A Study on Realization of Display System for Monitoring of Heavy Equipment State (중장비 상태 감시를 위한 디스플레이 시스템 구현에 대한 연구)

  • In this study, the characteristics and operation of a multi-purpose loader equipped with various sensors such as a sensor capable of measuring the boom length, an angle sensor capable of measuring the tilt of the left and right sides of the boom and the loader, and a load cell capable of measuring the weight during lifting We have implemented a system that displays related data values. The configuration of the system reads the values from the sensors, sends them to the vehicle controller, and transmits the calculated results of the overturn rate and other important information to the display device using the CANOpen protocol. Also, in the calculation of the overturn ratio, the structure of the multi-purpose loader is similar to that of the crane belonging to the heavy equipment, and the crane overturn rate calculation method is used. Through this study, we can observe the condition of the heavy equipment and recognize the emergency situations such as abalone through the display device.

  • Quantum-dot cellular automata(QCA) consists of nano-scale cells and demands very low power consumption so that it is one of the alternative technologies that can overcome the limits of scaling CMOS technologies. Various circuits on QCA have been researched until these days, a latch required for counter and state control has been proposed as a component of sequential logic circuits. A latch uses a feedback loop to maintain previous state. In QCA, a latch uses a square structure using 4 clocks for feedback loop. Previous latches have been proposed using many cells and clocks in coplanar. In this paper, in order to eliminate these defects, we propose a SR and D latch using multilayer structure on QCA. Proposed three dimensional loop structure is based on multilayer and consists of 3 layers. Each layer has 2 clock differences between layers in order to reduce interference. The proposed latches are analyzed and compared to previous designs.

  • Anghelescu et al. proposed a block cryptosystem based on 8-cell hybrid additive cellular automata with cycle length 8 using state transition rules 51, 60 (or 102). All states must divided into the same cycles in the diagram of the cellular automata. But there exist cellular automata which don't satisfy this condition in Anghelescu et al.'s cryptosystem. In this paper we analyze hybrid additive cellular automata and propose an improved method.

  • Domain wall dynamics in thin film of amorphous Rare Earth-Transistion Metal alloys were investigated using numerical integration of the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation. The thin film was divided into a two-dimensional square lattice ($30\times30$) of dipoles. Nearest-neighbor exchange interaction magnetic anisotropy, applied magnetic field, and demagnetiing field of interacting anisotropy, applied magnetic field, and demagnetizing field of interacting dipoles were considered. It was assumed that the film had perfect uniaxial anisotropy in the perpendicular direction and the magnetization reversal existed in the film. The time of domain wall creation and the thickness of the wall were investigated. Also the motion of domain walls under an applied field was considered. Simulation results showed that the time of domain wall creation was decreased significantly and the average velocity of domain wall was increased somewhat when the demagnetizing field was considered.

  • For liquid rocket engine test, one of most important design parameters to be measured is thrust. However, not like solid rocket motor, a liquid rocket engine is attached to the propellant feed system, control valve and many other safety systems. Without considering these effects, thrust data measured from firing test is not reliable and sometimes almost meaningless. In this research, new thrust measurement system, which includes all these side effects, was designed and fabricated.

  • In this paper we evaluated by simulation the effect of VoIP roaming and data traffic roaming on other VoIP calls. Regardless of MIPv4 or MIPv6, the quality of voice of all VoIP calls falls down quickly to the bottom level after the start of roaming by one voice terminal. That was caused by the excessive retransmission on downlink. Thus it seems that we need a kind of call admission control when we adopt the roaming service on VoIP calls. Data traffic degrades also the voice quality especially at the foreign agent side.

  • 침몰한 잠수함 승조원의 구조용으로 사용되는 구난잠수정은 주 전원과 보조전원으로 축전지가 필수적으로 사용된다. 그러나 사용 중인 축전지 모듈이나 뱅크의 일부 셀(Cell)에 불량이 발생하면 전체 축전지 뱅크의 기능이 저하되어 구난정 시스템을 적절히 운영하지 못하여 제대로 임무를 수행하지 못하거나 커다란 손실을 가져온다. 그리고 축전지에 과 충전이나 과 방전이 발생하면 축전지가 폭발하여 화재가 발생하거나 축전지 내부 구조의 파괴로 더 이상 사용 못하는 경우가 발생한다. 따라서 이와 같이 축전지에 손상을 줄 수 있는 상황을 미연에 방지하여 축전지가 최적의 동작 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 해주고 전체 시스템의 신뢰성을 향상시키기 위하여 본 논문에서는 구조잠수정용 리튬폴리머 (Lithium Polymer) 축전지 관리장치의 개발을 수행하였다. 본 논문을 통해 축전지 관리 장치(BMS : Battery Management System)의 핵심기술인 H/W 및 S/W 설계기술, 각 Cell의 전압 제어기술, SOC(State of Charge) 제어 알고리즘 도출 및 시스템 운영 기술을 구현하였으며 개발된 알고리즘과 기능은 충 방전 부하시험과 한국 선급인증시험을 통해 유효한 방식임을 확인하였다.

  • 실리콘 기판과 비정질 실리콘 박막 사이의 계면특성은 실리콘 이종접합 태양전지의 효율을 높이는데 있어서 중요한 요소이다. 이종접합 태양전지에서는 n형 실리콘 기판 위에 비정질 실리콘 막을 증착시키는데 이 때 비정질 실리콘 막이 증착되면서 (111)면과 (111)면이 만나는 조직화된 피라미드의 골 사이에서 부분적으로 실리콘의 에피층이 성장하게 된다. 이 에피층이 결정질 실리콘 기판과 비정질 실리콘 막 사이의 계면 특성을 떨어뜨려 이종접합 태양전지의 효율이 감소하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 n형 실리콘 기판을 이용한 고효율 실리콘 이종접합 태양전지 제작을 위하여 실리콘 기판의 조직화 상태를 다르게 하여 셀을 제작하였다. 이에 큰 피라미드 형상의 조직화된 기판 표면, 작은 피라미드 형상의 조직화된 기판 표면, 큰 피라미드 형상을 라운딩 시킨 기판 표면, 작은 피라미드 형상을 라운딩 시킨 기판 표면을 제작하여 기판 종류에 따른 이종접합 태양전지를 제작하여 특성을 비교 하였다.

Highly Reliable Trench Gate MOSFET using Hydrogen Annealing (수소 열처리를 이용한 고신뢰성 트렌치 게이트 MOSFET)

  • A new technique for highly controllable trench corner rounding at the top and bottom of the trench using pull-back and hydrogen annealing has been developed and investigated. The pull-back process could control the trench corner rounding radius at the top comers of the trench. The silicon migration generated by hydrogen annealing at the trench coiners provided (111) and (311) crystal planes and gave a uniform gate-oxide thickness, resulting in high reliable trench DMOSFETs with highly breakdown voltages and low leakage currents. The breakdown voltage of a trench DMOSFET fabricated using hydrogen annealing was increased by 25% compared with a conventional DMOSFET. The reasonable drain current of 45.3 A was obtained when a gate voltage of 10 V was supplied. The on-resistance of the trench gate DMOSFET fabricated using the trench cell of 45,000 was about 55 m(at a gate voltage of 10 V under a drain current of 5 A.

  • This test cell is developed to the institutes or laboratories research and study gas turbine engine for academic purpose with this test data to provide the fundamentals of operational mechanism and structural configuration, and further to verify thermodynamic calculation The test cell is installed to monitor and compare real-time data with reference engine model performance simulation data. using by NI DAQ(Data acquisition)device and LabVIEW program based on 30lbf-micro turbojet engine.
