Abstract
To increase the oxidation-resistance of graphite substrate, we have tried to form SiC film on its surface by Sol-Gel method. TEOS(Tetraethyl orthosilicate) and phenol resin have been used as silicon(Si) and carbon(C) sources, respectively.
