  • The development of the Internet has influenced consumers' information search process and purchase behaviors. The environmental changes and consumers' lifestyle changes have stimulated them to use the Internet shopping mall. However, people used to shop the low-involvement product rather than high-involvement product such as clothing product at the internet shopping mall due to the subjects' perceived risks or product characteristics. The purpose of this study is to examine the differences of consumers' attitudes toward the two types of apparel internet shopping mall. With compared to the existing shopping mall, this study generated Web3D internet shopping mall by designing Abata, representing the user's body figure. The changes of respondents' attitudes toward the internet shopping mall and purchase intentions would provide the possibility and future direction of the Web3D internet shopping. Recommendations and future research were also discussed.

  • The Purpose of this study was to verify that the corporate social contribution activity(eco-friendly product production, donation activity, volunteer activity, fair trade had a positive influence on the corporate credibility, the intention of price premium and the persistent purchase intention. And also this study examined the differences of corporate credibility and price premium according to consumer's gender. To accomplish the purpose of this paper, I performed literature review which relates to corporate social contribution activity, the corporate credibility, the price premium and the persistent purchase intention, and also performed empirical research. I produced questionnaire which investigates the relation between the factors which influence corporate social contribution activity, the corporate credibility, the price premium and the persistent purchase intention. SPSS 21.0 and Lisrel 8.7 were used to analyze the collected data and to identify the influence relationships. The findings of this paper are as follows: First, the corporate social contribution activity(eco-friendly product production, fair trade) did significant effect on the corporate credibility and the price premium. Second, the intention to pay premium price had affected the intention of persistent purchasing but corporate credibility had affected the intention of persistent purchasing through the intention to pay premium price. Third, the difference in preception of men and woman about the corporate social contribution activity. Among the corporate social contribution activity, women's perception of the relationship between volunteer activity and fair trade on corporate reliability was higher than that of men. Fourth, among the corporate social contribution activity, women's perception of the relationship between volunteer activity and donation activity on the intention of price premium was higher than that of men.

  • 본 연구에서는 캐주얼 티셔츠의 디자인을 평가하는 감성 요소를 도출하고, 이것이 소비자 감성에 미치는 영향을 분석하여, 그 결과를 토대로 효과적인 캐주얼 티셔츠 디자인 프로토타입을 제시하였다. 캐주얼 티셔츠 디자인에 대한 소비자 감성의 주요 하위차원으로는 맵시, 평범성, 활동성의 요인이 도출되었다. 또한 캐주얼 티셔츠의 collar형태, 장식유형, 로고의 위치와 크기 그리고 인구 통계학적 특성이 소비자 감성에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설에 대한 분산 분석의 결과, 여러 항목에서 유의한 차이를 얻었다. 본 연구에서 의미 있는 감성 효과를 나타난 디자인 세부 요소들은, 캐주얼 티셔츠의 디자인 기획 시에 체계적인 평가기준으로서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 현재 시장의 구매활동은 소비자가 직접 물건을 보고 구매하거나 인터넷을 통해 물품의 대략적인 이미지를 보고 구매하는 방식이다. 특히, 부피가 크거나 무게가 무거운 가구 같은 것은 소비자들이 직접 찾아가서 보는 경우가 많다. 하지만 소비자들이 실제로 보고 구입해도 실제로 가구를 배치 할 때는 주변의 어울림과 맞지 않아 마음에 들지 않는 경우가 많다. 그 이유는 실제로 가구들을 미리 놓아보지 못한다는 점 때문이다. 이에 따라 대중화된 스마트기기에서 가구들을 미리 배치해보고 해당 정보를 미리 볼 수 있도록 함으로써 구매자들의 욕구를 충분히 충족시키고 소비자들이 물품을 구매한 뒤 불만을 없앨 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 증강현실을 이용하여 가구배치 애플리케이션을 개발하여 변화하는 스마트사회에서 소비자들이 좀 더 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 구매 방식을 제안한다.

