SNS-based Site connected with shopping Using Avatar (아바타를 활용한 SNS 기반 쇼핑 연계 사이트)

  • This paper is implemented new styled site to combine community of blog style for SNS and shopping mall. Especially, this site is included simulation of coordination in fashion with avatar model. It makes indirect experience of clothing and user-friendly user interface that is different to other Web sites or shopping malls. So this avatar is designed and implemented by using flash animation technique that makes confirm possible coordination styles with eyes of client instantly and review goods very easily. Additionally, it makes pay attention to connect shopping malls and service convenience by SNS.

  • Metaverse shopping has emerged as a new phenomenon in social commerce. This study aims to investigate the user experience of metaverse stores shopping based on the S-O-R model. The results of the study show that telepresence, entertainment, personalized recommendation, and social interaction have significant positive effects on flow experience and satisfaction in metaverse shopping. Additionally, satisfaction and flow experience are shown to have significant positive effects on user intentions. This study provides valuable implications for the design and management of metaverse stores to improve user experience and increase user intention.

  • Google, Yahoo, Daum and Naver has the POI(point of interest) service. And POI on the map is expending to social commerce, SNS, social game and social shopping. At the same time the uses's position on the map is the starting point of the Humanities Story. That means our current position is the place for stories of tales, children's song, fictional characters, the film background, lyrics and the birth of great people. This study points out that service has the limited to cafe, restaurant and hospital, and suggests the Humanities fusion Map Service which is combined with the POI information.

The Effect of Shopping Value on Fashion Shopping Satisfaction and Future Behavioral Intention in Fashion Social Commerce (패션 소셜커머스에서 쇼핑가치가 패션쇼핑 만족 및 미래 행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated the effect of consumers' shopping value in social commerce on consumers' fashion shopping satisfaction and future behavioral intention. Respondents were limited to consumers aged 20 to 39 who had recently purchased fashion products through social commerce over the last month. The final analysis used 318 samples. Descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model were conducted. The results are as follows. First, hedonic and utilitarian shopping value significantly influenced consumers' fashion shopping satisfaction in social commerce. Hedonic shopping value was more strongly related to fashion shopping satisfaction. Second, fashion shopping satisfaction in social commerce had an effect on behavioral intention and SNS word-of-mouth. Behavioral intention consisted of repurchase intention and recommend intention. SNS word-of-mouth intention represented word-of-mouth intention using SNS such as Facebook and Twitter. When consumers were satisfied with their shopping experience, they were willing to have re-patronage intentions and SNS word-of-mouth intention. The results suggested that social commerce should try to raise consumers' fashion shopping satisfaction in social commerce and offer a pleasant experience. Also, social commerce should try to be connected to SNS such as Facebook and Twitter to increase word-of-mouth intention.

Shopping Value of the Consumers Who Purchase Fashion/Beauty Products Using Group Buying Social Commerce and Private Shopping Malls (공동구매형 소셜커머스와 프라이빗 쇼핑몰을 이용하여 패션/뷰티 제품을 구매하는 소비자들의 쇼핑 가치)

  • This study performs an investigative research on the shopping value of consumers who purchase fashion/beauty products using group buying social commerce among the types of social commerce and private shopping malls. We provide basic knowledge on consumer behavior using social commerce newly appeared as shopping channels. For the method, the research was performed by designing a sequential integration method of conducting quantitative verification after qualitative research. As a result of qualitative research, multiple shopping values have been shown as the common shopping values of consumers using two types of shopping malls. The dimensions are price, quality, convenience, interaction, information, reliability, hedonic and impulse buying values. A total of eight sub-dimensions have appeared due to performing quantitative verification on the shopping value of group buying social commerce. The dimensions are same as the results from the qualitative research. The shopping value of consumers who purchase fashion/beauty products using private shopping malls has been classified into seven dimensions (except interaction value).

Chatting-based Commerce Platform Enabling Non-Volatile Social Curation Service (비휘발적 소셜 큐레이션 서비스가 가능한 대화형 상거래 플랫폼 개발)

  • The social curation service that selectively provides information generated by individuals or groups with the same interests can have a synergistic effect when combined with the recently used SNS-based chatting function. If these kinds of chatting-based curation technologies are applied to the Internet shopping malls, particularly, buyers can obtain more reliable information in real time basis, and sellers can provide them with more differentiated and rich information in a continuous manner. This research suggests a chatting-based commerce platform that provides the social curation service based on chats among sellers, existing buyers, and potential buyers. The proposed commerce platform can organize a chat channel for each store and product not only to immediately respond to new and existing customer inquiries about stores, brands, and detailed products, but also to continuously activate differentiated sales strategies to customers subscribed to the channel. In particular, MongoDB is used to permanently save and archive the information and chatting history of each channel, so that the buyer can search and refer to them recorded in the corresponding channel at any time.

