  • The vehicle navigation system is a representative driver supporting system that available to present searching and guiding path functions, have been increased for usability. Under competition situation because of following the spreaded navigation market, to meet customer's needs about new given services, there are need differentiated services increasing dramatically. Also now, dash board indicates various vehicle's status and driver can aware of that. However it is not easy to know where is abnormal essentially and there are no devices to give warning to driver. Therefore, It is difficult to preserve accidents because it can't deal with various abnormal functions immediately on driving. In this paper, we proposed vehicle diagnosis program within navigation that is available to manage and to make a diagnosis of vehicle. And this program conform OBD-II standard, so it can transmit diagnosis data from ECU to navigation system using Bluetooth wireless communication protocol. Thus this program give enhanced services to customer as well as multimedia and geometry information services.

  • Comparison of prices and specifications is a very important informations for the decision of buying selected goods. It is hard to get informations of comparison of prices and specifications at the spot on off-line shopping. In this paper, we propose a system that provides optimized information of goods by PDA mobile phones and other mobile devices. The proposed system consists of a server that include a search robot and clients that can read barcode. When a client send the barcode information scanned by a camera attached his/her mobile device, the server sends the information of the goods to the client.

The Consumer Acceptance of MP3-playing Clothing and Bio-Signal Sensing Clothing Considered in the Technology Acceptance Model (혁신기술수용모델의 관점에서 고찰한 MP3-playing 의류와 생체신호 센싱 의류의 수용도)

  • An analysis was carried out for this study to figure out if there exists any differences in the model consumers accept for commercialized MP3-playing clothing and bio-signal sensing clothing. To analyze the differences of the structural variables of the products types, t-test was conducted with SPSS 15.0 package and multi-group analysis with AMOS 5.0 to find out the differences of each path goes with product types in structural equation model. In analytical results of effective sample of 557 copies of questionnaire, consumers' were highly aware of MP3-playing clothing in perceived ease of use, while they were aware relatively high of bio-signal sensing clothing in perceived usefulness, attitudes, consumer acceptance. The perceived value which was input to find out consumers awareness about sale price of commercialized products, was proven to do very important moderating role in forming consumers' attitudes and acceptance intention. Besides, consumers showed a difference in path in accepting model goes with product types. In bio-signal sensing clothing case, 'the perceived usefulness$\rightarrow$attitudes' path which was backed up in MP3-playing clothing was rejected, and 'perceived value$\rightarrow$attitudes' path appeared relatively high with moderating role of perceived value higher than MP3-playing clothing. Considering the results above, as the smart clothing is in the initiative commercialization stage while consumers were in the inquiry stage into awareness or information necessary in the course of purchase decision-making, and so an effective commercialization strategy seems to be necessary.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of privacy concerns on the use of mobile payment services. In particular, paying attention to the multidimensionality of consumer innovation, we analyzed the effects of hierarchical logistic regression by gender. The results show that there is a positive (+) relationship for hedonic innovativeness regardless of gender, and that there is a negative (-) relationship for functional innovativeness overall and in the female group. In all groups regardless of gender, a positive (+) relationship was found for the hedonic innovativeness, and one negative (-) relationship was found in the functional innovativeness overall group and the female group. Second, in the male group, there is a moderating effect of privacy concerns and functional innovativeness. This suggests that the relationship between privacy concerns and the usage of mobile payment services may vary depending on functional innovativeness. This study is useful in that it can explain and predict consumers' patterns of use of new technology-based services in various and balanced ways by taking privacy concerns and multidimensional consumer innovation into consideration. In addition, it suggests that mobile payment companies should make efforts to ensure that their services are secure, useful, and fun to use so that consumers can feel confident using the services in various situations.

Consumer Behavior in Achieving the Goals of ESG Banking Products: Focusing on environmental awareness and saving behavior (ESG 금융상품의 목표 달성에 미치는 소비자 행동에 관한 탐색적 연구 -환경인식과 저축행동을 중심으로-)

  • ESG has become a necessity for all companies, and major Korean banks are actively practicing ESG management. Banks are playing a role in providing ESG finance as intermediaries in the supply of funds. Recently, they have launched ESG digital banking products that offer preferential interest rates for eco-friendly activities in combination with digital technologies. However, indiscriminate provision of preferential interest rates can adversely affect profitability of banks, and they may face the problem of 'Greenwashing' if they do not contribute to improving environmental awareness. Therefore, this study selected ESG digital savings products linked to electricity savings as the subject of the study, and empirically analyzed consumers' environmental awareness and savings behavior through actual data of consumers (N=2,478). The main findings of this study are as follows First, the analysis of the consumer status of ESG digital banking products shows that the 30-50s are the main consumer base, and the MZ generation shows relatively high performance in achieving preferential interest rates through electricity saving practices. Second, consumers' environmental awareness has a significant impact on achieving the goals of ESG banking products. ESG banking products can contribute to environmental awareness while fulfilling the basic function of saving. Third, environmental awareness did not drive consumers' savings contribution behavior, suggesting the need for continued consumer engagement. Based on environmental awareness and the theory of saving behavior, this study provides a theoretical explanation in ESG financial products. The results suggest that the appropriateness of the preferential interest rate design of ESG financial products is important.

