Automatic document generation for effective project management plan specification (효과적인 프로젝트 관리 계획서위한 프로젝트 문서 생성 자동화)

  • 현재 많은 소프트웨어 개발 기업들은 제품 개발에만 치중되어 품질 유지/관리 측면의 문서 산출물을 만들 여유가 없다. 그리고 프로젝트 문서 관리 자체가 주먹구구식이며, 차후 평가나 검수시 문서 산출물을 만드는 경향이 있다. 이 문제 해결위해, 실시간으로 프로젝트가 진행되는 상황에 맞게 문서를 자동 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 기존의 통합관리(CI) 시스템에 XML과 XSLT 기법을 접목하여 프로젝트 계획 문서를 자동 추출가능하다. 이로 인해 소규모의 영업장에서도 적은 인원으로도 프로젝트 관리를 효율적으로 할 수 있고, 실제 문서와 프로젝트의 진행의 불일치가 많이 줄어들 것으로 판단된다.

  • 본 현대사회는 문명적, 기술적, 산업적으로 발전함에 따라 그에 상응하는 절도, 폭행, 살인 등 중대범죄의 범위를 벗어나 이념과 국가, 종교, 등 가치관과 사상에 따른 테러 사건 등 국제적인 범죄도 증가하고 있는 추세이며, 국제사회는 중대범죄 및 전쟁의 공포보다 예측 불가능, 막대한 대량 피해를 불러오는 테러에 의한 공포심을 더 비중 있게 대하는 현실에 직면했다. 테러범죄는 개인을 넘어 다중에게 피해를 입힐 수 있는 범죄인만큼 대중에게 경각심과 위험성을 알리기 위해선 구체적이고 손쉽게 이해할 수 있는 명확성이 필요하다. 테러는 수년간 다양한 방식과 개념들이 증식했으며 피해 또한 더 이상 소규모인원, 특정인을 향한 계획적인 범행에서 불특정 다수를 향한 뉴테러리즘식의 테러로 발전하고 있어 안보의 개념에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 대한민국 역시 언제까지나 테러의 위험성으로부터 안전을 확신할 수 없기 때문에 국내 정서에 맞는 테러 대응방안과 시스템 구축을 통해 뉴테러리즘의 발생 가능성을 염두 하고 대비할 필요가있다.

Study for 3D Look Development Process (3D 룩 디벨롭먼트 과정 연구)

  • Many modern movies and animations rely heavily on CG (computer graphics). The use of CG has made it possible to produce beyond the limits of visual expression. There has also been an increase in technical and artistic efforts to create new and high quality CGs. Look development is the process of modifying and creating shaders and renderings in 3D to produce CGI (computer-generated imagery) that meets the director's intentions. However, small production or projects may have relatively little or no awareness of look development in the production pipeline. The problems that can occur when look development is not preceded are classified into three categories. first, the shader may react differently under the same lighting conditions. Second, there can be a problem in communication between workers. Third, there is a waste of not promising a look for a given situation. As a way to avoid these problems I studied by creating consistency by the look development system. In the limitation that make it difficult for small studios to do look development because of small workers, time and cost, it is meaningful to study and present a simple look development process that can be carried out by individual or small production.

An Analysis of Organizational System and Management on Small Sized Local Science Museum during the COVID-19 Situation (코로나19 시기에 지방 소규모 과학관의 조직 및 운영 현황 분석)

  • This study conducted qualitative research using Geochang Wolseong Space Creative Science Museum as a case study to investigate the organizational and operational status of small local science museums during the COVID-19 pandemic, as a basic study for the dissemination of scientific culture and public understanding of science. To analyze the situation of the science museum, an evaluation framework was developed, and information obtained through various communication channels and in-depth interviews with information commissioners of the museum were used for the study. As of 2020, when COVID-19 was at its peak, this science museum showed a clear decline in sales and visitor numbers compared to the previous year. Despite this situation, the museum was found to be using crisis management methods such as introducing unface-to-face programs, managing exhibits, and using various promotional media. However, the shortage of professional personnel, excessive workload of employees, and absence of differentiation from other science museums remain as challenges to be addressed in the future for sustainable earth science.

  • This paper proposes design and development of the Integrated Ground Support System (IGSS) for the flight test of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), which combines ground support and ground control. The integrated flight test of the UAV is a necessary procedure to validate the functionality of the Unmanned Aerial System (UAS). In order to execute cost-effective and systematic flight tests, the IGSS is regarded as an inevitable infrastructure of UAS for small laboratories. The proposed IGSS has functions of ground control, radio communication, power generation, transportation and the maintenance of the UAV.

