A Development of Safety Window System Module Considering Active Safety Technology (능동적 안전성을 고려한 윈도 세이프티 모듈의 개발)

  • It is necessary to develope the active safety system in terms of driver's safety and convenience. In this paper, we were developed the non-contact type of safety window system operated by the initial value of feedback control such as the output signal of photo sensor. It was designed based on the control algorithm with an improved load sensitivity. Therefore, compared with the existing system, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a mull-function. Also, it has a convenient functions of the window such as an auto up/down and closing, and has a response times better. It can be installed the various types of common vehicles that have the different movement distance and speed of window. In conclusion, the developed system may be adapted the vehicle commercially.

  • In this paper, we propose the Agricultural Environment Monitoring System based on Sensor Network which can collect information of crop cultivation environment and monitor it in real-time by using various environment sensors. Existing wireless sensor nodes, based on the sensor network, require extra conversion/control module depending on the characteristics. To solve this problem, we developed an integrated sensor module which can integrate various kinds of sensors used to obtain the necessary information for the area under crop cultivation. In addition, we developed sensor networks monitoring system which is suitable for an integrated sensor module. To verify the operating status of the proposed system, an integrated sensor node is installed in the test environment so that it can sense information of the environment and monitor it in real-time.

  • Wireless sensor networks are used by various application areas to implement smart data processing and ubiquitous system. In the recent research of parking management system based on wireless sensor networks, adaptive sensing and efficient data processing are not considered. The effectiveness of implementing these distributed computing devices affects the performance of the applications in parking management. This paper proposes an adaptive sensing using fuzzy wireless sensor for the ubiquitous networks of parking management system. The fuzzy inference system is encoded in the sensor for efficient car presence detection. Moreover, a rule base adaptive module is proposed which wirelessly transmit the new values to each sensor for adapting the environment of car park area. The result of experiments shows that the fuzzy wireless sensor provides more throughputs and less time delays compared to a normal method of data gathering by wireless sensors.

  • 최근 국지성 호우 등 홍수방어 시설의 설계빈도를 초과하는 강우 발생으로 홍수피해가 증가하고 있다. 그 중 도시지역의 내수침수 피해는 전체 피해액의 50%를 넘는다. 그러나 우수관거의 노후화 및 통수능 부족으로 우수의 즉각적인 배출이 이루어지지 않아 침수피해가 증가하고 있다. 침수피해의 주요 원인 중 저지대 지역 및 우수관거의 통수능력 부족이 침수피해의 가장 큰 원인을 차지한다. 따라서 도심지의 경우 내수침수로 인한 피해가 증가하고 있는 점을 감안하면 배수관거와 연계한 저류시스템 구축으로 침수 빈발 지역의 치수 능력 향상을 통하여 경제적 피해를 저감시킬 수 있다. 저류시스템은 현장 노면수 저류를 위한 측구 저류조와 저류조 운영 시스템을 의미하며, 저류조 운영 시스템 모델에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 측구 저류조 운영 시스템 구축을 위해서 현장 센싱(Sensing)데이터와 연계할 수 있는 정보체계 및 운영 시스템 모델이 필요하다. 이에 센서를 활용한 도심지 측구 저류조 운영 시스템 모델을 제시한다. 먼저 센서의 구성은 측구 저류조 내의 협소한 공간과 전원공급, 방진·방수 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 구성되어야 하며, 무전원 근거리 이동통신기술(RFID)을 적용하여 측구 저류조 운영 시스템 수집서버와 통신하여 센싱 데이터를 저장한다. 데이터는 근거리 RFID 리더기가 측구 저류조로부터 센싱 정보를 수신하여 통신모듈에 수신한 저류조 개폐도어 열림과 닫힘 시그널(signal), RFID의 고유 ID 등을 전달 받아 운영 시스템 내의 RFID 이력 DB(Database)에 기록한다. 기록된 정보는 각각 RFID 일련번호, 기록 시간, 동적센서 시그널 값 등이 저장되어 각각의 측구 저류조의 상태를 확인할 수 있어야 한다. 저류량 산정을 위해서 GIS기반의 하수도 시설물 속성 데이터를 포함하는 운영 시스템을 구성해야 한다. 운영 시스템은 수집된 센서정보를 시계열 단위로 분석하고 위치정보 기준으로 측구 저류조 내의 총 저류량 산출에 필요한 기초정보를 제공하며 결과를 표출한다. 따라서 하수도 시설물의 속성정보를 포함하여 측구 저류조 및 센서의 속성정보 정의가 필요하며, 공간정보 파일(Shape File)을 적용하여 GIS 운영 시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 운영 시스템은 저류조 만관상태와 총 저류량을 산출하여 침수위험 알림을 제공할 수 있으며, 예상 강우에 따른 도심지 피해를 역으로 예측하여 강우사상 빈도에 따른 측구 저류조 체적을 결정할 수 있다.

