화훼병해 무엇이 문제인가?

  • 국민소득의 증대와 더불어 생활수준이 향상됨에 따라 쾌적한 주거환경 조성과 정서적인 생활을 영위하기 위하여 꽃의 소비가 날로 증가하고 있고 소비추세 또한 고급 다양화되고 있다. 꽃의 재배면적이 늘어나면서 새로이 문제되는 것이 병충해의 피해로서 그 원인과 대책이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 특히, 꽃은 종류가 많아 병충해 방제가 여간 어렵지 않다. 따라서 효율적인 방제를 위해서는 정확한 진단과 예방이 매우 중요하며 철저한 병충해 방제로 소비자의 기호에 맞는 품질좋은 상품을 생산하는 것이 당면 과제가 아닌가 생각된다. 현지 농가에서 가장 많이 발생되는 병충해를 중심으로 이번호부터 4회에 걸쳐 알아본다.

Examining the Effect of Cognitive and Affective Images of a Farm Party Venue on Consumer Satisfaction and Revisit Intention (팜파티 농가에 대한 인지적 이미지와 정서적 이미지가 소비자 만족, 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of cognitive and affective images of a farm party venue on consumer satisfaction and revisit intention with a research model and hypothesis test. First, the cognitive and affective images of a farm party venue had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in the test and the cognitive image had greater impact on consumer satisfaction than the affective image had. Second, consumer satisfaction had a significant effect on the revisit intention in the test, which indicates that farm party venues are required to find a way to boost the satisfaction of tourists in order to encourage their intentions to revisit. In order to revitalize rural tourism through farm party and raise income in rural areas, it is most important that farm party venue produce images that are differentiated from other farmhouses. In order to activate the farm party for the 6th industry, it will be possible to establish images of the farmers and utilize them in promotional marketing for the promotion of rural tourism. The present study is limited in that it did not collect feedback from farm party operators in action. With this in mind, another study is planned, focusing on those farm party operators.

  • 도시 속 상업 공간에서는 공간적 위치에 따른 지리적 이점이나 판매하는 상품뿐만 아니라, 해당 공간 속에서 소비자가 느낄 수 있는 문화와 감성이 소비자가 소비를 유하게 하는 중요한 요소가 되기도 한다. ICT 서비스 환경이 자리를 잡아 감과 동시에 제4차 산업 혁명이 도래하고 있는 현대 정보화 환경 속에서 소비자들은 자신의 심리나 감성, 정서에 들어맞는 공간에 방문하며 소비하고 SNS를 통해 공유한다. SNS는 Social Network Service의 줄임말로 너무나 일반적으로 우리 일상에 들어와 있는 개념이다. SNS의 시작은 마케팅의 한 분야로 시작된 것으로 판단된다. SNS를 이용한 홍보마케팅은 21세기에 접어들면서 고객들의 주관적인 개개인의 욕구 충족과 감성을 중시하게 됨으로써 예전보다 더 복합적이며 정교해졌다. 본 연구는 SNS 데이터를 블로그, 카페, 페이스북, 인스타그램에서 지역 명칭을 키워드로 1년간 콘텐츠를 크롤링하며, 형태소 분석기를 통해 학습할 수 있도록 데이터 전처리 작업을 한다. 마지막으로 딥러닝 알고리즘인 RNN 중 LSTM을 사용하여 감성 분석 학습 모델을 만들어서 지역별 콘텐츠의 주요분야, 긍/부정을 판별한다. 이렇게 분석한 데이터를 이용해 각 지역만의 특색과 인기 분야, 비인기 분야, 더 나아가 유망한 분야를 알아본다.

Application of repeated exposure design for new product development (반복섭취 실험설계를 활용한 신제품의 시장성 평가)

  • The present article covers a brief introduction on how repeated exposure design can be utilized for developing new food products. A generic consumer taste test which measures consumer acceptance in one trial may have limitation in predicting long-term acceptability of a product. The article describes the changes in food preference and choice during the course of life from infants to elderly. Then, several possible theories that proposes to delineate the underlying mechanisms for acquiring the liking for food is introduced. The article also discusses general experimental design, case studies which adopted repeated exposure design, the limitations and rapid test methods to predict long-term acceptance.

The Influence of Consumer Need Satisfaction and Star Traits on Consumer Attachment to Star Brand and Consumer Response to Product Brand Sponsored by Star Brand (소비자 욕구충족성과 스타 속성이 스타브랜드 애착과 후원브랜드에 대한 소비자반응에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is based on recent advances in celebrity traits and self-determination researches to address how consumers develop the strong attachment to a "star brand," and the effect of consumer's attachment to star brand on evaluation of product brand sponsored by the star. We use the consumers' need satisfaction and star traits as major causal factors that influence consumer's attachment to a star brand. Specifically this article uses autonomy need, relatedness need, competence need as the dimensions of need satisfaction and expertness, trustworthiness, likeability, and similarity as the key star traits. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of these factors on the consumer's attachment to star brand and how consumer's evaluation of product brand sponsored by star is moderated by the fitness level of between the image of star brand and the image of sponsored product brand. To collect the data, survey was taken in a University located in Incheon. Collected data are analysed using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0. The results show that when the star brand is perceived as more trustworthy and likeable, and satisfies autonomy need and relatedness need, the consumer is more likely to become strongly attached to him or her. The hypothesis that consumer's attachment to star brand will have the positive influence on the evaluation of product brand sponsored by star is supported. And hypothesis that consumer's attitude to a sponsored product brand is moderated by the fitness level of between the image of star brand and the image of sponsored product brand is also supported. The empirical results imply that star brand to which consumers are attached may have the significant positive impact on the consumers' evaluation process of endorsed product brand and purchase behavior, and that marketers should consider need dimensions which target consumers want to satisfy and the fitness level of between the image of star brand being considered as endorser and the image of product brand.

