, were measured at harvest time. Also, histological characteristics of abscission region between spikelet and pedicel were observed. The breaking tensile and breaking bending strengths of both Korean and foreign red rices were weaker than those of Japonica-Indica hybrids which were known as easily shedding varieties in Korea. Abscission layers were observed in the majority of Korean red rices except for 5 varieties, and those of all varieties belonging to both long grain types and 'Sare's were cracked completely at harvest time, while those of round grain types were not cracked except one variety. The breaking tensile and breaking bending strengths of the tested varieties having cracked abscission layer were weaker than those of non-cracked ones. Both strengths of breaking tensile and breaking bending were positively correlated with diameter of supporting zone and thickness of sclerenchyma tissue surrounding central vascular tissue of suporting zone at 0.1% significant level, respectively.

To increase the oxidation-resistance of graphite substrate, we have tried to form SiC film on its surface by Sol-Gel method. TEOS(Tetraethyl orthosilicate) and phenol resin have been used as silicon(Si) and carbon(C) sources, respectively. In order to know the effect of the TEOS Sol concentration on the forming of SiC film, we have taken 5 different $H_2O$/TEOS mol ratios of 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10. And the coating states of SiC on the graphite substrate have been analyzed with X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope (SEM), and we have obtained about 5${\mu}m$, 12${\mu}m$, 7${\mu}m$, 7${\mu}m$ and 2 ${\mu}m$ as the thickness of SiC coating layers, respectively. For also knowing the oxidation resistance the SiC coated graphites at $1600^{\circ}C$ were heated again at $1000^{\circ}C$ under air atmosphere for 1 hr, and as a result we have received the weight losses of 26.17%, 20.97%, 17.28%, 21.73% and 28.13%, respectively.

In recent years, the structure of the population has been changing rapidly, with a declining birthrate and aging population, and the inequality of population distribution is expanding. At this point, changes in population estimation methods are required, and more accurate estimates are needed at the subregional level. This study aims to estimate the population in 2040 at the 500m grid level by applying an explainable machine learning to Busan in order to respond to this need for a change in population estimation method. Comparing the results of population estimation by applying the explainable machine learning and the cohort component method, we found that the machine learning produces lower errors and is more applicable to estimating areas with large population changes. This is because machine learning can account for a combination of variables that are likely to affect demographic change. Overestimated population values in a declining population period are likely to cause problems in urban planning, such as inefficiency of investment and overinvestment in certain sectors, resulting in a decrease in quality in other sectors. Underestimated population values can also accelerate the shrinkage of cities and reduce the quality of life, so there is a need to develop appropriate population estimation methods and alternatives.

빗물펌프장은 지역침수로 인한 피해를 방지 또는 최소화시키는 것을 목적으로 한 비상 시설물이며 재해대책 시설로서 그 중요성이 커지고 있다. 여기에 그 시스템 운영에 있어서 중추적인 역할을 담당하는 기계, 전기설비 시스템의 최적화, 효율 화는 필수적이며 설비 자체의 안전과 시스템 운전안전 확보가 우선되므로 과잉설비로 계획되어 경제적인 시스템 구축이 간과될 소지가 많다.

청소년시기에는 신체적인 급성장과 함께 성에 대한 인식이 비로소 진지하게 싹트기 시작하는데 이때 확립된 청소년의 성인식은 나중에 성인이 되었을 때 그 사람의 성관(性觀), 성행동을 지배하게 된다. 무엇보다 왜곡된 성인식을 아무런 여과없이 전달받은 청소년이라면 나중엔 잠재적인 성폭력 가해자로 전이될 소지가 높다. 그렇기 때문에 청소년시기의 성인식과 바람직한 성교육은 매우 중요하다. 따라서 연재기획으로 우리나라 청소년의 성문화를 진단해보고 바람직한 성문화를 가꾸기 위한 대안으로서의 성교육을 모색해 보기로 한다.

부당공동행위 관련제도의 전반적인 변화과정에서 논란의 소지가 있는 과징금 및 손해배상제도에 대한 경제적.법리적 분석을 통하여 부당공동행위에 대한 실질적이고 합리적인 규제의 틀을 모색할 필요가 있다. 나아가 과징금부과처분에 대한 관련 취소청구소송사례들에서 나타난 재량권 남용과 일탈을 줄이기 위한 적절한 방안도 모색되어야 한다.