Teleoperation Using Reconstructed Graphic Model (재구성된 그래픽 모델을 이용한 원격제어)

  • In typical master/slave teleoperation systems, a human operator generally manipulates the master to control the slave through the visual information like camera image. However, the operator may get into trouble due to the limited visual information depending on the camera positions and the delay on the visual information because of low communication bandwidth. To cope with this inherit problem in the camera-based teleoperation system, this paper presents a teleoperation system using a reconstructed graphic model instead of the camera image. The proposed teleoperation system consists of a robot control module, a master module using a force-reflective joystick, and a graphic user interface (GUI) module. The graphic user interface module provides the operator with a 3D model reconstructed using a small set of sensing data received from the remote site. The proposed teleoperation system is evaluated through a peg-in-hole assembly task.

  • In this paper, a novel wireless parallel operation algorithm of N+l redundant UPS system with no control interconnections for load-sharing is presented. The proposed control system eliminates the sensing noise and interconnections interference of conventional parallel operation system. To reduce a reactive power deviation in wireless control method, this technique automatically compensates for inverter parameter variation and line impedance imbalances with wireless auto-tuning method. In addition, to increase reliability on transient characteristics of parallel operation, a virtual injected impedance is adopted to eliminate a circulation current among inverter modules. Simulation results are provided in this paper to prove the proposed novel wireless algorithm.

  • This paper is composed of a passenger management system using a temperature sensing module, a PIR sensor module for detecting movement inside a room, and a smart breath sensing module for determining a sleeping state. An embedded sensor module and a communication system integrated the sensing part and the algorithm driving part. As the aging society is accelerating and becoming more upgraded, the social cost of Silver Care increases, and in order to protect privacy, it is necessary to reduce costs by developing efficient smart silver care devices. The proposed non - image human body detection IOT sensor system is implemented by hardware and software and has superior performance compared with conventional image monitoring method.

Design Healthcare Mobility Agent Module in Sensor Network (센서 네트워크에서 헬스케어 이동성 에이전트 모듈 설계)

  • The general sensor network uses bundle method to collect fixed information from sensor node. However, this method is difficult to actively cope with major sensing objects in healthcare environment including status and position change of person and change of surrounding environment. In order to support the healthcare environment, certain information should be provided in accordance with the change of status of person and surrounding circumstance and also must cope with the change of network type by movement of person. This paper analyzes LEACH protocol which guarantees effectiveness of network as it constitutes clusters between Agilla model that is a representative multi agent middle ware and surrounding nodes. Based on the result of this analysis, it suggests LEACH_Mobile protocol which guarantees node mobility that is the weakest point of LEACH protocol. Moreover, it designs mobility agent middleware which supports dynamic function change of node and mobility agent module which supports dynamic function change of mobile node as components of LEACH_Mobile routing module. In addition, it is definitely increase performance which in mobile node of transfer data rate through LEACH_Mobile protocol of simulation result.

  • In this paper, we propose the design and test measure of Ringer injection IoT system for controling the ringer injection status and notifying the server system of the collected status informations such as the completion of injection, the remaining liquid, the injection status, and the emergency alarming of the urgent patients. We design the circuit diagrams composed of linger injection sensors, switches, status indicators, wireless communication functionalities, and propose the controlling and monitoring algorithms for sensing the linger injection status and notifying the collected status informations to a server system. Furthermore, we derive the testing criteria, such as linger liquid sensing time, sensing distance, operating temperature, input power, power consumption, and wireless communication speed, and analyze the test results.

  • In this paper, we design ZigBee RF based framework for mobile web service on collected data by sensor node and transmitting data to data base by sensor network and remote sensing server through wireless connection. The proposed system is an integrated platform of sensor network for the sensor management and providing SOA based sensor web access. This paper combines SOA technology with sensor network. composes sensor node as web view, and provides high capability. extensiveness, reliability, and usability to the user who accesses to sensor web. The mobile message conversion module, SOAP message processing module. WSDL message generator, and mobile web service module is embodied for improving the capacity of the framework. The capacity evaluation of local wireless communication system which is proposed in this paper is analyzed through NS-2 simulation.