  • As a study on the purchase intention of digital music, the research applied the Extended Model of Goal-directed Behavior(EMGB) with the perceived value and empirically evaluated the impact of variables such as attitude, subjective norms, positive and negative anticipated emotions, perceived behavioral control and desire on the purchase intention. The study was conducted using a survey data collected from valid questionnaires of 342 copies aimed at Chinese mobile music application users and employed the structure equation model. The findings indicate that attitude, negative anticipated emotions, perceived behavioral control towards digital music purchasing and the frequency of past behavior positively influenced users' desire for digital music purchasing. Another result has been confirmed that perceived value, which was an added variable, showed a significant impact on attitude. Along with the frequency of past behavior and desire, perceived value also exerted positive influence on purchase intention.

  • The satisfaction of customers, who are in a servicescape, will be subject to many environmental stimulations. In particularly, the servicescapes of the store and the customer characteristics are important factors that affecting the emotional commitment of consumers. In this study, the servicescape that consumers evaluated can be divided into physical and social factors. Furthermore, how these factors can affect the emotional commitment through perceived service quality and social interaction will be studied as well. In addition, the moderating effects of the individual characteristics at the perception of servicescape, such as optimum stimulation level and social appropriateness will be studied together. The results show that the physical factor of servicescape is one of the most important elements that affect "emotional commitment" and under this process; the perceived service quality is performed as a parameter. Besides, the social factor of servicescape, such as the other customer and companion affect can also affect emotional commitment through social interaction. On the other hand, through the analysis of optimum stimulation level and social appropriateness, we found that the higher the social appropriateness, the greater the effect of servicescape. Overall, in order to enhance the customer's emotional commitment, we must build high quality servicescape, meanwhile; the management of other customers and the companion are needed at the same time.

A Study on the Design of Wheel for Car on Human Sensibility Analysis (자동차 휠 디자인에 대한 감성 분석 연구)

  • Modern consumers expect the goods which is sewed more sensitive and emotional satisfaction. It is necessary to apply the knowledge of sensibility analysis to the design of car. The design of wheel for car is regarded as important because consumers want to have unique cars and spend on decorating their cars. This study is to understand the image of consumer's idea about the design of wheel for far through the sensibility analysis that is understood from a part of new design way. According to consumers'needs and emotion, the images of 'harmonious', 'fresh' and 'strong' are representative for the design of wheel for car. The wheel of spoke type stands for the image of 'harmonious', the wheel of mesh type for the image of 'fresh' and the wheel of dish type for the image of 'strong'. Therefore, the emotional image that consumers have of the product is extracted by the sensibility Analysis. In turn, the suggestion of a design direction that satisfies the consumers is possible.

  • Today, the consumer complaining behavior is recognized as a valuable source of marketing information in the company. Therefore, studies on the factors that lead to consumer complaints have been done. In the previous research on consumer complaining behavior, the factors influencing the complaining behavior was focused on the personal characteristics, but factors under company control was rarely identified. We try to identify factors under company's control that have a effect on the likelihood of success of complaining and complaining perceived costs. These factors are tendency to compensate emotionally, tendency to compensate materially, accessibility to complain, empowerment to manage complaint. Through empirical analysis, we proposed company's strategies to encourage consumer's complaint and gave theoretical and managerial implications.

The Impact of Interstitial Position of In-program Advertising based on the Engagement to the Media Contents on Consumer Behavior: Focusing on the Irritatioin (영상 몰입도에 따른 중간광고 배치가 소비자 행동에 미치는 영향: 짜증 정서의 역할을 중심으로)

  • We try to explore the effect of the emotions of viewers caused by the insertion of the in-program adversiging on the advertising effect. To test our hypotheses, we collected the data through two lab experiments and analyze the data with t-test. The results are as follows. First, high engagement to the media contents impacts positively on the feeling of viewer's irritation when the movie clip is interrupted and an in-program advertising is inserted. Second, the negative emotions of the irration are congruented, which affect the attitude of the advertised product negatively. On the other hand, the irritation caused by the in-program advertising had a positive effect on the brand awareness and memory(recall) of the advertised product because of high state of arousal. These results enrich the understanding about the role of in-program advertising which affect viewer's feeling and behvior. Moreover, these findings provides managerial implications to help advertising managers manage their in-program advertising more effectively.
