Online news has replaced the traditional newspaper and has brought about a profound transformation in the way we access and share information. News websites have had the ability for users to post comments for quite some time, and some have also begun to crowdsource reactions to news articles. The field of sentiment analysis seeks to computationally model the emotions and reactions experienced when presented with text. In this work, we analyze more than 100,000 news articles over ten categories with five user-generated emotional annotations to determine whether or not these reactions have a mathematical correlation to the news body text and propose a simple sentiment analysis algorithm that requires minimal preprocessing and no machine learning. We show that it is effective even for a morphologically complex language like Korean.

With the emergence of indirect procurement, it has become a global trend for companies to outsource their maintenance, repair, and operating (MRO) supplies to procurement service providers (PSPs). Due to the variety of MRO items, evaluation of numerous suppliers in various industries is a particularly complex task for PSPs. Due to this complexity, many PSPs still evaluate and select suppliers based on the sourcing managers' subjective knowledge. Through the case of adopting a supplier evaluation system, this research is to find the managerial issues organizations should consider when they transform sourcing managers' knowledge into the system. We interpret the issues based on the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework. This case conclusively shows the importance of positive feedback loop between the users and the information system for the performance improvement of the system.

We investigated perceptual similarity and the difference between client and vendor in information technology (IT) outsourcing projects. Specifically, we focused on each player's perception of how the fit of governance and peripheral knowledge affects the performance of IT project outsourcing. For 107 IT projects, we surveyed both client and vendor in the same IT projects and compared the responses of each side. Through a dyadic analysis, we first found that both client and vendor put more weight on the vendor's peripheral knowledge than that of the client as a positive influencer of project performance. However, regarding the governance style of an IT project, client and vendor showed completely different perspectives. The client believed that the vendor's peripheral knowledge positively contributes to the performance of IT project under the governance of outcome control. However, the vendor showed that its peripheral knowledge creates synergy effects under the governance of process control. Our interpretation of the perceptual similarity and difference between client and vendor delivers managerial implications for businesses that process IT projects.

중소벤처기업은 기술에 의지하여 시장에서 경쟁한다. 하지만, 혁신적인 기술아이템을 보유했다 하더라도 혼자만의 힘으로 사업 성공을 이루어 내기 위해서는 난관과 장애가 많은 것이 현실. 이와 같은 현실을 파악하고 전자부품연구원(KETI, www.keti.re.kr, 원장 서영주)에서는 90년대 후반부터 단순한 R&D 수준을 넘어 비즈니스마인드를 접목한 'R&BD'를 통해 중소벤처기업을 지원하기 위한 다양한 사업을 해오고 있다. 석박사 이상의 400여명의 연구 인력과 고급 R&D 인프라를 바탕으로 기술개발 외에 기술평가와 투자유치 지원, 생산 아웃소싱, 국내외 마케팅, 대기업과의 공동협력 등 중소벤처기업의 사업 전 과정을 하나의 시스템으로 구성하여 지원하고 있다. 기술혁신과 활성화로 기술경쟁력 제고에 기여하는 전자부품연구원. 중소벤처기업의 기술개발에서부터 기술 사업화 등 다양한 지원내용을 소개한다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 인프라를 사용할 때 사용자의 민감한 정보가 포함된 데이터를 사용하게 될 수 있다. 데이터를 아웃소싱하여 처리하는 경우 클라우드 제공자가 데이터 처리자로서 사용자의 데이터에 접근해야 한다. 사용자는 데이터를 처리하는 과정에서 행하는 클라우드 제공자의 동작을 알 수 없으므로 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 사용하는 것을 불안해하게 되고 공개를 해도 되는 일부의 데이터만을 사용하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 통해 연산을 수행하는 환경에서 사용자의 데이터를 보호하기 위한 연구의 일환으로써, 시스템 및 환경을 정의하고 주로 발생할 수 있는 정보보호 위협을 정리하였다. 또한 현재 연구가 진행되고 있는 SMPC(Secure Multi-Party Computation)을 소개하고 이를 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 통해 연산을 수행하는 환경에 적용하기 위해 고려해야 할 사항들을 제시하며, 향후 연구 방향을 모색한다.

