등급판정결과에 따라 소도체에 찍히는 도장은 `등급판정인`과 `결함인` 두가지가 있다. 등급판정인은 소도체의 육량등급과 육질등급을 구분하여 판정한 결과를 A1$^+$부터 D등급까지 날인하고 있으며, 결함인은 도체에 결함이 발견 되었을 경우 그 종류에 따라 도체에 표시를 다르게 하며 ㅎ, ㅈ, ㅇ, ㅁ, ㄴ, ㅅ, ㄱ, ㅌ 등 6종류가 있다. 소도체의 경락가격은 1차적으로 육량등급과 육질등급에 의해 달라지지만 결함의 표시유무에 의해서도 크게 달라진다. 이에 결함의 종류에 따라 발생되는 손실과 출현율 등을 2000년 1월부터 10월까지 농협서울공판장에서 등급판정된 한우 51,444두를 대상으로 살펴보기로 하겠다.

Kissing of sub-conductors due to magnetic forces has been investigated in a 154 kV bundled overhead transmission line. With increasing ampacity of the conductors and enlarging the distance between spacers, lager magnetic force was measured. When the phase ampacity was 2,000 amps and the distance between two adjacent spacers was 68 m, for instance, the conductors became unstable and vibrated with a frequency of several herts. Furthermore, when the ampacity was 2,250 amps and the distance between spacers was 136 m, the two sub-conductors were contacted. Analysing the magnetic forces with distance of spacers, the safe distance of spacers to avoid contact of sub-conductors was presented. The change of the safe distance is discussed due to various parameters, such as residual stresses and wind pressures, in the real transmission lines.

This study suggests regionally closely-related traditional market support measures that are intended. Market and the community to investigate the relationship between traditional markets and the degree of relationship with the local economy, whether the degree of cooperation with local communities, local people in stores and traditional markets, with a visual image, interacting with local relevance were. Executed questionnaire to merchants and traditional market connection specialists of the tradition market engaged to whole country small town. Small town region's traditional markets have a close relationship with the community. Contribute to regional economic development, and locals have a passion for shopping. Small town to enable local traditional market requires the following way. Through surveys and research policy implications are as follows: First, by constructing a civil partnership with a focus on the needs of local residents need market activation measures. Second, the traditional market members to build social relationships that contribute to their local needs. Third, Installation and utilization of community space in traditional markets is required. Fourth, to increase the participation of young people need to be developed in the program. Fifth, small town regional market collapse and space reorganization is needed.

네팔의 경우 상하수도를 비롯한 기본적인 위생시설이 크게 미비하며 수도인 카트만두조차 수십 년 된 노후관로가 상수관으로 이용되고 있다. 또한, 하수처리 시설이 사실상 전무하며, 지하수를 주요 수원으로 활용하는 대다수 지역은 식수의 오염에 따른 수인성 전염병에 취약한 실정이다. 따라서 네팔에서는 깨끗한 물과 안정적인 수도공급, 하수처리 시설의 확보가 무엇보다 중요한 과제이며, 이에 스마트워터그리드 기술의 도입을 통한 수질개선, 안정적인 수도공급방안이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 개발된 스마트워터그리드 기술을 네팔 소도시에 적용하기 위한 방법론을 제안하였다. 네팔 소도시의 수자원 및 상수도 시설을 답사하여 문제점을 파악하고, 시설 및 운영현황을 분석하였다. 현장조사 자료를 기반으로 스마트워터그리드 기술의 적용 방향과 단기 및 중장기 계획을 제시하였다. 또한, 네팔 소도시 중 하나인 Beni시를 시범지역으로 하여 과거 30년 동안 월 강수량 기반의 가뭄지수를 분석하고, EPANET을 통하여 상수관망해석을 실시였다. 연구 결과, 가뭄의 발생횟수가 점차 빈번해지는 것으로 나타났으며, 상수관망 해석 시 대부분의 수요절점 내 수압이 설계기준보다 낮은 것으로 모의되었고, 향후 관 노후화를 고려한 절점 수압의 확보와 수질개선 방안이 제시될 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