  • The progress of the game engine make us easier to develop a game product and it is possible for one man to make a game. This means that if you have ideas about game, you can make a game as you thought only if you know how to design a game. Because the game designing is not the field that may not be used like tools and could not buy like graphical data. This study, based on the practice, presented to the understanding and guidance for people who want to know about game designing such as no experienced person and starting new game design. These contributions are supported by a detailed exploration of common understandings of game design methods so that I expect to help designing or managing the project.

  • 최근 기후변화에 따른 태풍과 국지성 집중호우의 증가로 국토의 64%가 산지인 우리나라에서는 재해의 위험성을 증가시키고 있다. 재해 분석에 있어 기초자료로 사용되는 지형자료의 정확도는 재해분석결과에 있어 중요하며, 지형촬영방법에 따라 정확도의 차이가 매우 크다. 지형자료 중 하나인 DEM(Digital Elevation Model) 활용분야 또한 확대되고 있고 지도제작에 있어 DEM을 사용하면 지형도를 신속히 제작할 수 있고, 편집 용이, 수작업 인원 감축, 정확도 향상 및 데이터베이스의 구축이 이루어져 체계적으로 종합적인 지형정보를 관리할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 지상 LiDAR를 이용하여 생성한 DEM은 매우 정확한 방법이며, 접촉식 측량장비에 비하여 누락되는 데이터가 적으며 정밀하게 자료를 수집가능 한 것이 장점이다. 지상LiDAR를 이용한 자료 취득 시식생과 구조물에 의해 촬영 각도가 제한되는 경우 충분한 자료를 얻기 위해 여러 위치에서 스캔이 필요하다. 한편 전 세계적으로 드론의 도입으로 인해 다양한 분야에서 높은 가능성을 가지고 활용되고 있는 실정이며, 드론을 이용한 연구들도 활발히 진행 중이다. 소규모 및 중간 규모의 하천, 산지 등의 현장 조사의 경우 LiDAR장비의 진입이 어려운 구간의 촬영 시 드론을 활용하면 보다 효율적일 것으로 예상된다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 지상LiDAR와 드론을 이용하여 얻은 DEM 자료를 비교 분석하여 드론으로 생성된 DEM 자료 활용 가능성 여부를 검토하였다. 본 연구에서는 동일한 지역에 지상LiDAR와 드론 촬영을 실시하여 지형자료를 각각 획득한 후 후처리 프로그램을 이용하여 영상분석을 실시하였다. 또한 측점을 선정한 후 지형 좌표의 편차, 표고의 편차 등을 비교분석하였다.

A Field Study on the Present Situation, Tasks and Policies of E-business in Kangwon Province (강원지역 e-비즈니스 현황과 발전과제)

  • This paper is focused on the e-business level in Kangwon Province by industries, volumes, employees comparing with nation wide survey output, and analysis of the tasks and problems of e-business in environment, infrastructure, process, manpower, effect. Poor level of Kangwon province was identified. It is important that role clarity and cooperation among central goverment, Kangwon province, large enterprises and small and medium enterprises. Local goverment and regional cities and counties should play a centripetal role of the regional enterprises, and faithfully execute the support policies of the central goverment, and make the unique supporting climate of coopration between the university and enterprises in consideration with situations of each regional characteristics. More specifically, there are widening the infrastructure of e-business for regional enterprises, strenthening educatin and public relation of the electronic commerce, supporting and utilizing the electronic ccommerce research center. Also, fund supporting for SOHO is desirable in consideration of the poor Kangwon land and population, and to enhence the electronic commerce technology of the Kangwon enterprises, relative importance of policy of it is incresing. In conclusion, indices of Kangwon province in all areas of the survey is appeared poor. So efficient and effective policies is needed in each central and regional goverment. To promote Kangwon enterprises, investment in e-business commerce should be expanded.

  • This paper aims to identify factors to elevate the effectiveness of a high school mathematics teacher's training program focused on the construction of test items, and to make a blueprint for the training program development of high school mathematics teachers. This study created and executed a teacher's training program, and then twice applied focus group interviews with the teachers who participated in the program. As a result, this study identifies four factors that elevate the effectiveness of a high school mathematics teacher's training program focused on the construction of test items: the structure of the training program that allows teachers to concentrate on constructing test items, the recognition and revision of their habits related to the construction of test items, the formation of a consensus among the participants, and self-reflection on the teachers' specialties in the construction of the test items.

  • In this paper, we analyze the visual deviation for the sight mismatch between the digital broadcast camera during shooting and panelists due to sideways frequently the digital stopwatch for panelists who participated in the election broadcast to check the time limit. Match the sight of the on-air broadcast camera discussion and participants in the debate, such as the small studio is relatively stable. However, if a large number of participants in the discussion and broadcasting of the forum is a serious sight deviation occurring by sideways large LCD monitor stopwatch that is installed in the center. Therefore, in this paper, the number of panelists, the length of the desk, to discuss the analysis of fair value changes in accordance with the height and distance the distance between the digital stopwatch, and digital broadcast camera.