지도 학습을 하기 위해선 레이블이 부착된 데이터셋이 필요하다. 크라우드소싱 서비스를 통해 데이터셋을 구축하는데 다수의 주석자(Annotator)가 관여한다. 다수의 주석자가 레이블을 할당하고 과반수인 레이블을 최종 정답으로 결정한다. 이 과정에서 최종 정답과 다른 후보 레이블의 정보가 누락된다. 이를 완화하고 목표 작업에 대한 성능을 높이기 위해 후보 레이블에 대한 정보를 반영하는 멀티 디코더 모델을 제안한다. KLUE-TC, SNLI, MNLI 데이터셋으로 정량적 성능 평가를 수행하였으며 실험한 데이터셋 모두 일괄적인 성능 향상을 보였다.

The purpose of this study is to present an effective management model for planning phase of architect office in korea. The research method of this study includes a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. The results of this study are as follows; The suggested model for planning and management involves business strategy, manpower strategy, technical strategy and marketing strategy. It is verified by correlation analysis and multiple linear regression from the questionnaire survey data.

Outsourcing, importing of publishing metadata and revitalizing copy cataloging have reduced importance of traditional cataloging. Request of interoperability between other communities and business integration of related system also have changed the meaning of library catalog. Furthermore, newly declared principle and rules are totally different to existing AACR, MARC, measures to cataloging education for next generation seems to be urgently needed. In this study, firstly put together a series of discussion about future cataloging and new role of cataloging librarian, and secondly basis on it, suggest direction of cataloging education course which divided two sectors. One is for students who are undergraduated, and another is for current cataloger at working level. In basic training, it should contain principle of knowledge organization and diverse resources and its relationship, encoding scheme and its practice. The other hand, in re-education training, it should include that re-recognition about new concept of bibliographic world, changing vocabulary and encoding scheme, furthermore metadata scheme about diverse resources which library have accepted, and its integration.

Libraries are founded to ensure the intellectual freedom of citizens, and citizens have the right to confidentiality regarding their needs, information access, and information use. Protecting users' privacy is critical to safeguarding their freedom of speech, freedom of thought, and freedom of assembly. Libraries and librarians should seriously concern themselves with their users' privacy because protecting this privacy is part of their most important mission, and, in doing so, users can truly enjoy their intellectual freedom. This study extensively investigated and analyzed the possibility of privacy invasion that may occur in libraries. As a result, cases of potential invasion of privacy in libraries were summarized in the following three categories: violations occurring in the process of national or law agencies' enforcement operations; violations occurring in the process of routine library services such as circulation, reference, online searching etc.; and violations occurring by outsourcing library services.

IT 거버넌스(Governance)는 IT 관련 의사결정에 있어서 기업 내부 주체들의 권한과 책임, 의사결정 조직체계와 프로세스, 의사소통 방법, 의사결정 실현 체계, 조정과 통제, 그리고 의사결정에 대한 사후 평가 등을 통틀어 일컫는 말이다. IT가 기업 경영의 필수 인프라로 인식되고, 기업의 경쟁력 제고의 핵심 역량으로 자리잡으면서 IT 거버넌스의 중요성은 점차커지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 주요 대기업들의 IT 거버넌스를 분석하였다. 4개의 국내 대기업들에 대한 심층 인터뷰를 바탕으로, 이들 기업들이 어떤 조직 체계와 과정, 의사소통 체계, 그리고 성과 측정 방법 등을 가지고 IT 관련 의사결정을 하는지를 살펴보았다. 국내 대기업들은 IT 서비스를 전문적으로 제공하는 IT 서비스 계열사를 이용하여 IT 기능을 아웃소싱하고 있었으며, IT 관련 최종 의사결정은 IT 전문 조직이 아닌 비즈니스를 담당하고 있는 경영자들이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 국내 대기업들의 IT 서비스에 대한 계약과 성과 측정은 서비스 수준 협약을 통해 이루어지고 있었으며, 국제적으로 인정되고 있는 프로젝트 관리 방법론과 균형성과 기록표 등도 널리 사용하고 있었다. 이러한 연구는 국내 대기업 내의 IT 서비스 전문 기업들의 미래 역할 정립과 정부 기관이나 공기업들의 IT 거버넌스 체계 확립에 있어서 벤치마킹 근거로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 국내 대기업들의 IT 거버넌스 체계의 효율성 등을 측정하기 위한 기초 자료로 이용될 수 있다.