User Value Analysis in Social Commerce Using Means-End Chain Theory (수단-목적사슬이론을 이용한 소셜커머스의 사용자 가치 분석)

  • With the spread of social networks, platform-based social commerce has grown rapidly with the use of multiple smart devices. Given the rapid growth of social commerce sites such as Coupang and Ticket Monster, it is very important to understand the user's purchase decision-making process in a social commerce environment. The purpose of this study is to develop a richer understanding of the goals of users using social commerce. Second, a methodological alternative for analyzing the user's goals is introduced. In this study, laddering interview and means-end chain analysis were used. As a result of interview conducted on 40 users who have more than 6 months of purchasing experience using social commerce, a hierarchical goal map showing the user's goal structure was derived. This map contains 22 ultimate goals of social commerce, including warm relationships with others, fun and enjoyment of shopping, accomplishment, satisfaction, financial saving, and convenience. In addition, there are various paths from activities to ultimate goals, so investigating the goals pursued by users can give us insight into understanding user.

  • Social commerce is simply a kind of e-commerce by adopting SNS(Social networking service). It has been spread as SNS is widely used all over the world. In this situation, companies attempt to make the best use of social commerce to understand its advertising effect and to sell more products and/or services they provide. Although social commerce is a recent trend in Korea, it is necessary for companies to find a way to effectively adopt and utilize the social commence. Therefore, the focus of this study is to identify critical success factors for social shopping. We generated 40 items to measure 8 constructs. Using data collected from 300 respondents who have experienced both SNS and social shopping, we analyzed our model and its hypotheses. The analysis result shows that social shopping customers don't use SNS to get information when they purchase products and/or services in social shopping web sites.

Exploring Korean Collegians' Social Commerce Usage: Extending Technology Acceptance Model with Word-of-Mouth and Perceived Enjoyment (우리나라 대학생의 소셜커머스 이용에 대한 탐색: 구전효과와 인지적 즐거움으로 확장한 기술수용모형의 적용)

  • Social commerce is a combination of social media and shopping. Social commerce, based on Web 2.0 technologies, has the various potentials, which is the factor attracting customers. In Korea, collegians are more active user of social media, in turn, are estimated more active customer in social commerce context. Present research explored what made Korean collegians use social commerce with extending technology acceptance model(TAM) with word-of-mouth(WOM) and perceived enjoyment(PE). We found that WOM affected indirectly the intention to use(ITU) with mediating PE, in turn, PE has a positive effect on the all of constructs in TAM. Accordingly, TAM extended with WOM and PE is validated in social commerce context. Finally, based on the findings, implications and suggestions for future studies are discussed.

Consumer Response Change according to the Level of Personalization of Internet Shopping Mall (인터넷 쇼핑몰의 개인화 수준에 따른 소비자의 반응 변화)

  • In the flood of information, many consumers want to choose the style that is suitable for their sensibility, which is usefulness and need for personalized services have been steadily increasing. This study made a video of personalized internet shopping mall and then university students (N=170) who have been using the internet shopping mall were asked to experience this and the change in consumer response was measured. According to level of personalization, this study found difference of web-site evaluation, satisfaction/internet behavior and quality evaluations of products. With regard to preferred types of internet shopping malls and the number of access, the difference was investigated. The results are as follows. First, subjects who experienced internet shopping mall of active personalization showed higher level of active personalization. Level of passive personalization differed depending on preferred types of internet shopping malls, for example, people who prefer online apparel shopping mall were low but people who prefer complex big shopping mall and social commerce were high. Second, after experiencing internet shopping mall of active personalization, satisfaction/internet behavior and quality evaluations of products did not change but passive personalization decreased and active personalization and web-site evaluation increased. Third, the number of access to internet shopping mall positively correlated with satisfaction/internet behavior and web-site evaluation, on the other hand, active personalization negatively correlated with satisfaction/internet behavior and web-site evaluation.