A study about factors influencing on internet advertising effects -Focus on consumer characteristics- (인터넷 의류광고 태도에 미치는 영향요인 연구 -소비자특성 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the current situation about the internet usage and advertisement attitude, to investigate the relationship between consumer characteristics and internet advertising effect, and to identify the moderating effect of consumer characteristics on the relationship between advertising types and advertising effects. For the study, a sample of 152 apparel consumers participated in this survey research. The survey of design with a questionnaire was employed. Questionnaire was developed with the html language and data collection was done at Korea though the internet on October 2000. For data analysis, descriptive statistics (i.e., frequency, percent), ANOVA with duncan tests were used. First, the major place of using internet was found as home, company, school, PC room in order and the average time of using internet was found as three times weekly. The major purpose of using internet were information search, e-mail, PC communication and program-download. The experience of internet fashion advertising was high. Second, consumer characteristics(age, job) had significant effects on attitude to the product. 20 years-old age group and specialist group were found to influence on the higher attitude toward product. Third, main effects of consumer characteristics(age, job) were found to be significant. The correlation and interaction effects of consumer characteristics and internet advertisement types were not significant.

  • For the purchase of a cheaper product on the Internet, many customers have been trying to search online shopping mall sites and visit comparison-pricing shops that compare prices and other criteria of the product. Others have been participating into online auction markets or group-buying markets. However, a lot of online shopping malls, auction markets, and group-buying markets provide the same product with different prices. Since these marketplaces have different price settlement mechanism, it is very difficult for the customers to determine marketplace to purchase, considering different kinds of marketplaces at the same time. To overcome such limitations, decision rules and solution procedures for purchase decision making are necessary, which can cover multiple marketplaces simultaneously. For this purpose, purchase decision making in each market must be conducted to maximize customer's utility, and conflicts with other marketplaces must be resolved. Therefore, we have developed the rules and methods that can negotiate cooperatively the purchase decision making in several marketplaces, and designed an architecture of Intelligent Buyer Agent and a message structure to support the idea.

The Effect of Selection Factors on the Consumers' Purchasing Decisions for Classical Music Performances: Focused on Different Types of Audience (클래식 음악공연의 소비자 선택요인이 구매의사에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 관객유형 중심으로)

  • The domestic market for performances and concerts is rapidly growing. However, despite of the various efforts to attract audience, the market still struggles in securing consumers for classical music performances. In this context, the following thesis first explores the factors that determine the choice of performances through open-ended questions to categorize the types of consumers based on the results. Then, effects of different factors of choices for each type of consumer are studied to find out how these factors affect the consumers' purchasing decisions. As a result, 35 factors out of the 40 factors were ultimately confirmed as the factors that determine the consumers' choice for purchasing classical music performances. Then, the 35 factors were classified into seven categories. Moreover, an empirical analysis showed that personal factors, factors regarding contents of the performance, information factors, environmental factors and marketing factors had significant effects on the consumers' purchasing decisions. The degree of influence of the factors for each type of audience varied. This study conclusively seeks to contribute to developing a more thorough marketing strategies for performance arts institutions and performance venues.

  • 기존의 웹 디자인은 웹이라는 매체의 특성 상 디자인적인 요소가 매우 중요함에도 불구하고 디자인은 위한 구체적인 방법론이 미약하다. 특히, 많은 소비자들을 유인하고 구매를 촉발시켜야 하는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 경우에는 더욱 더 그럼하에도 불구하고 이를 위한 전략적인 방법론이 부족하다. 즉, 기존 연구들은 제품의 다양성, 서비스, 촉진, 항해량, 편리성, 사용자 인터페이스 등이 중요하다고 하였지만 실제 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 디자인하는 입장에서는 활용하기가 상당히 애매하다. 그 이유는 이들 요인들은 서로 영향관계를 가지고 있어서 사용자 인터페이스가 복잡하면 항해량이 늘어나 편리성이 감소하고, 제품이 늘어나더라도 검색엔진을 사용하면 상대적으로 항해량이 감소하게 되어 편리성이 증가한다. 따라서, 이들 요인을 활용하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 구축하려면 요인간의 영향관계를 면밀히 파악하고 이 영향요인이 소비자의 구매행동에 어떠한 영향을 주는지가 충분히 검토되어야 한다.이에 본 연구에서는 퍼지인식도를 이용하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰 상에서 소비자의 구매행동에 영향을 주는 요인을 추출하고 이들 요인간의 인과관계를 도출하여 보다 구체적이고 전략적으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 디자인할 수 있는 방법으로 web-Cogmulator를 제시한다. Web-Cogmulator는 소비자의 쇼핑몰에 대한 암묵지식 형태의 구매행동을 형태지식화하여 지식베이스 형태로 가지고 있기 때문에 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 다양한 요인의 변화에 따른 소비자의 구매행동을 추론 시뮬레이션하는 것이 가능하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기본적인 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시나리오를 바탕으로 추론 시뮬레이션을 실시하여 Web-Cogmulator의 유용성을 검증하였다.를, 지지도(support), 신뢰도(confidence), 리프트(lift), 컨빅션(conviction)등의 관계를 통해 다양한 방법으로 모색해본다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 이러한 개념계층상의 흥미로운 부분의 탐색은, 전자 상거래에서의 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)나 틈새시장(niche market) 마케팅 등에 적용가능하리라 여겨진다.선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve.   • This study was to explore the relationships between convention mobile applications, and convention participants' satisfaction and loyalty. Recently mobile applications by using smart-phone have been utilized to provide relevant information and contents, Similarly, convention industry utilize mobile application to provide convention program, speakers, and other information and contents, However, only few research has been conducted to investigate convention mobile application characteristics and benefits. This study provides the results of convention mobile application characteristics and its impacts on participants' satisfaction and loyalty. Among convention mobile application characteristics, conveniency and information are important factors to enhance convention participants' satisfaction and loyalty. More discussion and implication is provided in the conclusion section.
