  • For tourism, Information Technology (IT) is the one of the most important factors, therefore, tourism has been open to IT. Through internet, the sources of information became extensive. Smartphone and Social Network Service (SNS) make huge changes in tourism. In line with this, Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) is developing the smart tourism system, composed of internet, smartphone, SNS, as representative of Korea tourism. In this research, KTO's main channels, internet, smartphone, SNS, of smart tourism system will be analyzed as well as the connectivity between the channels.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of social network service on the collaborative skills, collaborative satisfaction, and interaction within groups in collaborative learning. The group that used KakaoTalk, one of social network service for working on the collaborative task in the course exhibited higher collaborative skills and collaborative satisfaction (p<.05) than the group that did not use KakaoTalk. When analyzing the amount and the content of the messages produced by the group that used KakaoTalk, the amount of messages did not have an impact on the collaborative skills and collaborative satisfaction.

  • In this paper, we had tried to study advertising method of local industry in cooperation with SNS (Social Network Service). In particular, This paper analyzes the Facebook Page trying to find a way to take advantage of the local advertising. To analyse the Facebook page, I had created three Facebook pages such as at Hongik UNIV., Gangwon National UNIV., and specialities in Cuncheon cities. While I was managing the three pages, I had analyzed the results of quantities of activities, and in addition, had used NodeXL for the analysis of the network for the each page. After the analysis of the data of each page, I had found the possibility of the promotion for the successful the local advertizement associated with SNS. To verify and develop the results of my study, I had designed the " real time local advertising APP which is connected with SNS like Facebook, had created server program based on PHP, Android APP. In the future, I have found that there must be a lot of possibilities for the successful and various the local advertising methodologies by using SNS like Facebook, the operational data of the App.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among SNS users' interpersonal trust, brand image and purchase intention. A total of 335 questionnaires were collected during 6 days by Embrain online research company. Collected data were analyzed by SPSSWIN and AMOS program and frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, validity test, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed. The results of verifying the relationship among variables are as follows. First, SNS users' interpersonal trust in influencers had positively influenced by brand image. Second, brand image sold by influencers had positively influenced by purchase intention. Third, SNS users' interpersonal trust in influencers had a significant effect on purchase intention.

  • Today, with the advent and development of Social Network Service (SNS), various types of information that have been difficult to observe have been pouring out. Recently, Vertical Social Networking Service (SNS), a service that shares specific interests with users' Vertical Social Networking Service) is emerging as a major research area. Especially, various human, social and spatial characteristics can be observed through geolocation data and social data collected through mobile GPS, and it is used in various studies. In this study, we analyze the social data collected through the image - based vertical SNS Instagram, and measure the user 's experience based on the social media based on the user' s spatial context. Therefore, in this study, we investigate what types of spatial patterns exist between experiential elements of sharing experiences and geographical characteristics through social data, and examine a new model of shared experience structure through extracted data.

  • Social Network Service(SNS) has become a hot trend as a web service which helps users construct social relationships in the web and enables online communication. The information about user activities and behaviors obtained from the SNSs is expected to be an useful knowledge source for other services such as recommendation services. Most of previous researches on SNS rely on analyzing overall network topology and surveying the activities in a one-dimensional aspect. This paper propose a system for measuring multi-dimensional interaction through the activities in a SNS. The proposed system delivers an unified profile (consisting of profile and multi-dimension interaction) model from user-activities in Twitter.com. At the experimental section, some meaningful perspectives on a set of the unified profiles are described.

  • Social Network Service(SNS) indicates the service to promote mutual friendship built in online focused on social relation between people. While a demand and concern of the service gets higher now more than ever, there are a lack of the approach in aspect of both technology and service still. 'Facebook' is the most famous in the world and the biggest in user number among various social network service. We investigate the key factors of 'Facebook' based on the side of approach both technology and service. We observe the behavior of users who have rich experience on using the social network service to find it. The result of this study reveals that an asynchronous method related to the technology drive to improve a sociality in social media. Furthermore, we find that openness connected with the technology force to intent the closed attribute in service through user observation. It is the unique qualities social media holds. The successful social network service can be expected if social media are developed to concern these factors.

The Effect of Community Artifacts and Media Richness Elements on the Experiences of the Social Network Game Users : 'Anypang' Case (커뮤니티 요소와 매체 풍요도 요소가 소셜 네트워크 게임 이용자의 이용경험에 미치는 영향 : '애니팡'을 중심으로)

  • The deployment of social network service(SNS) makes the social network game(SNG) as the new value added service of SNS be popular. But, a few study had identified the reason of this popularity and the elements of SNG. Based on the social presence theory and media richness theory, we had tried to identify three community artifacts (i.e. persistent labeling, self presentation and deep profiling) and two media characteristics(i.e. vividness and interactivity) as the SNG elements in this research. Then we had empirically validated the effect of these elements on the SNGexperience (i.e. social presence, perceived enjoyment) and behavioral intentions (i.e. Continuous usage intention, willingness to pay and loyalty) of the users. We conducted a survey to the actual SNG users. 243 data were collected and analyzed by PLS algorism. The results indicated that the community artifacts mediated by the social presence and media characteristics could significantly affect on the experiences and behavioral intentions. These findings could contribute to identify what element could be the reason of social network game popularity and could also contribute to design more attractive social network game in practice.

  • Everything is coming into the world of network where modern people are living. The Internet of Things that attach sensors to objects allows real-time data transfer to and from the network. Mobile devices, essential for modern humans, play an important role in keeping all traces of everyday life in real time. Through the social network services, information acquisition activities and communication activities are left in a huge network in real time. From the business point of view, customer needs analysis begins with SNS data. In this research, we want to build an automatic collection system of SNS contents of web environment in real time using Python. We want to help customers' needs analysis through the typical data collection system of Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, which has a large number of users worldwide. It is stored in database through the exploitation process and NLP process by using the virtual web browser in the Python web server environment. According to the results of this study, we want to conduct service through the site, the desired data is automatically collected by the search function and the netizen's response can be confirmed in real time. Through time series data analysis. Also, since the search was performed within 5 seconds of the execution result, the advantage of the proposed algorithm is confirmed.

  • 페이스북 등과 같은 소셜 네트워크 서비스 (SNS: Social Network Service)가 개인 정보 공유 및 타인과의 커뮤니케이션에 빈번하게 이용됨에 따라서, 소셜 네트워크 서비스에서 사이버 스토킹이 중요한 문제가 되고 있다. 그러나, 지금까지는 온라인 소셜 네트워크 서비스에서의 사이버 스토킹 행위를 이해하기 위한 연구가 다소 부족한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 페이스북 사용자들의 사이버 스토킹 행위를 보다 더 잘 이해하기 위하여 온라인 설문조사를 수행하였다. 본 논문의 결과는 사이버스토킹에서 (1) 주로 대상이 되는 콘텐츠(예: 개인 사진)가 무엇인지, (2) 어떤 그룹이 주로 스토킹의 대상이 되는지를 보여준다. 본 논문은 이러한 결과 관찰을 통하여 어떻게 온라인에서 사용자 프라이버시를 보호할 수 있는지를 검토한다.