  • 최근 사회적기업의 빠른 성장세와 중요성에도 불구하고 대부분의 사회적기업은 영세한 사업규모, 정부에의 재정적 의존, 전문 경영 인력과 지식의 부재, 소비자의 낮은 인지도 등 많은 한계를 갖고 있다. 따라서 사회적기업의 경제적 자립을 위한 마케팅 분야의 실증적 연구가 필요하지만 현재 이에 대한 선행연구는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 (1) 사회적기업의 이미지와 소비자의 자아이미지 일치성, (2) 사회적기업의 상품에 대한 소비자의 기대수준과 실제 성과와의 기능적 일치성, (3) 사회적기업 상품이 내포하는 사회적 가치와 소비자의 가치일치성이 사회적기업에 대한 고객만족과 애호도에 미치는 영향을 살피고, 이 과정에서 사회적기업 동아리 소속 여부의 조절적 역할을 확인하여 사회적기업의 장기적인 마케팅에 시사점을 주고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아이미지 일치성, 기능적 일치성, 가치 일치성은 모두 사회적기업의 소비자가 사회적기업과 그 상품에 대한 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 애호도를 형성하게 한다. 둘째, 사회적 기업 동아리 소속여부는 자아이미지 일치성, 기능적 일치성, 가치일치성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향의 민감도를 낮추는 조절변수로 나타나 사회적기업에 대한 만족에 있어 동아리 활동이 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 파악되었다.

  • Cause-Related Marketing is the process of formulating and implementing marketing activities that are characterized by an offer from the firm to contribute a specified amount to a designated cause when customers engage in revenue-providing exchanges that satisfy organizational and individual objectives. Many companies obtain benefits such as increasing sales profits and fulfilling social responsibility activities from Cause-Related Marketing as a strategic marketing activity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of message of Cause-Related Marketing on consumer attitude, and to examine the moderating effects of ethical consumption propensity, social trust and types of product(utilitarian vs. hedonic) on consumer's product attitude. The research results show that consumers tend to adopt a positive attitude towards those advertisements with Cause-Related Marketing message. In the meanwhile, the ethical consumption propensity and social trust also have moderating effects on Cause-Related Marketing message's influence, but the types of product have no moderating effect. Based on the findings, the theoretical and managerial implication are discussed. In addition, some limitations of this study and future research directions are discussed.

What We Want for Virtual Humans: Classification of Consumer Expectation Value on Virtual Influencer by Age Based on Q-methodology (가상 인간에 대한 우리들이 원하는 모습: Q방법론을 기반으로 한 연령대에 따른 소비자 기대 가치 분류)

  • This study focuses on consumers' perceptions of virtual influencers, which many companies recently used for marketing. This study uses the Q methodology to derive what kind of perception consumers have about virtual influencers who work with various appearances, background stories, and worldviews as components. In addition, we want to see how the expected value of virtual influencers differs by age group. To this end, 34 statements were produced through preliminary interviews and literature reviews. This study showed that some consumers preferred appearances similar to humans, despite recognizing that virtual influencers are fictional characters. Some other consumers preferred to feel like a fictional character by maintaining virtuality, confirming that there are both opposite consumers. In addition, consumers expect virtual influencers to have consistency and expertise in the content field covered, and some consumers do not prefer to show an overly commercial appearance. This study will likely provide implications for companies that want to utilize virtual influencers in considering which ones to use for target customers in marketing activities.

An Analysis on the Characteristics in Spatial Distribution of Consumer Organizations (소비자단체의 공간적 분포 특성)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide the necessary data to explore the development plans of consumer organizations by looking at the spatial distribution of consumer organizations. This is because community-based consumer organizations can propose concrete measures to solve consumer problems more effectively. In this study, data of 11 consumer organizations and 815 branches were collected and analyzed using local indicators of spatial distribution and spatial lag model. First, it was difficult to find patterns according to the geographical characteristics of the spatial distribution of consumer organizations. Second, consumer organizations were more distributed in areas with large populations and businesses and large areas. Third, there is a discrepancy between the demand and supply of consumer organizations when compared with the number of consumer counseling. Based on this, it is necessary to constantly seek concrete development plans by supplementing the qualitative data on the activities of consumer organizations.
