This paper aims to confirm the necessity of the consignment system in Korea's trucking market for the purpose of analyzing the difference in perception between the transportation company and the consignment owner to provide a basis for continuous development of the cargo transportation business. A survey was conducted on the current status of the domestic transportation market with transportation companies and consignment owners, and the perceptions between the two were compared and analyzed. Overall, satisfaction with the consignment system was in the order of transportation companies handling supplies, transportation companies that did not pay supplies, consignment owners belonging to supply companies, and consignment orders belonging to non-volume companies. Similar results were obtained in individual questions. In order for transport companies and consignment owners to coexist and develop in the freight car transport market, it will be necessary to prepare a strategy to increase the satisfaction of consignment owners belonging to transport companies that do not handle relatively low-satisfaction.

대부분 이진화 알고리즘은 임계치를 결정하기 위해 히스토그램을 사용하여 밝기 분포를 분석한다. 배경과 물체의 명암 차이가 큰 경우는 분할을 위해 양봉 히스토그램으로 표현하여 최적의 임계치를 찾기 위해 히스토그램 골짜기를 선택하는 것으로도 양호한 임계치를 찾을 수 있지만 배경과 물체의 밝기 차이가 크지 않거나 밝기 분포가 양봉 특성을 보이지 않을 때는 히스토그램 분석만으로 적절한 임계치를 얻기 어렵다. 이 문제점을 개선하기 위해 삼각형 타입의 소속 함수를 적용하여 임계치를 동적으로 설정하고 영상을 이진화 하는 퍼지 이진화 방법이 제안되었다. 퍼지 이진화 방법은 소속 함수에 적용된 소속도를 a-cut에 적용하여 영상을 이진화 한다. 그러나 기존의 퍼지 이진화 방법은 a-cut값을 경험적으로 설정하기 때문에 다양한 영상을 이진화하는 과정에서 정보 손실이 많이 발생하는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 FCM 클러스터링 알고리즘을 이용하여 퍼지 이진화 방법의 a-cut값을 동적으로 설정하여 이진화하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법을 다양한 영상에 적용한 결과, 배경과 물체의 명암도 차이가 크게 나지 않는 영상의 경우에는 기존의 퍼지 이진화 방법보다 정보 손실이 적은 상태로 이진화되는 것을 확인하였다.

We conducted a survey in collaboration with the Chungcheongbuk-do Office of Education to assess the current status of collections in public libraries affiliated with the Office of Education. The objective of this survey was to identify the current challenges and determine when these libraries are expected to reach a state of collection saturation. Libraries under the jurisdiction of the Chungcheongbuk-do Office of Education are currently facing significant challenges due to severe collection saturation. This underscores the pressing need for the systematic expansion and operation of a collaborative preservation library for a swift response. In the future, it appears that the focus during the transfer process will primarily be on transferring collection-oriented materials. Given the difficulty in providing preservation facilities at individual library levels, materials with preservation value, such as rare books and specialized resources, will need to be transferred to the collaborative preservation library. Additionally, the development of policies and regulations related to material preservation seems necessary. Furthermore, when transferring materials to the collaborative preservation library in the future, it appears that criteria for material transfer will be needed, particularly concerning issues such as a decrease in usage rates for less frequently accessed materials. Subsequent research should consider conducting a survey on the collection saturation status of public libraries under local governments in order to assess the overall need for collection expansion in all public libraries within Chungcheongbuk-do.

The purpose of this study is to prepare a plan for the improvement of the tasks of record managers in offices of education by understanding the details of their work; analyzing the importance, difficulty, and performance frequency of their tasks; and investigating their working environment and the problems of record management in offices of education. For this purpose, through a literature review and an analysis of related conditions, this study drew out 5 task domains and 24 detailed record management tasks in offices of education. To investigate the level of importance, difficulty, and performance frequency of the drawn-out task domains and task factors, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on record managers working in offices of education and analyzed the survey results using the IPA technique by crossing the level of importance, difficulty, and performance frequency. Based on the survey results, to improve the tasks of record managers in offices of education, and strengthen their task competency, a plan for improvement was suggested.

This study was aimed at investigating the job characteristics and job environment of records managers who are in archives of autonomous districts, find out the problems with the management of duties for local records managers, and deduce the improvement methods that could help records managers more efficiently perform their duties. Through literature review, the study investigated the concept of basic autonomous districts, the allocated summary and duties of records managers through with basic autonomous districts, and the present conditions and duties of the archives through autonomous Gu offices that were in study. Based on the theories of job characteristics and job environment factors, the study drew up a survey that encompasses the present demographic summary, job characteristics, job environment, and working conditions.

In this study, Q methodology was applied to investigate the subjective evaluation of department jumpers and characteristics of each type of recognition for college students. As a result of analyzing, they were classified into three types. Type 1 was recognized that the department jumper plays a role of giving a sense of belonging to the department and promoting the department. In addition, it was analyzed that wearing a department jumper would be cautious, but the activities were comfortable and people around me gave good evaluations and thought it had the effect of enhancing my confidence. In the case of type 2, the department jumper was satisfied because it was an easy-to-work and non-fashionable design, and was always worn when going to university. Type 3 was a type that gives a sense of belonging when wearing the department jumper, and that it was good for the department jumper to follow the fashion. It is thought that a department jumper with a good fit should be developed by reflecting the physical characteristics, showing the image or symbolism, so that the department jumper of college students can function as a uniform.

Purpose: This exploratory study aims to identify various factors influencing the level of nursing professionalism among nursing students. Methods: This study surveyed 246 senior nursing students in U city with a structured self-report questionnaire analyzed with SPSS 22.0. Results: The average scores for clinical practice learning environment, self-leadership, clinical practice belonging, and nursing professionalism were 3.16, 3.77, 3.53, and 3.60, respectively. There were significant differences in nursing professionalism according to the subjects' satisfaction with the nursing major and satisfaction with the amount of nursing. The most significant factors affecting nursing professionalism included clinical practice learning environment (${\beta}=.40$, p<.001), self-leadership (${\beta}=.21$, p=.001), and clinical practice belonging (${\beta}=.16$, p=.011). These variables explained 39% of the total variance in nursing professionalism. Conclusion: Clinical practice learning environment, self-leadership, and clinical practice belonging are factors in the nursing professionalism of senior nursing students. Collaborative efforts by universities and clinics are needed to improve the clinical training environment and to produce good nurses. Particularly since few studies have been conducted in Korea on clinical practice belonging, it is meaningful to explore how clinical practice belonging affects nursing professionalism.

Complicated political situation still plagues charter schools despite their innovative education. Nevertheless, they experienced growth around 2011, yet only a few studies have explored why they had expanded from the political viewpoints. Therefore, using political institutions and political market framework, this study investigated the relationship between political institutions and charter school growth in the US(United States). To do so, this study conducted multiple regression analyses of school growth measured by the number of schools allowed, implementation points, and guaranteed funding. The findings revealed that only governors' partisanship has a significant influence on the number of schools. Moreover, supportive privatization organizations, governors' partisanship, and per capita income affects implementation points. Meanwhile, regarding guaranteed fiscal funding for the charter schools, the teachers' union enrollment rate, governors' partisanship, and per capita income are crucially influential. Finally, the results confirmed that political institutions are also important for education.

This study aims to analyze the research trends of English-language journals in Korean studies published in Korea. Data were collected from four English journals in Korean studies indexed in A&HCI and SCOPUS. A total of 1,840 were selected, including 768 articles of the Korea Journal, 466 articles of The Review of Korean Studies, 285 articles of the Seoul Journal of Korean Studies, and 321 articles of the Acta Koreana, in connection with content analysis, author analysis, author keyword frequency analysis, and topic modeling. In results, the domain research of Korean studies is Humanities, followed by Social Science, and Arts and Kinesiology. These three sectors have grown significantly in publishing numbers since 2000. The subject period of the study is in the order of the modern period, late Joseon, and Japanese colonial period. Authors from domestic affiliations made up 73.34% of the total, but the proportion of authors belonging to foreign institutions continued to increase. As for author keywords, 'Korea'(41), 'Buddhism'(20), 'Koreanwar'(18), and 'Joseon'(18) were derived as top keywords. In topic modeling, six topics were identified; 'Korean culture, cultural transmission,' 'Korean modern political history,' 'Korean social democratization process,' 'Japanese colonial period,' 'Korean religious philosophy,' and 'Korean ancient history.' Through this study, it was possible to identify the interests in and research areas of the recent international academic community of Korean studies.

We propose a modified splitting method to obtain an initial codebook, which is used to design a codebook. The principle of the proposed method is that the more representative vectors are assigned to the class, which has the mere member training vectors or a lower squared error. The conventional K-means algorithm and the method provided from reference (5) are used to estimate the performance of the designed codebook. In thin work, the proposed method shows better results than the conventional splitting method in all experiments.
